I debated just setting up without one but this trusty hardware store was so close in nearby Gregory. I ran over and picked up a quick tarp or two. The store carries a lot more than meets the eye. It's small but jam packed with nearly everything I could think of. I did have to find some help to find the tarps; the aisles can be a little tricky to navigate. Nothing says more to me like small town nostalgia than a trusty neighborhood hardware store and it brought me back to my days of working in one. We ended up camping in a total rain storm with whipping winds and record flooding and I'm so thankful we were able to grab some tarps first!

When we got to Jackson Furniture Outlet the first thing we noticed was how courteous the staff was. We got the couch we wanted and didn't even hear how we should go with a more expensive one. We knew what we wanted and they let us get that. They were great and let us look around instead of bothering us trying to get a sale. When I needed help though the employees were there to help.
