Stopped in for some late night drinks and bites with my coworkers. The business was so busy for a Tuesday night! We were able to be seated in a cozy corner of the venue. The menu was extensive with all kinds of food and drink options available. Our server was great, very polite, very helpful! This is a nice weather review. Why go to a rooftop bar and pay rooftop prices when you can get fresh air and a nice drink. When the weather gets nice, this place gets a whole new review from the perspective of someone who appreciates nice weather. The service is excellent. As long as you have a group consensus, you can get them to open up the windows. It has the same feeling as a rooftop bar, with a closer view of pedestrians. It makes for a good people watching spot. The food here isn't the main draw, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. As far as low key bars go, this place deserves an A+. Even on a Monday. Jayne and Taylor will hook you up. I actually loved this spot as soon as I walked in the bartender Danielle was so pleasant and inviting. I asked for her specialty drink and it was such an amazing Cosmo. I had two The wings were tasty. It's a really cutesy spot lots of caricature of Artists and Actors. We were a bit disappointed we couldn't stay longer because they had an event scheduled. We came to this restaurant while in New York. We started with a portion of pretzel bites with mustard and some adult beverages. The pretzels were baked and not fried which is the sign of a good appetizer! The server was attentive to our needs. The restaurant was not too loud which was perfect for conversation with my husband especially after the hustle and bustle outside. The food was great! What a hip and divey bar in Midtown! It stays open late, so you can keep the party going all night long. I was starving after walking the streets of NYC, but luckily the bartender at my hotel suggested I check out this spot. And boy, am I glad I did! I grabbed a spot at the bar and vibed out for the rest of the night. I was having so much fun that I came back the next night too! I just couldn't get enough of this place. On the first night, I ordered my go-to Tito's and cranberry, along with a buffalo chicken wrap and fries with a side of honey mustard for dipping. The bar food was so tasty and hit the spot perfectly. The next night, I wanted to try the mini tacos, but the gentleman next to me offered me a few of his wings because he couldn't eat them all. I couldn't resist! I tried their buffalo wings and they were amazing. The spice and flavor were just right, and the wings were the perfect size. I washed it all down with another Tito's and cranberry and enjoyed the music and people watching. This place is just so cool and the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. We were looking for a spot to grab food before heading to Radio City Music Hall for a concert. This bar is located just a few blocks away, a quick 10 min walk. We tried the Fried Mozzarella Balls which my niece loved. Reminded her of a mozzarella stick. The Fresh cut French fries are one of the best, seriously super good crispy yet soft fries. I tried the Mini burgers without a bun, they were pretty good, but were missing the pickles that it was suppose to come with. I'm sure these are delicious with their potato bun, sadly not gluten free. The Mini Mushroom Tacos are fire, be sure to try these. They only come on flour tortillas, so definitely not gluten free. The food was really good! A great spot for dinner! The cocktails are delicious too! I had a spicy Margarita and a spicy Paloma! The service is fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. I can definitely see how a place like this can be used for a gathering with friends! The inside of this bar/restaurant is very spacious, and there are different types of seats available (stools/seats). They have a separate room in the back that had cozy seats, where you can relax. This spot is located conveniently in the city, so it is easy to get to via public transportation. The drinks i tried were more on the sweet side, so if this is your type of drink, you will definitely enjoy it. I actually enjoyed the drinks since sweet drinks are my thing, especially Bubble Butt! They also serve beers on tap, and you can order a tower of beer as well if you want to share it amongst your friends. The food they served were typical bar foods like onion rings, burgers, wings, and etc. The onion rings were nicely battered and crispy. I also really enjoyed the mini chicken tacos as well. They also have different desserts as well. I don't know about you, but carrot cakes definitely hit the spot for me. I like how it was not dry. The staff was very friendly during the time I visited. For apps I really liked the portion of mini tacos which is great for sharing and as usual wings are always a win. The fries and burger were pretty standard and filling. I was surprised by one of their cake slices that was very tasty and flavorful compared to the other two kinds. The chocolate was the best and richest. A few seats out on the sidewalk at high tops, a hopping bustling bar area and a secondary seating in back with a wood mantled fireplace, moody contemporary lighting and highly inventive portrait art is what we got. Looked like an old English pub. Our waitress was ok- friendly enough but got my order wrong - forgot to add chicken to my Cobb and it had olives which I asked for without - but otherwise the meal was good for midnight fare. My hubs ordered their famous mini chicken tacos. Super good. Bite-sized and great portion size with nine. Food was good and ambiance was awesome. I've had this place bookmarked for a hot minute because one day I figured I would check it out if I was ever in the area. That day was today. I was in the area to meet friends and decided to come here solo after our reunion. I like it. Not too busy, but def sat near bros who felt the need to loudly advertise their traveling experiences as validation and badges of honor. Annoying... and clearly don't live here because when you do discuss travel it requires an elegance and ease, not a parade of checkmarks (talk about spotting tourists in broad daylight). Pretty cool bar and lounge by central park! They have a very tasty assortment of drinks. They are a bit pricey though averaging 16-17 dollars. A few of them can also be very sweet which isn't what I was into but the Goldrush cocktail was my jam. It had a nice subtle hint of honey and a delicious bourbon kick. The appetizers I had were fantastic. My favorite were the sliders. It was cooked to a nice medium rare and felt very filling. It wasn't one of those flat pattie sliders, this had a good bite to it. Mini tacos were very crunchy and gobbled up in one bite. Onion rings were also very satisfying. I had a burger for the main entree and it was a hefty one. It's definitely a solid burger. I was only able to finish half unfortunately. The burger, weirdly was over done. I expected it to be the same perfect doness as the sliders but was slightly disappointed.
