The best part is that they provide a lifetime warranty on all their work. Before choosing this shop for repairs, I also verified they were an FCA/Stellantis-certified collision repair shop using the FCA Certified Collision Repair Network Locator at https://fcacertifiedshop.com/fca. The front desk ladies were very friendly and answered all my questions while Eddie and Fernando made sure to listen to my concerns and to install all OEM parts as requested. Fernando even went out of his way to put all my rambox items back exactly how they were when I dropped off the truck and they washed my vehicle before pick up. I was also able to drop off my Enterprise rental at the shop when I picked up my truck and they contacted Enterprise for pick up. The repair on my truck looks flawless and the paint matches perfectly. Only took about a week and a half and I just had to return 3 weeks later to replace a plastic part that was delayed in shipment. I appreciated the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service. Everyone there was friendly and took the time to just chat and share some laughs. So embarrassing that Ford couldn't have done a better job. Crapy customer service! I'll never hear the end of it now. Thanks Ford. Service department needs to get it together! Over two weeks to fix a blend door actuator and valve cover replacement, all covered by extended warranty. My husband is a mechanic and had to specifically tell Ford to look at the valve cover due to smoke coming out of the exhaust, because they looked with their eyes at the exhaust and couldn't figure it out, HUGE RED FLAG! That's something a FORD mechanic should know! A week in, we get a phone call asking if we have a spare because they lost our keys, thankfully they magically showed up a few days later. We called a few times to get updates and either it was a runaround, excuses about pictures and sending out to warranty, yet the truck had been there a week, or simply just no callback. My husband had to show up and surprise them and asked to look at the truck just to ensure everything was OK. Customer shouldn't have to show up to get a status on their own vehicle! Over 2 weeks for a blend door actuator and a cracked valve cover. If you know anything about cars, you know it would not take over 2 weeks to do this simple work! When you pay for extended warranty on a Ford raptor, you don't do these things yourself, you expect good customer service from Ford! Also our back window isn't going down and we also needed this fixed. The answer we get is "it's working when I do it" so we still have a window in our truck that doesn't go down and of course would have been covered by warranty as well, but when you don't care about customer service and doing your job, this is how customers walk away, unsatisfied! AND THE DARN BUTTON THAT "WORKS" IS NOW COMPLETELY BROKEN! We'll have to go to another Ford dealer for this! Definitely not going back to this incompetent lazy dealership!

Great Car & Great Buying Experience!…read more My wife and I researched both the vehicle she wanted and the dealers in our area. We landed on the 2026 Toyota Rav 4 Woodland Edition. We selected to go with Toyota of San Bernardino through word of mouth and their reviews. The internet sales team was very helpful and transparent about the process and walked us through putting a deposit down for a vehicle being built. They communicated to us throughout the waiting process and kept us informed of the delivery dates and relevant updates. Once the vehicle arrived, they contacted us with a window to come in to finalize the purchase and gave us plenty of options to meet with them. Due to our work schedule we had to come in near closing time, but their customer service was unmatched regardless. The sales process was smooth and top notch. Financing is always a scary part of the process due to all the options, but their staff were honest and outlined what was nice to have versus what was needed. Overall, we were in and out of the dealer in under 3 hours. This included sales, test drive, financing, and vehicle features breakdown. Special shoutout to our sales rep Marcos Alonzo and our finance rep Carlos Jimenez. We didn't feel like customers, but more like family. Great buying experience and we will be back for our next Toyota for our oldest daughter!

My guy took my car in for it's first oil change today, they told him under 2 hours, and my phone number is on the paperwork .. so the under 2 hours has turned into 3-1/2 hours, and I'm not exaggerating. What is wrong with this place???? Seriously, there is something missing from this service center, and everyone pays for it. What a joke. I guess I will try Redlands next and if that doesn't work I will go all the way to Ontario, where I bought my car. If they are going to take all day, they should be honest and upfront so people can decide with a realistic time frame. Just leaving people sitting there is RUDE, RUDE as can be. People's time matters and so does being honest & upfront. This place is not honest or upfront.
