The laser scanning device for customers cuts shopping time by 70%. As you enter, the person up…read morefront will scan your card and then your cart. Then go directly to the boxes near the store's exit. The trick is to shut the kiddie seat and then scan 3 boxes as soon as you come in - two the long way and then one boc perpendicular to the two. Then shop, scan and put it in the box. After you moderately fill the 3 boxes (so you don't strain yourself putting it in your car after you leave) go back and get 3 more boxes to put on top of the bottom 3. After you finish shopping go to the weighing stations to the left of the cashiers, scan your cart and then the scanning cart to the right of the scale. There will be a ding and a green sign above the sccale - then move to the screens straight ahead and scan the screen. You are done. Now return the laser to the box and just pay with your credit card.

(he should be well and live independently until 120!). the cashier wouldn't lift a finger to help either of us pack even though line was huge. She handed me the receipt while 300 dollars of groceries was on the refister waiting to be packee. I put the receipt in one of the bags. I was in front of the cashier and the exit. She wouldn't let me leave without the receipt. Like hell was I going to go empty 20 Bags to find the receipt! When to customer service. She apologized and escorted me to the register. She had the cashier print out another receipt and let me go. what a terrible experience. If the line is out the door the cashier can lift a finger to help pack!!!! Shame on her and shame on bingo !!!!

These guys are great. We had to completely replace the keyboard on my son's new HP Pavilion…read morelaptop....check out how complicated that is on YouTube. I wasn't going to attempt it myself no way. I looked up the model on EBay and ordered the replacement for like $25 I then took a chance and drive into Brooklyn on a Sunday and these guys were the best. I was pretty shocked when they said it would be ready...same day. For a totally reasonable price too. Pretty impressive. And then it was ready exactly when they said it would be. Now I have the laptop back home looking and working good as new. And my son needs it for his work tomorrow. You can't ask for better service than this so....they get 5 stars.

My iphone 13 screen wasn't working due to water damage…read more I was given 2 options which was $100 or $150 for the quality of the screen. They told me they will call me before putting the phone screen on to ask. I got a call about an hour later stating that the only damage on my phone was the screen. I asked a few times as I originally wanted to trade my phone in with apple, but if it was only the screen that was damaged, I would reconsider. They told me they would use an original iphone screen as they ran out of the better quality screen. I opt-in for the original screen which I paid extra for. I was in a rush when i got my phone and didnt check it throughly. The screen is not original. So if they ran out of better quality screen and my screen isnt original, did I pay extra for the lower quality screen? A week after the fix, I had noticed that the light sensor wasn't working on my phone. I do believe that when I gave my phone in, they told me they would check my phone to ensure everything was working. And that included the light sensor. I took it to the store, left it for a few hours only to be told the "ribbon" was damaged by the "cracked screen". When i told them it was never cracked, they changed their reasoning to water damage. I was given attitude as I tried to reason. The service would be a 1star as I did not get the original screen which I was promised. The service is also a 1star as I was given attitude when I went in for discovering another damage which I was told prior that the water only damaged the screen.

If you don't mind digging through stuff that's unorganized and just dumped one top of the other…read morethere can be deals. However people go early to get the good stuff and sometimes people like to stand over the items without allowing you to check it out too. They feel like you're going to steal a deal right off from under them. There was a few knick knacks I saw but honestly the condition was in the best so I decided to pass. I would be open to going back again but I wouldn't go out of my way either.

When in turn, it is a small space on the front side of a building, there is no parking lot. That's for businesses on the inside of this strange shaped building. You have to park on the street where there is construction going on above you on the train tracks? We went inside and as expected, it is quite a circus. There are lots of folks in there looking for deals that are on different days and lots of children running around. We found a few things of mild interest. But the line was so long with one cashier and people with large carts filled with items and haggling. After 20min in line with the same ladies questioninh ti cost of roughly 50 products, we put everything back and left. The furniture section was okay, but it was limited. I don't think I'll make the drive back out here. It's pretty far for such little returns.

I've been a BJ member for 2 years now. I am wanting something to be done about people thinking…read moreit's ok to park on the side of BJ's instead of going into the parking lot. The store tried to address this issue a few months ago by putting cones out, but this did not work. Now there are signs that say no parking but if nobody is there to kick them out, it will continue. It makes it a dangerous situation, especially when access-a- ride parks on the curb making people leaving the store to drive onto oncoming traffic.

Date of Incident: 7/3/2026…read more Time Transaction: 11:23 AM Total Spent: ~$485.00 Register Number: 10 Cashier ID: 484820 Cashier Description: Person of color, short reddish/pink hair. Manager in Charge/Training: Andre Batts On the morning of July 3rd, I experienced severe unprofessionalism, profiling, and public shaming from the cashier at Register 10. While waiting for the customer ahead of me to resolve a membership issue, I politely asked the cashier to ring up two specific items first. The cashier loudly and aggressively responded, shouting, "ARE YOU USING FOOD STAMPS? IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME USING FOOD STAMPS?" in a manner explicitly meant to shame me in front of a crowded pre-holiday line.Following this, the cashier began yelling at me and my young daughter regarding how we placed items on the conveyor belt. Despite the previous customer not even returning to the line yet, she aggressively rushed my child, stating: "Now hurry and place the small items on the belt and stop giving me an attitude." My daughter was visibly shaken and nervous by this treatment. As a loyal BJ's member for nearly a decade, I have never experienced this level of hostility. The Manager in Training, Andre Batts, is failing to supervise and train staff to treat members with basic human dignity. I request that this cashier be disciplined, store leadership be retrained on professional conduct.
