This is a cool speakeasy after Sushi by Bou and I need more sake apparently. It's cute and minimalist and fun if you like specialty cocktails and video games. Our waitress seems to be happy and she likes her job. My drink was definitely weird so I'm trading it in for the Jasmine

Cute and fun little speakeasy inside Hotel 32 32. Their drinks are Asian inspired (think jasmine tea, szechuan, bitter melon, etc.) so their cocktails are unique and tasty. They also have some fun claw machines and gacha machines so you can win some cute toys!

Such a cute little speakeasy in the back of Sushi by Bou. It has creative Asian-inspired cocktails and a full arcade wall (claw machines & gacha machines). We ordered 2 boba shots [5/5], the Szechuan Mala cocktail [5/5], and the Gua Bao [4.5/5]. The boba shots were pretty strong, worth the price IMO. The Szechuan Mala cocktail was perfectly delicious; it had just the right amount of numbing spice and still tasted refreshing and sweet. The Gua Bao tasted mostly like a normal old fashioned; I wish the peanut butter taste was a bit stronger here. I would not recommend trying the claw machines as I've spent at least $100 on this type of machine and never gotten anything (skill issue? :P). Service was super friendly and attentive. There was only two other parties in the speakeasy at the time but they seemed like they were having a blast!

Such a cool spot! Tucked away behind sushi boo, it is Japan meets cyberpunk meets classy cocktails and when it comes together it's a partea! The drink menu is excellent ... the way they take tradition Asian ingredients and curate them into a well balanced cocktail is amazing. I got the guava soju drink and it reminded me of those floral candy's wrapped in the pastel wrapping. My friend got the cocktail with the gochujang and while I was skeptical- the flavors were mind blowing! The service was amazing too! Denny and Tina were so amazing! While we had a party of 12 so we took up the whole space they didn't miss a beat whether it was making drinks, serving drinks or tending to our friends with the claw machines. They also have the machines along the side wall and it is definitely fun but it is costly to play fyi.

Cool concept, as a hidden cyberpunk speakeasy in a hotel, but the drinks were way too sweet/not what we expected and the service was pretty mid.. My coat was left on one of our empty chairs but one of the girls working kept bumping into it and dropping my coat multiple times.. The gatchas/claw machine concept is cool, except a drunk customer kept talking to us while he was doing it, which kind of ruined our vibe.. The other big group of customers to came after us were also very loud and they also kept bumping into us, assuming that they were a bit drunk as well.. But very fun concept and would come back, hopefully on a night it isn't too crowded!

TLDR: Hidden speakeasy bar tucked behind Sushi by Bou with amazing drinks, fun arcade-style games, and a vibrant cyberpunk Tokyo vibe. Perfect spot for predinner fun with a group! We visited Partea Lab with a large group of 12 on the 4th of July for predinner drinks and had an absolute blast. This place is literally a hidden gem .ie there's no signage out front, so you have to know it's located behind Sushi by Bou. Once inside, it's like stepping into a neon-lit alley of a futuristic Tokyo. The space is cozy, probably maxing out around 25-30 people, with high-back bar stools and repurposed steel drum tables. Seating is limited, but the vibe more than makes up for it. Think cyberpunk, arcade meets anime bar. Tons of neon, bright colors, and an entire wall lined with gachapon machines and mini crane games. The prizes are everything from anime keychains to cute nightlights and plushies. It's a bit pricey at $2-$6 a play, but honestly it's a fun activity while having a few drinks. Speaking of drinks, every single cocktail we tried was superlative. From the infamous boba tea shots to the exciting "roll the dice" cocktail, everything was well-crafted and playful. The bartenders really made the experience. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped us snag a win from a stubborn crane machine. S tier hospitality. If you're looking for a unique and interactive bar to visit with friends, Partea Lab should be high on your list.

Came here on July 4th to pregame for another event. This spot is a cool take on East Asian night market food-- every drink is based on some sort of popular dish. My personal favorite was the mango sago drink. Interior is clean and located conveniently inside the hotel 3232. Staff were nice and attentive. Drinks are a bit pricey, with each cocktail about $20. Fun experience though

Came here because I was looking for a random bar near a conference I was attending. Literally any hotel bar would have done fine, but we got exceptionally lucky that this incredible little gem popped up when I searched on Yelp! First of all, when we entered, we couldn't even find the place hidden inside. After asking security, he told me to go through the door in the back hallway. Rather than a door all we saw was what looked like an elevator. However, this was a fake elevator that was in fact a sliding door! Big modern speakeasy vibes . The space inside is incredible- dimly lit with neon arcade lights, a few tables, and a small bar. The drinks all involve some form of tea, hence the name Partea. Our bartender was super chill and made us incredible cocktails- I loved the old fashioned drink. It had a great subtle tea flavor that complimented the whiskey. The arcade claw machines were also a fun vibe and made it feel like I was in a small Akihabara bar. Genuinely felt like I was in a different continent for a small time. Overall, super fun new Japanese speakeasy that you should definitely check out if you're in the area!

Drinks were not great....of 7 people who got drinks only 2 people actually enjoyed them. I don't know if it's the recipe for the drinks or the bartender. The vibe of the place is cool with the games.

Overview: My husband and I came here after dinner. We made a reservation, which I recommend because it's a small space. The waitress was very nice and welcoming. Overall, we had fun! Especially planning the mini crane games. I won 3 different prizes on the first try! And my husband got the hardest one on his second try. The drinks were good, I liked my first one way better than my second one, which I wasn't a fan of. I did love the bubble tea shot though! The boba was delicious! What was ordered: DRINKS: Take Me HoMe, Bitter Melon Highball, 2 Boba Tea Shots, Szechuan Mala Stand outs: Boba Tea Shots & the crane games Would I come back/recommend: Yes - I would come back Yes - I would recommend

An AMAZING speakeasy attached to Sushi by Bou. The inside of the bar is casual, with lots of bright lights to give it a pretty cool cyberpunk vibe. There are also claw machines to play, which is a nice activity to do! Service here is stellar and the bartender was an absolute pleasure to talk to. They have super innovative and fun Asian-inspired drinks. I got the Taiwanese breakfast, which came with small bites of Chinese doughnuts. It was amazing! Would definitely love to come back here to try their other drinks!

We're a big fan of the OG Partea locations in Flushing (RIP) and Manhattan, so we decided to give their speakeasy concept a chance, and we're glad we did! We decided not to make a reservation since we were already on the way there and noticed they still had slots opened on a Saturday night. Tucked away in the back of a hotel lobby, Partea Lab is an Asian themed, futuristic speakeasy with some claw machines. We were seated a few minutes after we arrived and ordered some drinks and appetizers. We ordered the Ganbei Boba Shots, which were delicious and fun but very strong. We also ordered the Gua Bao (Old Fashioned) and The Jasmine. The Gua Bao was overall forgettable but the jerky garnish was a nice touch. The Jasmine was refreshing and bubbly. We also ordered the Tiramisu (with Espresso Martini) which was delicious but the glass it was served in made it difficult to drink the foam. For appetizers, we had the Popcorn Chicken and Honey Butter Fries, which were both delicious. The service was slow but our waitress was extremely friendly. She even gave us a few tokens to play the claw machines, which was nice of her. We enjoyed the concept and ambiance. I can imagine the place being stuffy and loud when it gets crowded.

This is a new speakeasy hidden behind elevator doors at Hotel 32-32. It's a cyberpunk East Asian night market themed intimate bar serving up cocktails and a small bites menu. They have very innovative cocktails like boba shots and classic bites like popcorn chicken. It's a neon lit hideaway that also has claw machines filled with rare plushies. Very cute date spot. Make sure you make a reservation as space is tight!

It was dark when we entered the coffee shop but an ajar door gave way to the bar. The decor is a homage to the works of Nikola Tesla, which can be seen in the subtle electric theme throughout the space and the naming of the cocktails. The space isn't too large - the bar and stools take up most of the space but they also have some booths/tables. The place looks great. The cocktail menu is very creative - I got one of their seasonal mixes that was actually two drinks in one. The main cocktail was meant to be sipped first and they provided a small glass of beer to be sipped after. The name escapes me but it was very good. Since we had cocktails at dinner, we only stayed for one round. Service was good, and overall I enjoyed my time at Patent Pending. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu.

It somehow manages to feel both refined and relaxed at the same time. The kind of place where you half expect to spot Hemingway in the corner pretending not to eavesdrop. We started with half a dozen oysters, which were fresh, briny, and exactly what you want with serious cocktails. Crisp, clean, gone in about three minutes. For drinks, we ordered the Smoke Show and the King Tusk. The Smoke Show was beautifully balanced. The Grey Goose vodka and Dolin Dry gave it that classic martini backbone, but the fino sherry and brine added depth. The smoked olive oil and blue cheese olive brought just enough savory drama without overpowering the glass. It was complex but not fussy. The King Tusk leaned more aromatic and layered. The vermouths gave it richness, while the Buddha's Hand and osmanthus flower added subtle citrus and floral notes that lingered in a really elegant way. It felt like a cocktail designed to be savored slowly. The music fit the mood perfectly, not too loud, just enough to give the room energy without killing conversation. We walked in without a reservation around 6:20 p.m., and they were able to accommodate us at a shared table until 7:15. The menu surprised me a bit. Since I associated the address with Eleven Madison Park, I wasn't expecting to see items like wings stuffed with sausage, which were done in partnership with Jungsik. We ordered those along with the mushroom burger and asked them to cut the burger in half for us. The cocktail menu was creative and a little intimidating, with unconventional ingredients like cream cheese and green curry. I went with a fruity Hendrick's-based drink, and my friend ordered the spicy green curry martini. Both were good. Mine didn't taste very strong, but it also wasn't overly sweet because there was enough bitterness to balance it out. The green curry martini was more adventurous but still worked. Service was mixed. There was a woman standing near us, so we tried ordering food with her, but she seemed hesitant to come over. Maybe she wasn't a server or was newer. For drinks, she brought over someone more seasoned, who quickly helped guide us based on our preferred taste profiles. Her suggestions were very good. The mushroom burger was the highlight for me. It was a little salty, but the crispy mushroom and soft bun were a great combination. I honestly wished I had more than half. The wings were okay. They were crispy on the outside and juicy inside, but coated in a Dorito-like powder that made them very messy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back, especially for the mushroom burger.
