Very professional and timely... done within a few days, as promised. My only complaint is that they left some materials behind that I had to take to the dump myself. During the winter storms of 2021 our fence was blown down and needed some major repairs. Three posts and some boards. After shopping around I came upon Fence Pros Pluss who gave me a per section repair estimate with no issues. A week later the owner's son was out at my place fixing our fence. He also did some preventative maintenance for free which was found as we were looking at the fencing. He didn't have to but he offered. After 35 years, the one original side of fencing we had left was on its way out. We got three different quotes for fencing before deciding to go with Fence Pros Plus - one for vinyl and two for wood (our old was wood and preferred to stay wood). Our only contact was with Fence Pros Plus was with Logan, the owner's son, who was very clear, upfront, and honest about the work they would do. We originally thought we were going to have to replace our back run of fence, as well as one of the sides, and Logan actually gave us a quote over the phone based on the linear square feet we had measured. It seemed unusual and bold to do that but he came out the next day to take all of his own measurements and provide a hard copy. He was honest and upfront and told us we didn't need to replace the back run, just the side run. The back would only need some repair work done (which we will be taking care of shortly - but NONE of the other contractors gave us that option - they just wanted to over-quote $$$) So we only ended up needing to replace 75 feet of fencing and Logan's price was the fairest and the work was guaranteed. Logan was diligent, timely, and always honest. He had another worker with him one day but the other 3 he was solo and worked hard and diligently. He always walked us through what his plans were and why he did the fence-build-out the way he did. It was clear and obvious that the two generations of fence builder's before him had taught him well. He went above and beyond! He poured new concrete where an old section had to be removed to relocate the fence and did a wonderful patch job. He even ground down an extra section of concrete to make sure there were no trip hazards at the gate. If something seemed off to him he would re-do it and let us know in the process. It's so hard to find great contractors nowadays and we are so happy with the work that Logan from Fence Pros Plus did for us. He's got a voice that booms and echoes (lol) but don't let that turn you away from using their fence service, you won't regret it! Generational contractors that actually still have integrity and are specialists in what they do. Thank you Fence Pros Plus! (Also, side note - One of the negative reviews from several years ago stated Fence Pros Plus didn't accept credit cards. Maybe that was the case 5 years ago but that is inaccurate. Unprofessional and blew off scheduling commitments. No communication with no shows. Conversation was too personal with comments to other contractors onsite. Ultimately we terminated his employment with only partial completion. He then harrassed us by text and threatened us with cashing our check without completing work. We posted stop payment on check and then were scared to let him return to pick up tools and left over materials which he left at our house. More unprofessional commentary followed on our cell phones till we blocked his contact. Would not recommend him to anyone. read more

We needed 220feet of redwood and 180feet of chain link fencing with snake wire replaced. We received 5 estimates ranging from independent to a couple large companies. After meeting with John and his son we knew we wanted to go with him. He communicated easily and was a straight shooter. He doesn't over promise, he does what he says he will do. He explained what needed to be done and how they would do it. He noted issues that no one else called out and could have been real problem. He spent time going over our project and explained things that we never thought about. He showed up on time daily and worked tirelessly to complete our fence installation. He provided us with quality craftsmanship. He completely demolished our old fencing and packed it all up nicely and hauled it away. He dug deep holes for the new posts so they were set really well. He really cared about our job. He cleaned up carefully even though he were coming back the next day. He was very considerate of the fact that we have three dogs and needed our fence installed ASAP. John, owner and operator was great. I got 3 quotes for work to be done and Fence Pros Plus was the cheapest while also getting more expensive redwood with picture frame. (Lowe's was $1000 more expensive for their cheapest option, dog eared cedar with pressure treated posts). After my 2nd quote and original company fell through, My wife and I left messages with a few companies to continue our search. John called and left a voicemail and once I returned his call, quick to come out and provide his own quote. John explained what he would do and if asked, why. His experience in this trade is easy to see and now, after the job, I couldn't be happier with the work he performed. After the posts were set I was concerned about finding a couple of my sprinklers (despite a clause in the quote stating he is not liable for irrigation damage and further explained this before job start), John helped me find the sprinklers and because I had materials on hand to fix the issue, a quick 10 minutes went by and my issues were resolved. He even fulfilled my special request to install a protective pole in front of it. He had the tools necessary to cut into the concrete and pour cement to install this sturdy pole. I cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner, John! After a recent rainstorm our fence fell down between the neighbors and ours. We had several quotes from various companies who insisted that we had to replace the entire fence. John came in and pointed out that only our posts were totally rotten and the rest of the fence was in good condition (we had recently replaced a few Pickets and couldn't understand why the other companies couldn't use them again) and did not have to be replaced. John replied very fast to my initial call, came over gave us a quote in person and was able to fix our fence within a few days. We have a very large German Shepherd and unbeknownst to me he actually went above and beyond and secured parts of the fence without charging us any additional fees John was very hard-working, professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. I would highly recommend him for any job and we will definitely use him again for other parts of our fence in the near future! read more

Beware company doesn't accept credit cards makes you wonder if they are a legit business, I work for one one the biggest company in the world and I'm in charge of multiple facilities in So Cal so when I can, I try to give local businesses work. I called "fence pros" and asked if I could get a quote on a repair a lady answered her phone with zero knowledge of what her job description is took my info and said her husband would call me back that he was out washing something down. Before I hung up I asked if they accepted AMEX (Because from experience not all businesses accept it) she started stuttering and said I suppose I can through PayPal but I have to figure out the fees (which I didn't mind paying), I agreed and about an hour later her husband "John" calls me asking if I could pay with a check, I explained to him that the company doesn't issue checks but I would be more than willing to pay any and all fees. He insisted that I call AMEX to request checks, once again I tried explain but he was determined to make me pay with a check, then will all the professionalism of a 5 star business he mumbled something and hung up. I just needed 2 post repaired another company just made $1500 to replace 2 post. I would not recommend this so called "company " to anyone read more
