I reached out to Liliana for a custom cake for my son's upcoming birthday. I sent different pictures for reference and we finally agreed on price, date and pick up time for the cake. Two hours before scheduled pick up time, I sent Liliana a message asking for her address so I could pick up the cake for my son's birthday. I didn't hear from her so I gave her a call. When Liliana answered the phone- she sounded confused about me picking up a cake; eventually she said it wasn't ready and to give her another hour( mind you this was after calling her at the agreed pick up time). I called Liliana after an hour and asked for the update on the cake; she became defensive and stated to give her another 30 minutes or I had the option to cancel the cake and get my deposit back. What? My son's birthday was the next day and that was the option she gave me. She clearly never made the cake and was not apologetic at all. Very rude, unprofessional and unreliable. Liliana sent me my deposit but already ruined my son's birthday. I was in distress as this was almost 6pm at night. I had to settle for a store bought cake late at night that didn't even match my son's birthday theme. She ruined the whole thing for me. No professional baker works like this- Do better Liliana or close up if you know you can't deliver. Do not patronize or you will be clearly disappointed. read more

Let me just start by saying, I have literally been getting my cakes from the same bakery in this area since I was born. I thought I had my go to spot, and was loyal for 24 years-until I was referred to this baker. Mind. Blown. The service can't be beat, the fact that they did this on short notice and came through so accurately on my request, the price was an extremely great price for a cake this detailed and of this size, the taste was to die for- STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM TRI-LAYER, the absolutely breathtaking designs and especially the small details and hand painted work, changed my mind forever. This is now THE GO TO SPOT!They took what I wanted and ran with it and I could not be happier with the outcome. The Very Hungry Caterpillar book by Eric Carle is the theme of my sons, well, everything, and he saw this cake on the counter and I couldn't keep him away from it! He loved it! And for a cake with 2 standing toppers, that was a 3 layer cake, and definitely a taller cake, the caterpillar and number 3 stayed completely erect and didn't move or budge at all, between a day and a half of time and being moved in 3 separate, longer car rides, I was shocked at how well this cake held up. Completely structurally sound, even down to the smaller details like the antennas. Outstanding craftsmanship on their part. I couldn't be happier. I loved it so much I picked off all of the art after we sang before cutting the cake and I saved it in the freezer because it was too cute to throw out and I wanted to save the memories #momlife But seriously! Horrible experience, bad customer service. Poor quality of ingredients. Total disappointment. Never doing business with Liliana again. Waste of money, serving poor quality cake to 60 plus people. Whole cake top and bottom tier crumbled at the time of cutting the cake. My friend is a professional baker with 20 years experience unfortunately she was out of town for my baby shower. She said one of the most common causes of a cake becoming too crumbly will be because there is something going on with the dough of the cake. Lilianas recipe was faulty. Liliana would NOT refund half of the cake cost. She was rude and unwilling to work with me. Please be aware! read more
