We had some work done by his crew when we moved to NY and it was fine. Maybe a bit pricey for what…read moreit was but the work was quality and done on time. That work would have been rated 3-4 stars and was done by his crew, I never actually met Saxon personally. As that work was fine, we came back to Saxon to get some more work done recently. I was extremely disappointed by Saxon's ability to stick to a schedule. 35 emails back and forth and 10 reschedules between Monday and Thursday of this week. The excuses were free flowing (delayed, sick, forgot I had to be in court, was in a bike accident). This significantly inconvenienced me for the entire week (Saxon has apologized for this). Regardless of whether it is all true, I personally am not interested in working with someone who had this many challenges sticking to a schedule to do the work.
