I can't tell you good or bad things about this company, but what I can say is that they never followed up on a quote that I requested. I had an appointment with Angelica , which she showed up for. We walked my property so I could show her what I wanted. When we were done, she told me that she would have the estimate to me by the next day. Well, it is four days after the appointment and I still haven't received it. I was really hoping to receive their estimate because I wanted to give them my business. I read their Yelp reviews and thought they would be a company that I would trust. It wasn't like my job requirement was small, it wasn't. I don't chase any company to take my money, so I will not be chasing this one. I will say that I don't have anything good or bad to say, but I am indifferent on the way my request for a quote was handled. I wish this company well, and hope they can use my post as a learning lesson for customer satisfaction. I give them a one star rating only because of them not following up. The one star is not an indicator of quality or performance,, as in cannot attest to them. read more

Native Fence are the best! We had them install a 350-feet 3-rail fence on our property line. Their bid was very competitive and the work was superb. Joaquín and Antonio were amazing. This review is late in coming however I wanted to give a shout out to Jessie and the Native Fence team, including Joaquin, Luis, and Angelica. They worked with us to install a large project that included several hundred feet of fencing, three gates, and a gate operator. The work was done in the middle of COVID-19 and so we experienced many delays--most that were not their fault but waiting on parts and such. Regardless of the delays and them having to return on multiple occasions, the job was completed satisfactorily and we love our fencing and gates. We have highly recommended them to others. read more

Started with an inquiry on a Friday on their website for a simple gate project. They reached out promptly and once we connected and I gave them the details, they said they would try to give me a quote by end of that day (Friday). I did not hear anything that day or weekend which can be justified. On Monday, I still not heard anything close to the end of the day so I reached out again. It seems they had forgotten about my project and said they had left the office early on Friday. They told me they would have my quote within 30 minutes. They then started texting me all sorts of questions that I had answered in the first phone conversation. Another 3 hours later, I finally get my quote which was DOUBLE the price of every other quote I received. I told them that it was double and they said they would see what they could do once they were back in the office the next day. I have yet to hear any update or revised quote. Needless to say, I will not be using Native Fence and they were the first to respond to my project request. read more

The installation of our black chain link fence from Native was quick and painless and looks fantastic. Everyone was great to work with and their prices are fair. My only negative comment would be to say their front end communication skills needs a lot of work. If I hadn't been recommended to them by someone I trust I would not have stuck it out. We needed a fence put in, because your best neighbor is a fence. We have two dogs and one of our big concerns was when taking down the chain link fence during construction, will our dogs escape, will the neighbors dog escape and so on. Native fence team made sure while installing the new fence they would keep chain link fence up and properly secure the fence so there would be no gaps for the dogs to escape. Juaquin and Miguel where great guys to work with. They were very clean and always picked up after themselves. I highly recommend Native Fence Company. They just installed black chain link with snake fencing for a dog yard and no climb fencing for a horse corral. Jessie provided a reasonable estimate. Tony and Hector did a great job installing the fencing and were friendly and professional. Angelica was great, she was able to get me on the schedule quickly and was very helpful. Jessie's price was the most competitive, I've asked 4 more quotes from other companies, I would say they're not even close.They say the lowest price isn't always the best but I never regret in choosing this company. My only complain was there were times when I have questions for change of plans for the project , he wouldn't reply till 2-5days after, but I guess he was busy then with other customers. I wanted to give 4.5 stars because of the slow communication process but I rounded up to 5 because we are still happy customers. read more
