I guess they sell mostly to painting contractors and not as helpful to residential customers.

One of the inspectors recommended this place, so I stopped by to see if they had what I needed. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the specific knobs I was looking for, but the employee was incredibly helpful. He took the time to check nearby stores to help me find the knobs as quickly as possible. He was also honest with me about the cost and let me know that the knobs were on the more expensive side rather than trying to push me into a purchase. Even though I wasn't able to purchase the knobs there that day, I really appreciated the customer service and willingness to help. They seem very knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely interested in helping customers find a solution. If I ever have another appliance issue, I will definitely come back here. While I did not meet him personally, he was wonderful to work with via email and phone. Just a fantastic communicator from start to finish and even great customer service beyond the sale. He even helped us navigate an unexpected issue we had during our install and was so quick to offer a solution and even follow-up. It's rare to find someone who stays this attentive and helpful these days. So just wanted to give Corey a 10/10 recommendation and huge shout out for his professionalism, honesty, and genuine care throughout the entire experience. My husband was a bit skeptical that I could accomplish a great look and function without help. Well, I got just the help I needed at the Kohler Store. Tina gave me expert advice and suggestions, made the order for me, and had everything delivered to my house in just a few days. I love my new shower, and all the accessories - even the grab rails which I deeply resent needing, but are in fact more useful than I anticipated. At 75, I still like to take baths, and with the rails I can extend that joy for several more years. By the way, my husband loves the look too, but he has his own room...

Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. This experience reminded us why shopping at Ace is worth it and should have just went there from the start. So, I was referred here by some real estate flipper friends who are very fiscally conscious. So I looked up this place online and drove by a few times. It is located in a very strange location, but that's irrelevant. When you go inside, they have so many options of tiles, granite, quartz, cabinets, carpets, floorings, etc to chose from. More importantly, they have high quality options to chose from. The service: I was very lucky to find Le to help me. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help me. He was also very generous with his time explaining to me the differences between items. I feel like I can be a contractor now. Just kidding. But most importantly, he was very honest and not pushy. Which was much appreciated. I was The price: I have many friends who are remodeling their houses right now, and they have much less square footage to deal with, but paying the same amount as me when I have ordered Made in USA and Italian flooring. So.... that's definitely a win. And they've told me they have researched and compare prices a lot. That tells me, i don't need to waste my time looking anymore because I'm at the right place. The verdict: Don't let the bad reviews fool you. I wasn't dissuaded by them obviously, because of being referred here. However it did put my guards up after I read them. But being here was definitely a positive experience. Be sure to look for Le and I hope your search ends here.

Unless you can supervise the full process of choosing your materials & installing yourself, I'd stay away. We purchased a few countertops from them and ended up using their recommended installer for simplicity. It ended up being installed incorrectly & undercut by an inch on most dimensions. When reaching out to the installer & store, both gave the run around. "It was the installer", "its how the store requested it to be cut", "its how you asked it to be cut." None of their back and forth made sense and wasn't worth the initial hassle/savings in the end because we had to have the countertops re-cut and polished by another contractor.

He asked, "Is something wrong? Can I help you?" I showed him the message from customer support, and he told me, "One second." He was actually very nice, so I waited. After a little while, another employee came and asked me if I needed help. I told him, "Thank you, I'm waiting for someone." A little later, another lady came and asked me if I needed something. I told her, "Thank you, I'm waiting for someone." Then the first guy came back and told me, "Sorry, they're a little busy right now." He noticed the lady who had asked me if I needed help and told me, "She can help you." I went over to her, but she was on the phone. She asked me, "You need something?" I told her yes, and she said, "I asked you if you needed something." I told her, "How would I know you were coming to help me? I was waiting for someone, like the guy told me." She then asked how she could help me. I told her, "That's fine. I'll wait for you to finish your phone call." Long story short, I explained that I had a product that I had already dropped off, and that I received a message from customer support saying that I could get a refund. She checked the receipt and said, "That's it?" I told her, "Yes. It's not about the amount. I could have told her that my eyeglasses are worth more than her monthly salary." And if your response is, "That's it?" then why didn't your amazing employee refund it the first time? She never asked what happened, never asked about the previous experience, and never acknowledged the terrible customer service I had experienced. The manager simply said, "That's it," and then told another employee to give me the money. What an amazing zero-star experience and a manager with absolutely zero knowledge of customer service. The online customer support was actually excellent, but based on my experience, the Westminster store seems to have placed every employee who knows nothing about customer service in the same location. I honestly question how some of them were qualified to work there in the first place. Anyway, I got my refund. And over my dead body will I ever go back to that dumpster of a store again.
