This little spot was suppppper cute! It's literally every girls grown up bar dream! Cute drinks and cute little pink boots to sit in and all the mirrors you could ask for to put your lipstick on after you finish eating! The music was so great and the service was top notch! We loved the tapas the food was so good and reasonably priced!! Shocker!! Also the place was very well hidden so it definitely gave off the speakeasy vibe we were looking for! Check it out if you are in town! read more

Only fans drink was super refreshing and citrusy (kind of like passionfruit) & the foam on top was just the cherry on top The espresso martini had a chocolate undertone which was also rlly good! The food was actually phenomenal... esp when bar food is almost always v mid imo! The mediterranean trip though wasn't my fav... The labneh was a bit watery and the baba ganoush went a little overboard with the tahini (could've used a bit more eggplant). Bang bang cauliflower and kale salad were a 10/10! Servers were also super sweet and constantly checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Vibes: located right above Bartley Dune's, this place had the perfect dark and cozy atmosphere! The seats weren't cramped up like some cocktail bars in nyc. Perfect for any get together~ read more

Came here for "girl dinner" to celebrate my friend's bachelorette, and it was the perfect place! The inside is really vibey with 2010s pop throwbacks, a disco ball, and velvet couches with mirrored walls. It was loud and lively on a Saturday night, which honestly matched our bachelorette energy perfectly! The bottomless deal is $30 for 90 minutes of bottomless drinks including Hugo and Aperol spritzes! You do have to purchase two tapas or 1 big plate a person, which can quickly add up. So it's not exactly "a deal", but the vibes and bottomless cocktail options are perfect for a celebration! read more

Really cute spot for a girls night out or a fun casual birthday! You have to go through Hartley Dunn's to go upstairs to find the hideaway! Literally a speakeasy vibe. In order to get the velvet couch area you might have to ask in advance earlier with a note because we just got a bar table with the stools which was still cool but definitely I recommend the deeper room for slouching time. We ordered a few things and for bar food I'd say pretty good! We ordered the pita and dips, chimichurri beef skewers, Parmesan truffle fries and the chicken box with gravy. The beef skewers were definitely my fave with the Parmesan truffle fries. Now that is how you cook fries. The rest were okay. We got 1.5 round of drinks. The lychee martinis and then I tried their old fashioned which was pretty good! Made the birthday girl tipsy which is everything we'd hope for! For $345 for that was kind of more expensive but regardless I love the spot because they have sparkler candle for birthdays and a really cute photo booth for pictures after! read more

Brunch plans? We found a gem in the heart of Manhattan @Fernando's hideaway -- This classic Irish pub serves up a killer weekend brunch with bottomless drinks for just $30 (with entrée purchase). Available Saturday & Sunday from 12-3.45 PM for 90 minutes of pure brunch bliss. We tried the eggs benedict and steak & eggs -- both so good. The vibe? Super chill, fun, and perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying good food and drinks. read more

Stopped by after a show on a Friday night and we were immediately seated. It's super cute inside and the lighting is perfect. They also have a super cute Photo Booth, making it such a perfect spot for a girls night. We only stopped for a drink since we had dinner reservations elsewhere. The drinks were good but a little more on the sweeter side. Would definitely come back for the girl dinner option read more

Service was lackluster. Took a long time for our order to be taken. Once we got drinks they were good. Ambiance made the bar with it decked out for the holidays. Make reservations and they do kick you out if you are past 90 min. We heard them kick people out next to us. read more

Lovely Christmas themed restaurant during the holidays. My sister and I arrived late into town and was able to snag a reservation here. We came to NYC for all things Christmas and this place delivered. The food is pretty simple yet delicious and the cocktails were also delicious. read more

Love this spot for the girls hidden away in the middle of Hells Kitchen! The fun vibey space is the great start to the night, but can also be the main plan for dinner! The drinks are amazing and come out quickly. Pro tip! Check the hours to ensure they are open for your desired date. Good for small group walk in, make a res for 4+ ppl read more

I came here one evening after hearing about their "girl dinner" option, and had a great time with my girl friends! The interior of the spot is dimly lit, lots of pink lights, and mirrored walls. Service here was a bit spotty with our first waitress (who honestly just seemed overworked, as she was the only one taking care of all the tables), but our second waitress was amazing. We did their "girl dinner" option which was unlimited (select) cocktails with the purchase of either two appetizers or an entree. We decided to order their bang bang shrimp, flat bread, ahi tuna, steak, smashburger, and spaghetti (there were four of us and we shared everything). The bang bang shrimp and tuna were the favorites of the night, with the steak being the miss (it was too tough). The meal ended with free shots. Overall, not a bad spot and definitely a good spot to start a night out with girl friends! read more

I loved Fernando's. I came by on a Saturday evening with a reservation. Getting into Fernando's requires utilizing the staircase to your right upon entering the Bartley Dunnes restaurant. Upon entering, you're transported into a "boogie wonderland". I love the constant disco playlist spinning and the retro aesthetic. The back room with the spinning disco ball and glass mirror walls is awesome. I had an amazing drink called the OnlyFans. You must try it. It's creamy and sweet. I also had another drink called the Fernando's Spritz or something like that - but the OnlyFans is the highlight. The food menu has many options - I tried truffle mac balls and disco tots. All very good. They have the girl dinner option - $30 for unlimited drinks for 90 minutes - but only from a specific selection of drinks. I didn't opt to this and just ordered everything a la carte. Service was right on the money and very attentive. They have one bathroom stall that is hidden behind another door. It's a very very tiny bathroom so when you open the door - open gently or you may smack someone with the door. The vibes were awesome in here, drinks were on point and food filled me up. So looking forward to my next visit! read more

Perfect girls night vibe! Their "Girl Dinner" deal with $30 bottomless cocktails is really fun! I went with two friends and we ordered 6 of the small plates to share and it was perfect! We had a 10:30 reservation so it's also night that their kitchen is open later! We wanted a more chill night out so that was our big stop for the night but I also think it would be a fun place to start your night out for some food and drinks and hop to another bar or club after! The vibes were phenomenal, mostly girlies and it just felt really fun and everyone was comfortable and having a great time which I loved! Also plenty of vegetarian options on the menu! All in all a fun girls night! P.S. they have a photobooth! read more

$30 girl dinner is not worth lol. Food just seems like they took it out the freezer and microwaved it. But not like a good 2:00-2:30 min--it was lowkey still cold. Drinks are aight. It was cute inside tho read more

The ambiance was very cute with the Christmas vibes however our service wasn't the best. There were people who came after us and got served way before us. The steak was good especially with the sauce, but I can skip the fries. The drinks were yummy. read more

Ordered: Lychee Martini Spritz (~$18): Gunpowder gin, lychee, hibiscus amaro, dragonfruit, lemon, soda Aya's take: Love a good speakeasy! Fernando's Hideaway is located above Bartley Dunne's pub. Once upstairs, you feel like you've teleported to the disco era with their retro interior, mirrored wall, and disco ball in the center of the room. It wasn't super busy on a Friday night and we were able to just walk in around 10:30pm; perfect spot to be lowkey and grab a drink. The Lychee Martini Spritz was honestly delicious! The right amount of sweetness, a good mix of flavors from the lychee and dragonfruit, and the gin paired well with it. Highly recommend stopping by! read more

So happy to have found this gem!!! Love love love this place. The Irish bartender (so sorry didn't get your name, has been in NY for 10 years) was an absolute pro. He was mixing up the cocktails with ease. Super incredible and talented at his craft. We had old fashioneds, the only fans, an incredible espresso martini and I believe it was love is the drug which was in the cutest glass ever. I had the most boring drink of all, Tito's soda. Tremendous service and loving the vibe and awesome playlist! See y'all again soon! read more

Fun vibes for cocktails and small bites! We decided to skip the girl dinner option because we wanted different cocktails. We got the bang bang shrimp, truffle mac balls and tuna tostadas. The tuna was our favorite but all were decently good options. The dirty martini had a juicy blue cheese olive which we were very happy about! The Salt Bae Cafe (their version of an espresso martini) was a little too sweet for me and the El Paso was really sweet. We could only have one each of these drinks before switching to dirty martinis. Overall recommend for a good spot to grab drinks and hang with friends! Music was upbeat but also at a good volume where you didn't have to yell. read more

We came here last night 3/7 for a drink after seeing the Outsiders... kinda hard to find at first but it's upstairs of Irish Pub Bartley and Dunne's... Upon arriving we noticed the unescapable sweatbox that was Fernando's Hideaway... Unfortunately for them and us their A/C had broken in the blizzard a couple weeks ago and was yet to be fixed which hadn't been disclosed. They did move us to a table closer to a fan but it was still unbearable. We ordered one drink each the lychee martini and toasted colada which were good, and the sweet potato fries trying to make the best of it. I run hot so I had to get out of there asap, the staff was so kind and let us leave even though we hadn't hit the min per person. Would give it another shot if we are ever in NYC again because it was cute inside but for those coming in the folloing week or so please call ahead and find out about the A/C read more

The entrance was a little confusing to find, note to self this bar is on a second floor. We did the bottomless drinks with dishes, and the drinks were actually amazing. Love me a Hugo Spritz. The food was good too, I ordered the fried dumplings and tuna tar tar. The ambiance was also pretty, I just wish we got to sit down at a table instead of the bar. Staff was attentive and friendly. This was a good bottomless drinks and food deal, would come back again if I was able to sit at a table :) read more

This new disco themed hideaway can be found upstairs at Bartley Dunne's in midtown. The space is so cute - all the walls are mirrored and of course there is a disco ball in the center of the room. It's a nice tucked away bar to have girl dinner with your gals. You can get $30 bottomless cocktails and bubbles when you order 2 tapas. Their tapas are elevated girl dinner items like grilled cheese with truffle butter. Cutest cocktails & friendly service. Enjoy! read more

I've never left a review regarding poor service. I had amazing drinks and food with my friends. But our server, Ruth, was pretty awful. She didn't say hi or introduce herself, or say anything really. When we ordered she just said "mhm" or nodded her head. I hope she was having a bad day, but as a server myself I know that is not an acceptable excuse to be rude. It was very off putting, we all noticed it and it lasted the entire dinner. So strange. Ginger girl. We only know her name is Ruth from the receipt. We still tipped 20% but honestly she deserved 0% read more

This is more like a 3.5 star review, but the kind hostess makes up for it. I originally thought I booked a reservation for this speakeasy, but it was for the main bar Bartley Dunnes instead. The hostess was able to accommodate us, but ultimately we had to be moved to the bar for girl dinner. Girl Dinner is the $30 bottomless option they have with the purchase of 2 tapas or one main, which is a fair price. I def did not like having to sit at the bar for dinner, but at least we were able to do the bottomless option. The place itself is nice and instagrammable. I see why its so hyped on social media, definitely cute for birthdays, bachelorettes, girl dinner etc. The food we had was...ok. We each had to order 2 tapas, so we tried the truffle mac balls (amazing), the flatbread (meh) and burata (meh). Also each tapa is $18, which I think is a wee bit overpriced for the portions. We also each had the Fernando Spritz, which is just an aperol spritz. I wish we decided to try other options, I feel like the aperol spritz was "watered down" a bit. Cute spot but I feel there are other better options in this big city for a girl dinner. read more

Ok look, this place is super cute and convenient for a first date night or hook up spot. Fairly discreet, dimly lit, and not too loud with the music. The food is not great. I had a very basic French fries and steak skewer and both were tough. Now our waitress Amanda was so kind and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, but the food was just not great. So because of her, I'll give this place 4 stars (also because it was in fact a great place to be a bit on a date). But eat beforehand and just go for the cocktails (A+ for having mocktails). read more
