Cam was very personable and this is a great place to buy appliances (my daughter has bought a few from them and has not be disappointed). Fair prices (better than Lowe's or Home Depot for a better fridge), prompt delivery and install and haul off old one - and at a very reasonable rate. John Masters who delivered and did our install was also on time and kept me informed on his arrival time. Nice guy, did a great install, very careful, explained stuff about the fridge to my hubs before he left. Seamless transaction from beginning to end. Kathi Palacios

Definitely wants you to have a great shopping experience. We ended up buying a washer, dryer, and fridge. Great pricing for value. Owners- 5/5 Helpful and informative. Asked them for help with the best suggestion for a water softener to care deeply for appliances that are new, and gave a few suggestions and information on the Houston area needs for home care, given we moved from CA. Delivery- 4/5 The positive: Communicative and called ahead of time to let us know they were 30 mins away. What needs improvement: The delivery men mentioned that they were NOT given the correct tools to finish the job of leveling out the panels on the fridge or what was needed for installation of the fridge upon delivery, because they "switched delivery trucks on them". Unfortoley, that leaves us the customer, waiting for them to come back and finish the job they were paid for. It's been a week, and we are still waiting for them to come back and level out the panels on the fridge. This is either the delivery men's lack of preparation before delivery or the owners' lack of structure to ensure delivery has what they need for all to go as needed.

Sales person did not have any personality at all. We decided to wait two weeks for a Memorial day sale. We still needed a range hood though (had a microwave hood). My wife and I decided to take the drive out to Nor-West and we are so happy that we did. We had looked at a range hood, decided that we would get that. My wife suggested that while we were there to ask about the GE range we wanted. All of our questions were answered, they gave us a price that actually was better than what the Sears Memorial day sale would have been. We decided to by the range and the hood from Nor-West. Getting the range installed was another fantastic experience. With Sears I always had the crew of 2 - 4 people who did not usually speak English well and would just do an ok job. The people that installed the range hood and range were fantastic!. They knew what they were doing, showed us any special features and took their time to make sure it was done correctly. Simply put everyone that I dealt with was a knowledgeable person who cared about the customer experience. Ever wonder why the big box stores install everything so quickly? They have a 12 minute window (if I remember correctly from the washer being installed). Nor-West has a customer for life jts_houston
