They were eager to tear things apart and not put them back together as they said they would.. they tore down the cover over the basement and decided that they could not put that cover back again and did not refund me the amount that they charged me to put it up. Being born a raised in Jackson I was not expecting that. Also, Ace provides excellent service after sale -- for example, I had bats coming in from the porch area -- Bill and his crew came over and fixed the opening (not actually part of the roof)! Then I had an issue with a gutter that did not drain properly -- they also came over and fixed that -- and installed a new drain spout, as part of their commitment to over all customer experience and satisfaction. Again, technically not part of the roof that they installed, but they fixed it anyways! They are not the cheapest in terms of price -- but you get what you pay for: Ace is a top level company in the field of roofing, even though they don't have big name recognition.
