Knocking off one star because the "curbside delivery" is not to the floor, but the delivery truck showing up with the expectation that you have a crew to unload, and no liftgate service available. As a homeowner/buyer accepting 20 windows and doors, this posed a logistical problem. After enjoying my new windows over the hot summer months, I can tell you they have unreal air sealing qualities and the insulation in the triple glazed glass was phenomenal. -chris

I purchased windows and doors for our entire home, and the frosted glass, which was supposed to be plain, came with a strange pattern. I contacted Broga, and eventually received new glass. There were costs associated with this: -labor to unload the new glass from the truck -labor to remove the old glass from the frames and install the new glass -disposal costs for the old glass and packing materials I covered all these costs. Two windows came without clips to hold the screens. I asked for the clips, and was told that I needed to cover shipping costs. I assumed that they were coming from the US, but got a bill for $65. Broga has refused to cover this cost, and pretended not to know what I was referring to when I sent them a copy of the invoice.

Either way, every person I've dealt with has been knowledgeable about the floors I've been interested in seeing. Thus far, I've done one room in my house with their Rigid Vinyl Plank line called CoreLux XD, and I just bought more to do another room. I've been rather pleased with the product - it looks good, has been pretty durable, and is actually waterproof (the water test was neither intended nor planned, but thankfully it lived up to all expectations!).

I was able to find even lighter wood flooring at the shop next door, so I ended up going with them instead.
