Horrible company who doesn't care about patient needs. My father was discharged from the hospital…read moreand needed a resupply of portable oxygen tanks. Called for a delivery in 1-2 days. Was told they would have to wait 2 weeks. (What?!) I had to drive 45 min away to get the tanks because they were down a driver (not my fault). Then 2 weeks later the deliver never came, no phone call, no nothing. Finally faxed them forms to be filled out to switch companies and they ignored them, twice. Terrible customer service.
