I love it! Beautiful store and best cookies! The service is amazing and polite. Highly recommend

Glad we finally tried crumbl cookies! Came here on a Wednesday late evening and thankfully no line-up. The flavours rotate often. At the time we went, the flavours we picked in the mini cookies were Pink Velvet, Raspberry cheesecake, and Lemon pie. We were impressed that the base cookies all differed in terms of flavour and slightly in texture. So it wasn't entirely a 'cookie cutter' base with a different icing on top as their different flavours (pun intended haha!) Altogether, it's a generally sweeter cookie with a soft but dense texture. Fun to try, I love the pink boxes, but really expensive for what it is. Can't say I'll be running back.

Right place wrong flavour... I checked Crumbl's flavours this week and one of them was strawberry tres leches. First of all, I've always wanted to try out tres leches. The fact that it was at Crumbl cookie made me want to try it! Boy was I wrong about Crumbl cookie because this cake was so good. Not too sweet and so soft and flavourful. I'd 99.9% get it again when the flavour comes back.

Crumbl is a US cookie chain that recently landed in GTA. Bring home a box if you like the people you live with. We got a 6 pack of assorted minis for 27$. I don't think i can safely eat a full size 8$ cookie without facing some consequences. Even with the minis, I used the smallest spoon and took teeny bites. Hey, this is what growing old is like. Cookies have a fresh from the oven aura and every flavour is unique. I loved the dark chocolate reese chips cookie, just a classically well done chewy cookie with crunchy edges. The other ones approached cake on a spectrum. Each one had excellent toppings of frosting, etc. Of these 6, I liked the lemon curd cookie most, but special mention to the euphoric oreo. Entrance on front street near spadina which is a special challenge if you are in a car. Order 5 min ahead, dare to park in front for a quick pick up. Best done by a passenger while you circle the block and get yelled at in traffic. Staff is nice but I wish they could step out for drive thru so u don't have to stress about stopping for cookies. No seating inside. The block btwn bathurst and spadina used to be at times dead but i think this is over now with the swanky Well shopping district. Front st still has the weedy chain linked fence facing the tracks to union station. No stopping on the fence, but many drivers do. Get some before hopping on the QEW. Driving 1-3 hours in highway traffic burns a lot of calories... I wish. Gonna hit Crumbl in Mississauga next. Also want to plug Courage Cookies in Stackt market a block away, for the cookie luvers on lower wages.

There seems to always be a lineup at this store but thankfully you can order on the app and pick up. They have a lot of flavours but have them on rotation so there aren't that many to choose from at any given time. The cookies are massive and actually stay moist even after a day or two, without being super greasy. However I think the flavours are really hit or miss and depends on what you prefer. I didn't like the chocolate chip or cookies and cream but loved the caramel one that we got two of. I actually forgot the name of that cookie and can't seem to find it on the app so maybe it was a limited time flavour.

We finally decided to try Crumbl at The Well on February 15, after hearing all the hype and seeing people carrying those signature pink boxes. It was a snowy day, but luckily, there wasn't a huge line--even though it was busy! The staff was super friendly, and we got our order in less than three minutes (I actually spent more time deciding what to get!). I didn't realize they change their menu weekly, which makes every visit exciting. We went with a box of six large cookies for about $30. The cookies were rich, buttery, soft, and delicious--and despite the name, they never crumble! My favorites were the classic and the strawberry chocolate. Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely be back for more!

Managed to try this overly hyped bakery lol. I was excited to finally try this place out, initially walking in you are hit with this amazing freshly baked cookie smell. Flavors rotate, but for the most part some flavors are here to stay. I got the cookies and cream which was my fav, cowboy - oatmeal cookie with choco chips and shredded coconut and the peanut butter cookie. All looked delicious, they come warm and definitely very sweat. They're nice but nothing too special.

Crumbl is a franchise chain of bakeries both in the US and Canada. Based in Utah, this is their first location in downtown Toronto at The Well complex. Crumbl seems to be extremely popular where people have waited in long lines just to get their cookies. The cookies are medium to large size and they have a rotating roster of flavours that change weekly. A single large cookie is $6.49 where you can also get a 4, 6, or party box of large cookies. They do have an option to get a mini 3-pack of mini cookies as well. The store is takeout only where there is no seating. You order at the counter and wait for your cookie order to be completed. In order to avoid any line ups, I visited Crumbl in the morning, around 9:30am (they open at 8am!). I had a free cookie to redeem and opted for a churro cookie (a warm cookie bursting with cinnamon flavour and topped with a swirl of smooth cinnamon buttercream and a dusting of cinnamon sugar). Staff were friendly and my order was made at a reasonable time and I only had to wait a few minutes before receiving my single cookie. The staff showed me my cookie before closing the box. Beyond the counter, staff are busy making new cookies and prepping ingredients. Huge ovens can be seen with the many cookie flavours they are currently offering. Taste wise, the texture of the churro cookie was soft. I felt that there was too much cinnamon buttercream for my liking. Taste wise, it's what you'd expect a churro cookie to taste like - average. Cookie was definitely super sweet for me where I could only finish half the cookie before saving the rest for later. Overall, I feel like Crumbl is too overhyped and too expensive. Definitely not worth the wait if you decide to line up. Go early to avoid lines. You can definitely find better tasting cookies elsewhere in the city (which are from local independent businesses as well). Glad I tried it once but likely will be the last.

First time having Crumbl, the first bite was tasty. I liked how all the cookies had a different texture and there were many different flavours. I also liked how they have cakes and pies. But 1 bite was enough for me as they do get overwhelmingly sweet/ heavy. Would I get them again? Probably not as there are many other cookie places in the GTA.

Decent dessert spot with giant cookies, rotating in flavor every week. Everything is made fresh, in an open kitchen. The lineup was non-existent on a cold Saturday afternoon when we went. We went for the key lime pie cookie and cookies and creme pie cookie. Both were yummy! We shared 2 among 5 people. Prices for cookies are the same. They also have options for smaller ones. My experience was consistent with other crumbl locations - self serve stations available, high quality product (but not gourmet), and friendly service. Takeout only.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon and there was no line, efficient service! My fav was the M&M cookie, the rest were kinda underwhelming. There are definitely better cookie places in the city that I rather have.

While I was at the Well over the weekend, I wanted to make a stop for some cookies. I walked past the store and saw a huge crowd inside and outside the store so I didn't lineup. However, I went back around 7pm and the crowd died down a bit. There were people inside the shop, placing their orders and waiting for pick up. Upon walking in, we were able to get to a kiosk to place an order. I bought a small box of the minis. The flavours I chose were strawberry pretzel, peanut butter and a good old classic chocolate chip cookie. After placing your order, your name will appear on the screen so you know how far along your order is and when it's ready for pick up. The wait was not long and the staff will show you your box before closing it up. The cookies were fresh and warm. My favourite one of the 3 is the strawberry pretzel. The pretzel gives the cookie a nice crunch and is very delicious. This is a nice treat and hope to try other flavours they offer.

This is their first location in Toronto, located on the south side of The Well, on Front Street. The staff were very nice and friendly; the lady who took our orders was very kind and let us try a sample, too. They had 4 flavors available at the time; "Semi-sweet Chocolate Chunk", "Dirt Cake", "Halloween Cake Batter Blondie" and "Blue Monster ft. Chips Ahoy". My favorite was Dirt Cake.

We were unable to break the frozen chunk or be able to mix it with the coffee and the coffee mixed with that frozen chunk submerged tasted really bad. Paying $16 for that wasn't worth it at all. When I saw the price was $9.90 per chocolate, I was honestly a little surprised, bc it's sold under 7 per chocolate in Korea. But they were running a promotion until the 15th -- 5 for $30 -- which made it much more reasonable. I've never had the original version sold in Korea, so I can't compare it directly, but from what I've seen and heard, it seems pretty similar to what's trending there. Korean reviews are overwhelmingly positive, and people say it tastes just like the viral version. The texture is definitely chewy, just like the name suggests, and it's very sweet. Personally, it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but that's just my preference. That being said, I gave some as gifts and they absolutely loved it.
