Solid, dependable coffee spot with a decor fit for a king. The coffee shop is adjacent to the Hugo hotel and provides a barista who is extremely helpful. There is Apple seating with couches and classic circular tables that provide a conducive atmosphere for catching up with others. It is a five minute walk from the nearest subway stop and feels "off the beaten path" while located on a quiet street. Coffee itself is quite delicious and original tasting. Highly recommended spot.

Had a forest experience at Felix in Greenwich! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes it a nice spot for a coffee break. We ordered the avocado toast, which was nicely presented and packed with fresh flavors. To accompany it, we had an iced espresso, which was smooth, rich, and expertly brewed. Service was friendly and efficient.

i was today years old when i learned that this place was a chain!!. i for some reasons had high expectations i think bc i saw this place on tiktok from some influencer but it was kind of lackluster. the space is beautiful and nicely furnished BUT it is ... dirty. flies buzzing everywhere and a strange, tepid temperature and atmosphere. people are working in this cafe also contributing to the stale air. you can order food which comes from the kitchen, but i just went to the cafe area. the trash on the cafe when i went was like overflowing; and perhaps that's because there was only 1 maybe two people working and it was quite busy at the time. i really appreciated how they gave me complimentary cold filtered water with my chai latte but my chai latte was super overpriced and too spicy. AND it came in a DIXIE CUP. um hello presentation??? it didn't match with the beautiful decor at all. also the bathroom was kinda gross and needed a desparaxtebcleaning and renovation. the other staff at the hotel part (Hotel Hugo) have a pretentious air and it's kind of off putting. i would not come back!!

Beautiful place - shakshuka was delicious. Iced matcha was good. Elegant and laid back vibes. Not crowded. Will be back !

The counter staff very friendly. The Shashuka was delicious! The service was slow but they did have a small event outside, but it still it took about a 1/2 hour to get my meal.

My knitting group had been searching for a new spot since our old spot, Arts and Crafts in the Village closed. When Felix Roasters was mentioned, I was surprised that it would be open in the evening but I realized that it was attached to the Hotel Hugo. I haven't been to the other locations but this location has a lot of seating (outside and inside). I really like the back room--my knitting buddies call it the plant room because they have plants draped across the wall and a glass ceiling. It's a nice space for knitting, studying, and eating in a quiet space. They even have a rooftop bar area. One of my knitting friends usually gets an iced chai tea latte, while the rest of us would get cocktails. The bartender said that he could make any drink we wanted. The first time I was there, I got the ice chai tea latte and I asked for simple syrup. The bartender said that it cost extra. I can't remember the price but charging for simple syrup is ridiculous. I decided that it was best to just get a cocktail. On my last visit, I got The Hugo (reminded me of a mojito) and another one in the group got the Espresso Martini. We both wanted the Tequila Cold Brew but they were out of cream. The service isn't anything noteworthy--as a matter of fact, the last time we were there (this was probably our 3rd or 4th time), we actually got table service. The reason why we still go here is because we could knit in peace, they play good music at a good volume and it's convenient for all of us. In short, the service isn't great but the space works for us.

STEEEEEEP prices so be aware. $7.35 for an iced latte w their homemade almond/cashew milk. Their beans are on the sour side - I was not the biggest fan. The ricotta toast on sourdough bread was topped with prosciutto and figs. Delicious but not sure if it's worth the $20 price tag. Beautiful spot that would be great for a change of scenery or coffee date but otherwise, pass.

There are multiple locations but this one has gorgeous seating! Located inside hotel Hugo, the space is designed well and offers both indoor or outdoor seating. It was pretty quiet around Saturday late afternoon. No line and only a couple people seated. I went with an iced vanilla latte which was good. The menu is pretty simple. They have the typical espresso and coffee drinks available. Overall good coffee and for us, a great place to take a quick break and relax for a bit.

First of all, the aesthetic is gorgeous. This is definitely an influencer's paradise. The service was prompt and the barista was very nice. The coffee was lackluster, but the food was good. The prices are a touch high, but realistically, you're paying for the ambiance. It's a great spot for meeting up with friends or a coffee date but definitely not a place to regularly get coffee.

I've been to a few of the other Felix locations and this one in the Hotel Hugo is equally as fabulous. It's yet another stunning shop. Beyond the ambiance, the staff is friendly and makes great drinks. When I'm in NYC for work, I now have an even more convenient location to the office for my caffeine fix. Love it.

They were open early and it was quiet and the coffee was good and my breakfast sandwich was delicious and the people were friendly and I was hungover and the plant wall made me feel at peace.

halibut, this tasted microwaved and was fishy tasting and not good.

great soup, bad fish. not a ton of people dining here so probably my bad for ordering it.

They've kept this place in good condition. Lots of seating and menus everywhere. It once was an Art Deco bank, you can kind of get the feel of that just from looking around. If you look at the mural behind the cash out point it gives you a little touch of history what once happened within these walls. I ordered the salmon toast. It was a little hard but I like the cream cheese was thinly spread not just thrown in like many places. The salmon was good and the mint tasted fresh. The capers were like slightly toasted and crispy, i've never had them like that before and I loved it. I think the toast was just missing a little drizzle of olive oil on top. To be honest, I think the capers were my favorite part. They were just this unique texture. I've never experienced before. I also got an iced lavender chai latte to go. It was so light and delightful, with the perfect blend of lavender. I really enjoyed this place and would totally come back again.

I had to run to work after an appointment so I ordered for takeout. The person taking my order was friendly. I opted for the Lumberjack and a black cold brew. I received the drink very quickly, with a short wait for the sandwich. While waiting, one member of the staff stocking up supplies on the side started chatting with me and then she offered to check up on my sandwich. She came out with it shortly thereafter. She was very friendly and helpful. The sandwich held up well during my 15-minute commute to the office. It is a really indulgent sandwich, with each bite revealing the sweetness and butteriness of the maple crueller, the saltiness of the thick cut bacon, and the savoriness of the cheese and the eggs as the yolks popped. I sipped the cold brew in between bites to cut the richness. It was a very satisfying meal. The Lumberjack is not something I would recommend you eat every day, but it's good as an occasional treat. In the past I've ordered lunch from Daily Provisions via delivery (the "Chefy" salad and the chicken milanese with arugula salad are my favorites), but I might start adding other breakfast sandwiches to the mix.

When you enter there is a bar you can sit at and two large high top tables next to it. As you walk further in there is a lounge with couches and various sizes tables. The whole space is surrounded by books! Heaven! We ordered a chai, matcha and a ginger cookie. Shout out to the woman taking my order for comping me my drink for my birthday! Everyone from the staff was friendly - I really enjoyed being there. The only thing I would say is someone should come by to check on the tables more often as I had to return other people's abandoned drinks. But you know what first world problems, am I right? Maybe they can have a sign or mention to customers to return their own cups before leaving. I sort of can't imagine why people don't... It is quite popular spot so you need to be very patient and strategic if you want to grab a table, as well as sprinkled with a little bit of luck. We unfortunately got there a little late. I went there at 3pm and hunted for a table and my friend got there by 330pm. By the time we ordered and started drinking our coffees - we were informed the lounge area will be closed at 4pm to prepare for the evening wine bar. Oh right this cafe turns into a wine bar in the evenings! How cool! At 4pm we thankfully grabbed one of the high tables - sharing it with another couple but it was large enough for the 4 of us. The lights dimmed and the atmosphere changed to more intimate. We unfortunately had to leave at 5pm, but I imagined picking up a James Baldwin book, ordering some white wine and enjoying both....
