Why would I give you more of my money for another possible defective item? It was not a "custom" order item and there was no notice that the delay in delivering the rug would be so long at the time I placed my order. Had I known, I would have purchased a rug elsewhere. I have been tracking my order regularly since placing the order. I have had an original delivery date window of Mon, Nov 21 - Wed, Nov 23, but no rug. After that date passed the delivery date window was changed by PB to Wed, Dec 14 - Fri, Dec 16. Again, no rug. Next, tracking sent us a notice that the rug had arrived in Hickory, NC to the PB loading dock on Tue, Dec 20 @ 8:52am. Great news so we thought, the rug is close! We live in South Carolina. The delivery window was changed yet again to Mon, Jan 9 - Tue, Jan 10. We thought 3 weeks delay to deliver the rug was a bit long, but on Sat, Jan 7 the delivery window was changed by PB yet again to Mon, Jan 30 - Wed, Feb 1. I want to schedule my delivery, but after I spoke with 4 different Scheduling customer service workers this week, I find out that my rug is not at their loading dock, but at another warehouse and not ready for a delivery to be scheduled yet. Pottery Barn has my money and my rug. NOW on January 25th the delivery date was pushed out again until Feb. 10th! Pottery Barn customer service is TERRIBLE. The quality of the items I have previously purchased in the past have been great, but I will NEVER buy another item from Pottery Barn again after this nightmare!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Yelp requires a minimum of 1 star. PB deserves a negative star rating in my opinion. I have recently filed an official complaint with the BBB on-line! The delivery window for this rug has changed FIVE (5) times over the past FOUR (4) MONTHS!!! Hickory, NC is LESS than 150 MILES from our residence in Blair, SC There is NO EXCUSE for this rug to have been sitting at any warehouse for OVER SIX (6) WEEKS! PB's "customer service" response email was NOT a resolution to this matter. The RESOLUTION would be having the rug delivered to our front door! PB "customer service" monitoring will do nothing to get the rug to us any faster. Pottery Barn should be ashamed and embarrassed by this failure to deliver a product from their Website in a timely manner!     First and foremost I would like to understand why all the bad, negative reviews on this company…read morethat has been in business for sooooooo many decades!! That's right decades! Too be honest with you, it never crossed my mind to write a review on Cuisinart Sales & Services. Recently, on the 1st or the 2nd of July, we bought a small, tiny grill from Amazon with Cuisinart brand. It had a survey code to scan their QR code or simply go on their site: bit.ly/CuisinartGrilling and give them my candid review/feedback. Unfortunately, after trying it for like 5 times and calling their customer service #, I wasn't able to get in contact with anyone and wasn't able to give them my 5 star feedback. I don't know why the phone # is giving me a busy signal and I wasn't able to thank them for the grill that we bought by giving our fair share of rating. Tried calling their customer service # literally 6 times back to back. No answer. Moving forward, for so many decades we purchased so many different products/appliances from food processors, toasters, coffee makers, pots and pans, blenders, waffle makers, indoor grill (to place on top of a stove,) and the most recent item was the small grill. We took it to the park, grilled our different kind of meats and vegetables for 4th of July and ate them. It came out PERFECT! SIMPLY DELICIOUS! We have ordered things online and in different stores where they sell/sold Cuisinart brand and never had any problems with it. Why 4 stars? Because no-one is answering the phone after calling 6x and wasn't able to give my 5 star review on their site. Please check the phone number and your website. Prices are reasonable and affordable. Depending on what you buy and where you buy it from?? Store or online. Thank You.

    I would give them 0 stars if I could…read more I worked for Fuego for a year and a half as a sales representative. During that time, they advertised and sold a product that they have yet to create (the light unit for their Modular kitchen). The happiness of my customers who bought the product was never a priority; I would email time and time again asking them what they were going to do about it (after the first few customers had purchased the light unit over a year in the past). The staff at Fuego did not respond to many of these inquiries. I believe they are finally (after a year and a half in one case) refunding their customers. Not only do they not value their customers, but they do not value their sales representatives (independent contractors who work on commission). I did not receive the due commission payments for my sales this year, and was told on multiple ocassions that I should have already received payment. When I would tell them that I hadn't and ask when I could expect it, they chose to ignore me. After they ignored my inquiries for three months, I finally sent them a demand letter and filed a claim with Small Claims Court. Even then, they continued to string me along, and treated me with scorn and malice. Ultimately, they paid me the bulk of my commissions, and claimed that there had been returns that kept me from receiving my remaining commissions. I happen to know (I keep in good touch with all my customers) that nothing had been returned. Ultimately, rather than continue my uphill battle, I chose to retreat with the bulk of my commissions and count myself a happier person to never have to deal with them again. They don't respect their customers or their contractors. Their products, while sexy, are not the best on the market, and often arrive damaged or incomplete. Should that happen to you, be warned: you may never get it resolved or a refund.

I wanted others to know what this product offers pros and cons It is an interesting beautiful modern hi tech gas grill perfect for tight spaces like small terraces. It is made for the I phone generation that wants something with high style and performance. One of the designers actually once worked at Apple according to past press releases I read Fuego the makers of expensive 1500 dollar plus grills and up have come up with a smaller more cost effective model that comes in colors or Stainless Steel So far on most counts it's a winner. One of the most beautifully designed grilling products in years with some caveats. Check their website out it's a beauty. It is more challenging to cook on then your typical Weber however I imagine with some time one can adjust to the unique design of the burners and the control knob that also takes some adjusting too. My complaints so far with this grill is cleaning looks like a big challenge and the grease cup is too tiny and abit clumsy to remove and reinstall The gas tank is hidden behind the stunning perforated colored or Stainless steel curved sheet. My biggest pet peeve however is every time you want to cook you have to remove the metal sheet front plate which otherwise perfectly hides the unsightly gas tank. You then place the curved rounded tank cover somewhere to turn the gas on. It looks awful with the cover off and you now have this cover you have to find a place for until you shut the gas off after cooking and then reinstall the cover. What on earth were they thinking? Incredibly stupid This is going to be a deal killer for some. I imagine upcoming on a future design they are going to have to put the door on a hinge or other improved design. Otherwise face a lot of returns or lost sales from folks that find this a major annoyance every time they want to turn the grill on A huge disappointment for what is the most incredible high design grilling product in years to hit the market at an affordable price for what it is. The other very sad element is the company itself. While they publish a clever blog and attractive website they have no one to answer questions intelligently and do not return phone calls or emails unless they feel like it. There is practically no one one working at the company. They are more interested in selling products and letting someone else worry about it who sells it.My unit came with a damaged cutting board poorly packed by Fuego. They also told me I would have my new grill close to Memorial Day in late May. Here it is October and I finally received the grill yesterday. My advice to Fuego? Hire a few folks who can advise and inform customers so they can build long term satisfied customers. It's a sin to design nice products and then infuriate customers by ignoring them. As poor as Fuego conducts its business with consumers they do make a stand alone category killer product even with the current above flaws noted. The product performs reasonably well in most cooking abilities especially as I continue to break in the grill. Overall my patience may have paid off overall despite the slow follow ups of the Fuego folks Update :In the end they did a fair job of resolving all my concerns with the grill
