They were very friendly and the tech even gave me a little tip to make my job re installing my part much easier. Yes I could have bought this part online cheaper but not only did they have the part in stock their kindness and helpfulness really made it worth keeping my money local.

He caused damage to the power outlet while ripping on old dryers cord. He didn't finish installation because of the sparks and damage. Of course they didn't offer to pay for the electrician bill that their employee caused. Their 90 day warranty is whack. They Charge you fee for technician to come out to your home and "fix it." A mechanic or technician who doesn't honor their labor or work is a place i avoid. It's another way to scam customers for appliance resales failure to fix the appliances properly before selling them to customers. You have better luck buying new dryer, washer or other appliances for brand new. They cost same or even less when on sale compared to appliance resale used appliances. I would recommend buying new appliance because it has better warranties, no all sales final or no return scams like this business.

My homeowners warranty connected me to this company to repair my dishwasher…read more I received a call from Michael to schedule an appointment to look at the dishwasher. Michael arrived timely, wore a mask, was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my dishwasher and ordered the parts needed. He came back to repair the dishwasher, installed the replacement parts. After this, during his thorough testing he discovered another issue, so he ordered the part for that. He came back again and fixed all parts and thoroughly tested the dishwasher. He was polite, friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. I had been apprehensive due to the reviews, but hoped for the best. I am pleased with this repair, and would not hesitate to contact Michael at McCain appliance repair for any future repairs I might need.

Mc Cain Appliance (Rick Mc Cain) was sent by my home warranty insurance to fix my oven. This man…read morehas no experience working on modern appliances. He is about 80 years old and arrives in a beat up old Plymouth minivan. My oven is a high-tech LG oven that was having problems igniting -- it had a very strong smell of gas but wouldn't light. He said, "I don't smell anything." . I couldn't believe it! The oven's alarm was going off!!!! He was very rude and just wanted to argue about it. Then he demanded to use my restroom. He didn't ask politely -- he demanded. He kept trying to figure out what the problem was ... finally saying he would have to come back. He came back a week later. He brought a new igniter. He walked into my home and immediately told my husband that we needed better house numbers because he couldn't find our house. (He had been here a week ago) He was very rude and my husband ignored the comment -- then he yelled, "DID YOU HEAR ME????" My husband said, "Yes I heard you.". The old man just went on & on yelling about how he hated my town. My town?? What??? So .... he works on the oven for about an hour and said he was done. He turned on the oven .... and the alarm went off again! He kept turning it off & on .... the alarm continued .... We just looked at him and asked, "What's wrong? The new part didn't work?". He said, "I'LL HAVE TO SOME RESEARCH ON IT.". Research? This man had no idea what he was doing. He left but stayed in our driveway for about a half hour at least. We called our insurance company right away. We were on the phone with the insurance company -- they were trying to reach him on his phone but he wouldn't answer their call. He's still in my driveway! So now, after 2 weeks my oven is still broken. We've told our insurance company that we want someone else to fix it because this old man is completely clueless and very very rude.
