I've been to this location a few times now, and the last 2 were to pick up Too Good To Go boxes when I've been lucky enough to capture one. The store is small and inviting, and smells absolutely incredible. The staff I've interacted with are always friendly. They have a decent variety of different cookies and chocolates, and it's hard to choose what I want to leave with! If there is one negative, it's that the prices are a bit high...the quality is there, but in the end it's still a lot for a simple cookie at the end of the day. This is why I tend to try for the TGTG option since you get a huge box of cookies for $8. Every time has been consistent in what I get. I have always appreciated how kind and friendly the staff are there, and I just love stepping into the place, full of the smell of freshly baked cookies. I've been coming here for years now whenever I am in the area. This time I decided to leave a review. It's about time as the cookies here are so unimaginable you have to taste it to believe it. They are so soft and gooey and is the epitome of what a good homemade cookie should be. You can't go wrong with any of the more than dozen or plus choices. I always come to get a dozen or 18 cookies. Each cookie is $1.25 and is well worth the price. I suggest microwaving each cookie fir 10 seconds to get that extra soft and gooey taste. But, they are still good out if the box. I can't say how long they last for, as after purchasing and bringing it home, they never last the day. They are so delicious, my family and I devour them in a few hours. I went during the weekday around noon and there were no other customers in the store. The lady working there was very helpful and explained to me the most popular options. I thought the cookies were good and enjoyed how soft they were. My parents thought they were a little too sweet but it was fine for me. You can pre-order in advance and they have a great selection of items you can view online. Treats Got a box of 'Batch Made in Heaven' cookies from a Yelp Elite event. It was a dozen cookies that's wrapped up very nicely in a small box. I loved all of the flavours! Each cookie is baked fresh and they all had a crisp on the outside edge and soft on the inside. I personally liked the white chocolate/macadamia and the matcha almond. This place is the best! I called in to pre-order my cookies and the girl who picked up the phone was the sweetest person I've ever spoken to on the phone. She gave suggestions on cookies she thought I would like and without a doubt they were exactly what I was craving. The cookies are not only soft and chewy but if you go home and warm it up for a little bit it just melts in your mouth second you eat them. They also have an app where you can gain points to eventually get a discount on future orders so I highly recommend downloading the app and signing up for an account. You need to order and pay ahead of time through the Felix and Norton app. You then get a notification when you can drop by the store to pick up your order. - It's worth signing up for Felix and Norton's points program, which is free. Dear Felix and Norton, I miss popping by your store to get at least a pound of freshly baked cookies. I absolutely love them. They are buttery, yummy, and comforting. I buy them for special occasions. I treat special friends and loved ones to them. I treat myself, too. I bring them into the office as a pick-me-up boost for colleagues when we all need it. I spent most of my teen years in the Markham area, and one of my favorite joints was Felix & Norton (which happened to be right across from my high school). We were heading out to Unionville Main Street for the day and I figured why not take a trip back to my formative years and order half a dozen cookies? I was worried that they might not be as tasty as I remembered, but it turned out such worries were completely unfounded. These are superb, above-average cookies. We tried six separate cookies, including Caramelt ("Crunchy Caramel, Milk Chocolate​ and Ground Almonds") and Lemon Delight ("Lemon Cookie, White Chocolate Chunks"), and they were all just so friggin' good. They tasted very fresh and were packed with delicious components. I especially enjoyed the Caramelt, and I don't know why more cookies don't contain bits of crunchy caramel. Hopefully it won't be another 20 years before I return to Felix & Norton, that's for sure. read more

If you've never been to Felix and Norton they have an assorted box which comes with a list of the flavours. My all time favourite is caramelt. I'm a sucker for caramel! If the cookies aren't nice and soft when you bring them home you can always pop them into the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. A nice Markham spot for all the cookies you could ever need! I came by to pick up a birthday gift that they have - 6 free cookies with account signup. I was able to preorder online for the next day, and got 6 additional cookies to form a dozen. The day of pickup, I had a bit of extra time to work with before my scheduled pickup time. Testing my luck, I walked in to see if there was any way to grab my box earlier. The staff were extremely friendly and were able to prepare it right away, and even wished me a happy birthday! Limit 2 customers at a time for now so there was a tiny queue to get in. The cookies were on the sweet side for me. However, the flavours were very evident, and a legend was even included to distinguish between the cookies that might look similar at first glance. Got 24 assorted cookies and my favourites were dark chocolate (good balance of cookie to choco chip ratio), double chocolate (which really doubled down on the strong chocolate flavour), menage a trois (great combo of different chocolate chips), and lemon (yummy like a good lemon flavoured donut, if that even makes sense). Regardless of which flavour you get though, the consistency in which the cookie is baked is there, and so while you may prefer some flavours to others, the quality of the cookie itself is awesome throughout. Why not 5 stars then? A tad expensive: cost is by weight and it comes out to a bit more than $1 for a cookie that's smaller than the palm of your hand. It was my birthday last week and I buy their cookies through delivery. I had accumulated points and also wanted the free 6 cookies they give for a birthday. The value of the 6 is about $10 but the cost of delivery is $15 and tax. So it would have COST me more for the delivery than the cookies. They refused to help me to be able to do my order with the points and get those free 6 cookies on the same delivery. The owner ignored my e-mails and the store no longer is responding either. They weren't offering Honey Pistachio, Vanilla, Dark Choco., or Macadamia at the time. The cookies are melt-in-your-mouth with soft centers, can be addicting! They are affordable too, literally a bang for your buck ($1.15/cookie). The size was smaller than expected but reasonable considering the price. I also got the chance to try the Salted Caramel Honey Bear S'mores Cookie ($3.49 no tax) which is a special offered from June 29-July 4. My go-to place for cookies - these are great for gifts and events and popular with everyone! My favourite flavours are Honey pistachio and Caramelt, but I would say most flavours are pretty good. I find that they are the perfect size and amount of chewiness, but those that prefer crunchy cookies may not love these.
