He was communicating with our contractor when the order was being written up, not me. I would save yourself the headache and the time and go with a different vendor. For someone who has 30 years of experience his professionalism is dismal! Not to mention we have so much more windows and doors to replace. We will find a different vendor for all purchases moving forward. TO BE CLEAR: Jerry you were only in direct contact with Mike my contractor I only paid for the doors so your comment if absolute FALSE. you made no mention that ONE door of the SEVEN you quoted me was a different color. We asked for black windows with BRONZE trim and BRONZE exterior doors with white interior. He emailed me saying my window colors were different, not knowing that I am fully aware of the color chosen for the window.
