I purchased windows and doors for our entire home, and the frosted glass, which was supposed to be plain, came with a strange pattern. I contacted Broga, and eventually received new glass. There were costs associated with this: -labor to unload the new glass from the truck -labor to remove the old glass from the frames and install the new glass -disposal costs for the old glass and packing materials I covered all these costs. Two windows came without clips to hold the screens. I asked for the clips, and was told that I needed to cover shipping costs. I assumed that they were coming from the US, but got a bill for $65. I really wish I remembered the name of the worker who helped me but he was a tall, dark, 40ish year old man if that narrows it down. He was so knowledgeable about the different types of wood flooring and was so eager to help. He probably spent about an hour with us. I really wanted to place an order because of him but the smart thing for me to do was to keep shopping around before going all in. I was able to find even lighter wood flooring at the shop next door, so I ended up going with them instead.

I looked up the store hours to make sure they were open and they were closed on 10/6/24. I filed a dispute with my credit card. I also heard that they change the connecting mechanism of the tiles every 5-10 years. So when you look for 1-2 pieces to replace, you have the replace the whole floor.
