We purchased, paid for, and accepted delivery in the same day. This time however, our purchase ( mattresses and motion base) needed to be ordered. Our main issue is that no one from Herron's will return our phone calls after leaving multiple messages. All we wanted was an update on our order status. Our salesman Michael, promised to get back with us after speaking to him on Labor Day in the store. This of course never happened. We then called back and left multiple messages for Randall the sales manager, none of which were retuned. This was no small order we placed. Based on this experience we will no longer consider Herron's for future purchases. The lack of customer service is troubling, especially when one spends as much as we did.

Couches invite you to sit in front of one of their coffee tables. Try out the drawers to see how smoothly they glide. The prices are lower at the outlet than elsewhere. This furniture is also available through Meijer, K-mart, Sears, Officemax, Office Depot, etc. however I assume that the variety of available models and colors is greater at the source. I returned the treats to the store the next day. The manager stated he had found no bugs in the bulk treat bins. He looked at the treats I returned and did not see any bugs. Yet myself and two members of my immediate family saw the bugs. The manager didn't remove the bulk treat bins from the shelf and I wouldn't be surprised if he dumped the treats I returned back in the bins. I wasn't given a refund because I paid with a rewards card, so I had to buy something else. The manager seemed to think I just returned the treats in an attempt to get a $5 cash refund. Sorry Scott, but I am not that desperate to get $5 in cash. The employees in this store are always rude and nasty and today was no exception. I just want to warn other dog owners to be aware of the bug infested treats. I think the health department should be notified, as well. This store sells human food items as well as pet food.
