My rating is on staff. My daughter and I walked in after hitting an emergency cone on the highway that caused damage to the front bumper and needed to buy tools to remove the hanging pieces. We were greeted with two amazing employees who helped us remove and get us back on the road. I wished we would have written down names but you two know who you are. I went here to get a dog kennel but once home realized that not all the parts were with the kennel it was missing a black bag it was suppose to be in and the tarp on top was not included like in the photo. I called and informed the buisness and now a week later I never received a update or a follow up call. Now when I go to return it ROSE was very uncooperative and had an attitude with me the entire time was trying to tel me things that had nothing to do with me or the return. I tried to address it but she wasn't friendly at all. Now I understand we are only human and may be going through home stuff but that stays outside the doors not taken out on customers. read more

This is easily the worst tractor supply I have ever been to and it's my local one so that really sucks. Out of roughly 30 different attempts, I have only successfully had propane filled once here. Staff is rude and the isles are so full of stuff they eventually intend to stock that you can't get down the isles without moving cart after cart out of your way. A little bit of a drive for me but totally worth it. I purchase food for my bird and squirrel feeder here. I buy a big bag of chicken scratch for cheap and mix in some wild bird feed or sunflower seeds. For about $40 I have enough food for 6 months. Male cashier working the night of 12/30 refused to hear his face mask, I asked him if he was aware that his mask wasn't covering his nose and mouth he immediately rolled his eyes, huffed and puffed and replied he was behind the thin place shield so it shouldn't matter - I made a hand gesture behind me that there were two children in line under the age of 4yrs and asked if it was store policy for employees to wear a face mask while on the clock - again he responded that he was behind the plastic shield. I walked out and phoned the store to speak with a manager and was told the manager was on vacation and the assistant manager was not in. Now I know why this employee was not wearing a face mask (no supervision). People like this cashier is the reason COVID is still very active. Mask up! read more

I really enjoy the little tidbits of cool stuff I can find here. Canning stuff. Pet food. Miscellaneous goodies. It's worth the convoluted way I have to drive to get there. The best part of my last visit were the two young men who didn't ignore me as I struggled to get my large and heavy bags of dog food into my car. Came running, yes running, to me to officer help. I bought a trailer and when I got it home the lights weren't working. I spent hours trying to figure it out. Kelly, at Tractor Supply not only replaced the faulty light be gave me a new replacement for the other side in case that one acted up. It's a good thing I went back because I also noticed a mistake of one digit on the VIN # on my temp license plate. It was a complicated fix online with the Registry office, but he took care of it and I drove away a happy man, with a valid registration and working lights. I've never stepped into a tractor supply store before... so I had no idea what to expect. Went in looking for some wood pellets to use for my new bunny's litter, was distracted by all the random stuff they had in there. Little mini toys, popcorn, candies.. what? They had a large variety of things for small pets and horses. Found what I needed after searching around since the worker wasn't really sure what I was asking for. I called about a drag harrow that the internet said they had in stock and was told they had one in the store after the lady checked. I drove over there through the horrible traffic and found out they didn't have the one I wanted in stock. Nathanael was apologetic and offered to take $50 off the next bigger size. He was courteous and continued to apologize for me having to drive over and learn it wasn't in stock. I ended up getting the larger size ( which was the one I really wanted) for a great price and couldn't have been happier. It's nice to be treated with respect by a great young man that new how to handle the situation quick and with a ton of professionalism. They have a customer for life! read more

I called this particular location. I spoke to a young girl. I asked for hardware cloth in 48" x 100' lengths after a little bit of checking, she said that the only thing that she had available was poultry netting in the size that I needed. I asked how many of those she had. She said she had one. I asked if she could transfer from another store. She said she was sorry they don't do in-store transfers of products. I then asked her if she could hold that very single one she had. I was told she was not supposed to hold things, but in her great magnanimity, she would hold it for me, but by the end of the day had it not been picked up it would be put back on the sales floor. I then suggested I pay for it so it would be secured for me. I was then met with "we don't take payments over the phone"!!!!! By now, my usually calm demeanor was slipping. I asked to speak to a manager. Surely, by gentle persuasion and reminding them that I was in fact a customer and actually wanted to purchase something using the thing that kept their doors open- money, would open the magic, elusive doors I sought. She then said "I AM the manager." Goodbye. I will let YELP! do the dirty work. Do not go here. Horrible customer service. If I could write corporate, I would. Oh wait! I CAN.
