    Perfect Shibuya

The service was amazing - attentive bartenders with excellent recommendations. Ambiance there was cool filled with some cool decors. At first, we were confused with where to go as it's a speakeasy but it was a nice surprise as we entered the space, very enclosed and eluded from the public eye. The drinks options were overwhelming but came with a lot of creativity. I was very eager to try some! I wanted to focus on whisky drinks. Waffles (butter infused Mars Iwai 45 whisky, vanilla, maple) - surprisingly so good, you almost could taste the actual waffles... smooth and well incorporated drink. You could taste a hint of butter like you were eating bites of waffles! Definitely one of my favorites. Tokyo Sour (clarified Nikka Days whisky, yuzu, red wine) - surprisingly very good! Loved how I could sip red wine then slowly transition the taste bud to whisky mixed with yuzu flavor. Very smooth. Perfect Shibuya (Nikka Colley grain whisky, bermunto, sweet bermutto, bitters) - pretty good but little bitter compared to other whisky drinks. Refreshing compared to other mixed drinks in my opinion. Zen Tea Ceremony (Hyaku shochu, Ki No Tea gia, Baileys, matcha) - pretty interesting and little strong based on shochu in a tiny glass though. Very strong earthy flavor coming from matcha. The One American Shogun (sesame oil and umami infused Bulleit bourbon) - this one is the most interesting drink and very umami flavors with some sesame oil flavor which was strange to me... I wouldn't order it again if I come across another whisky drink with sesame oil. But it was a fun drink adventure as it's not typical mixed drink you'd see out there.

Dark, moody speakeasy. The staff was super accommodating to our larger group and helped move chairs so we could sit near each other. Drinks are very unique and very strong! I am not an adventurous drinker, so this menu was not tailored to me, but they have so many cool drink offerings. My friend loves the waffles drink and that's the whole reason we went! I loved the Hikari Spritz.

The service here is amazing! The bartender and wait staff were all super friendly and very informative to help you pick a drink to your taste. The menu has several options to choose from whether you want something sweet, sour, or bitter. I also really liked the fries. It came out in huge wedges and you get a curry dipping sauce and spicy ketchup. The inside is clean and decorated nicely with a chandelier and dim lighting. This is probably one of my favorite speakeasies now!

I came here with a group of friends on a Saturday night and enjoyed different cocktails from both the regular menu and the seasonal spring menu. The cocktail prices are expected for NYC (the seasonal menu has slightly higher prices), but they were quite good. Bartenders are helpful with recommendations based on preferences. Overall a really chill vibe and in a convenient location in Midtown west (quick walk from Times Square), but you don't feel like you're in midtown at all! The lounge chairs and sofas are quite comfy too! My faves were the Cheese board (grape-forward drink with a cube of cheese to mimic a charcuterie experience) and Iced Coffee.

Hidden above a great Japanese restaurant, 369 Miroku nails everything a speakeasy should be. You slip upstairs, the lights get low, the music stays at a "no shouting required" level, and the cocktails... wow. I had their iced coffee take on an espresso martini and it was flawless. Our host was incredible and kept us happy for over two hours. Perfect spot for when you want to feel like a regular on your first visit.

The cocktails were different to what you would find in a bar. I strongly recommend stopping by and have the experience of a real speakeasy. The ambience was cozy and welcoming in comparison to many places where you always have to make reservations. This is the real gem to explore in NY. Thank you for the great service.

No doubt, one of the high end gem spots in all of New York City. Finding the entrance was fun too. The atmosphere, the barmaids, the drinks were beyond expected. The decorations, the paintings, and the chandelier are one of the best feats. One spot for everyone to check out

One of the best speakeasies and bars I've been to yet. Bar 369 Miroku is a hidden gem in New York. The customer service was incredible. The atmosphere was intimate and refined. The large selection of drinks on the menu was initially intimidating, but the waitstaff and bartenders were very knowledgeable and made suggestions based off of our preferences. The drinks we ordered were phenomenal. We had an iced coffee cocktail, tomu collins, botanical garden, and midori sour (custom request).

Found a great private place. Wonderful atmosphere. I really enjoyed the night. Will come back soon!

It's on the second floor. Great Jazz themed bar with authentic Japanese cocktail, worth a visit.

Great ambience and drinks, friendly service. Opened recently so they are not on Google Maps yet, but this is inside the Japanese izakaya heno heno. Will be back with friends :)

Very nice experience! The drinks are very well crafted with top notch ingredients from Japan. Bar tender is doing a tremendous job! 10/10 recommended.

You need a password (easy to find online), and you go through a hidden door down a staircase. But it feels more like a novelty than anything else. NYC has way more iconic speakeasies, so this isn't somewhere I'd go out of my way for more than once. Nothing wrong with the vibe--it's Times Square, so you already know what you're getting--but it's definitely a one-and-done kind of spot. The drinks are good and super fun, but they're very extra (smoke, presentation, all that), so between that and how packed it gets, it can take a while just to get one cocktail. Didn't try the food. Overall, go for the pics and TikToks--it's perfect for that. I'd recommend checking it out once, but I don't really see it being a repeat spot.

The view is gorgeous and sweeping. The service is attentive and professional. The drinks are sophisticated. I ended up here because I saw a video about their gin and tonic. Sounds simple, but it's one of my favorite drinks, and I'm always looking for someone who can do it well. I ordered their "dear G&T" and it was a fruity, complex riff on my old favorite. I also got the foreign forage, "a bourbon smash with a mint zing." It was also a delicious take on a classic. They have several types of cocktails, all broken down by spirit and flavor profile. They also offer a lot of spirits made in New York State. They have cocktails with earthy notes, fruity notes, fancy martinis, and a section boasting limited edition and special spirits, if you're "feeling fancy" and wanna cough up 35 bucks instead of 20 or 25! They have a bar snacks menu (sliders, nuts, and the like). I had their thick cut fries and they were light, seasoned, and tasty. I couldn't stop eating them. Midtown or not, I highly recommend this spot, which also has a couple other locations, including Gramercy.

It IS a small bar, but there were only about 4-5 folks here already, engrossed in a conversation at the bar that anyone could join. I quietly took a seat at one of the 3 tables on the plush high-top bench and the lone, friendly bartendress was immediately attentive (I was greeted the moment I stepped through the door!). Now, there's no ACTUAL liquor here, ONLY the beer and wine on the small menu, so don't try asking her to whip you up something not on the menu. Luckily for me, there was a fruity sangria special, so I opted for that, served with a decorative shark adornment and a metal straw, and was immediately given a little bucket of popcorn to accompany it. Now, this is part of the reason why I wanted to check this place out. Fresh popcorn is my weakness. Bars that give free snacks with drinks are top tier in my book. You could probably lure me into the back of a white van with a signature red and white filled popcorn bucket. So I sat, and I sipped, and I munched, and I listened to the conversation from the others, and the bartendress, god bless her, would check on my bucket and refill it any time it got low. Now I'm really a mixed drink girly, but the vibes were SO cool here that I would most definitely come back. :D Also note, there's cool little padded seating by the window that I noticed that would be great for people-watching outside.

Due to some unforseen circumstances (on our part being First time visitors not understanding NY traffic) we were short on time and they were still able to accommodate us! We were looking forward to do one their prix fix menus but had to cut our time shorter. We had the shrimp cocktail, would recommend and also really loved the serving coupe it came in!
