I went outside to inspect what had happened and before i could track the kid down he was gone. I decided to call the office. The gentlemen who answered was extremely defensive and ended up making it clear that this was an impossible scenario. EXCEPT I WITNESSED IT. He stood by his word that they didnt cause the damage to my siding by hitting a chunk of metal with his mower. Well i told him i had proof. He said they would reach out to me with a resolution. ITS BEEN A YEAR! Nothing. It may not have been a big deal if it was dealt with more professionalism. They have shown their true colors about how they handle problems. Im glad i dont use them but if you ever have a problem with these guys expect it to be a blame shifting game without accountability. Plenty of other companies willing to go the extra mile for YOU the consumer. Id be nervous about other mistakes they wont mention to their customers.

This year my siding cracked ( I have a warranty). I called that company several times and emailed and they said in 1-2 weeks they would be out. Never came out. I emailed and called with NO call backs. So, I decided to call this place to see if they would do a repair even though they didn't do the original job. I sent photos and a description and they gave me a price over email without coming to see the job. I agreed. They said 1-2 weeks. Very next day, I got a call they were going to come fix it. It took the guy less than an hour to fix the repair. After waiting several months from the original company to come fix their work, this company did it. I should've just hired these guys to do it in the first place. The least I can do is give these guys a good review for their speedy repair.

It was so stress-free even my cat didn't freak out. He just stayed on the other end of the house and chilled. LOL We had an entire remodel done (walk-in tiled shower, new double vanity [which replaced the single], new toilet, and linen cabinet. We also replaced the vinyl tile with ceramic, replaced the bathroom door with a larger 32 in. door (which required Tom to widen and reframe the doorway), replaced all of the drywall and changed the entire floor plan (which required Tom to replumb the toilet). We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom. Tom even installed some handy grab bars for my aging mother to use, a nice tiled bench for her to sit on while showering, and mounted a convenient shower dispenser/caddy for me to eliminate all the bottles of shampoo/shower gel and also has a handy mirror and a place to put my shaving cream and hang my shower sponges. If I'd known the real problem, I would've paid a little extra to have it fixed correctly. But Mike charged me for the original quote & didn't explain that he'd made a mistake. So we still have the exact same leak we had before Mike charged us $3,430 for a leak proof basement (an airtight seal was promised in our original estimate. He said there'd be an apocalypse or the world would end before water leaked into the basement after his fix), & he claims now that we should've gotten a new door "like he suggested". He really said that we would eventually need to change our door. He didn't say, after getting into the problem, that the door was actually the cause of the leak, because our front door was beginning to rot, from the original owners trying to hide the leak in our basement. He just acted like that was a separate problem. Once the leak came back (in the same exact places & the same intensity), Mike wants to claim ignorance ("oh I said once I got under the porch that you need to change your door, but you didn't want to"). Total BS. He's a scammer!!!!I And I've given him weeks to actually be an honest person & fix the problem. So now we have to sue him to get our money back & report him to the BBB with proof of the real fix to our leak & his promises in our original quote. Don't fall his nice guy act!
