Caramel macciato, salted toffee, London fog, butter pancake cookie
    Irene H.

I was in the neighborhood because I was at a free pop up event and wanted to try out this cookie spot. Definitely delicious, soft, rich, flavorful cookies. I couldn't decide between the London fog and the salted caramel so I got both and the London fog was so good, kind of a lemony cream on top and tea notes were sweet and crisp. Note that this is a takeout place and not a cafe, there is no drinks no seating area you buy your cookies and go.

Not a fan of their cookies. Tried them second time around to see if I'd change my mind. Ive always found them to be exceptionally sweet and sugary. You can't discern the flavors at all - just taste sugar. They are pretty cookies though- Instagram worthy. Sticking to my favorite Craig's cookies next time.

Andreas has plenty of flavours to choose from, and we found out that they rotate the flavours of the cookies quite often. We ended up going with the chocolate chip cookie and I think I can safely say that this has got to be one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. I had to savor each bite as each was more chewy and gooey than the last. The interior doesn't really have seating would I would be aware of that. Otherwise everything was quick and easy!

These were solid! Nothing mid blowing but well done unique flavours- will definitely have something for everyone each week. I think baked goods are tough in a city where everything is spectacular. I would say don't go out of your way but worth a try if you are in the area

I'd tried the Bloor location of Andrea's Cookies and thought it was good but not great. (It was too doughy and underbaked for my liking.) But we'd just finished a tasty lunch next door and I was in the mood for a sweet treat, so I figured I'd grab myself a cookie. I was immediately drawn to the Knafeh, as it was my favorite dessert growing up. And while it ultimately didn't remind me too much of that Middle East staple, I nevertheless enjoyed it a lot. Like, it was maybe one of the best cookies I've ever had? And I've had so many cookies. Everything about it was delectable, from the super gooey and chocolatey cookie itself to the delicious, irresistible topping. Everything works really well together and I inhaled the whole thing in no time flat. I'm curious about the other cookies on offer, but let's be real, the Knafeh is the only one I'll ever order.

4.5 Definitely my favourite cookie spot in the city! Despite it looking like it would be overly sweet, it's the perfect amount. Highly recommend!

The Ossington location is the second location of my favourite cookie shop. The cookies here are chunky, soft, and chewy, just the way I like them! The shop has a cute interior and only sells cookies for takeout. While some of the flavors can be a bit on the sweeter side due to the icing, they pair nicely with a hot cup of tea. Overall, it's a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth! Their flavour offerings changes weekly, and can be found on their website and IG page. You can buy a single cookie, or in boxes of 3, 6, 12 or 24, and orders for the week can be placed every Tuesday beginning at 9 am. Tip: I recently discovered that you can freeze the cookies for up to 3 months, and when you're ready to eat them, you can let it defrost at room temperature for a minimum of 3 hours prior to consumption and the cookie will still taste just as good.

i really really wanted to like andrea cookies, especially since i love craigs and crumbl! unfortunately they fell short in their cookies. Came in on a saturday to their ossington location. There is a wait but they do move quick. We opted for their smores, chocolate chip and snickers cookie. All three cookies came out hot from their ovens but upon biting into it, it was still raw- closer to cookie dough than an actual cookie. Was so disappointed. likely will not be back since there are so many other cookie shops around now.

I love Andrea's cookies!! While there is always a debate about which are the best cookies in Toronto, Andrea's cookies tops it for me! Their flavours are so good, and unique and don't find them overly sweet. The flavours I tried when I went were tiramisu, cookie butter and cookies and cream! Need to go back because I'm craving these cookies, they are so yummy and highly recommend!

Friend has been recommending this spot, and I visited the new ossy location. Soft cookie and it's literally heavy! Tried the birthday cake and the butter pecan. Tasty but I think I prefer my cookies to have a little crunch on the outside. Shop is to go only, no seatings.

In terms of dessert fads in the city, I honestly think this one actually hits so hard. The cookies are so delicious and surprisingly not overly sweet. I honestly wasn't expecting them to be this good. The chocolate knafeh was my favourite, the pistachio topping was crunchy and the chocolate cookie was so soft. I would also recommend their cornbread which actually tastes like sweet cornbread. Also I left the cookies out on my kitchen table (we couldn't eat it all in one go cause it is pretty rich and decadent) and to my surprise the cookies didn't really go stale and stayed soft for at least 5 days. Honestly would go back. The store front is really cute. Do go earlier though cause they do run out of flavours! We went around 3pm on a weekend and half the weekly flavours were sold out.

I don't usually go for chunky cookies but Andrea's Cookies turned me into a fan The perfect amount of dough and filling, the best part is it's not too sweet. Which coming from an Asian, is a compliment. I got the Cookies & Cream, Babygirl (movie special) - similar to a chocolate-dipped strawberry, Biscoff Caramel. 10/10 will visit again

As a Cookie Monster, I have been dying to come here! Let me tell you, it is worth the hype and YES they are 1000x better than Crumbl. I'm truly like, Crumbl who?? Andrea's sells out/sells out of certain flavours at different times each day often. So that just shows how's bomb these cookies are. Unfortunately they were sold out of some other flavours I had wanted to try but I was able to snag: Chocolate chunk Almond croissant Salted Toffee Almond croissant was my winner, with chocolate chunk coming in second. I can't believe how they were able to nail the almond croissant flavour and even texture. And I'm an almond croissant snob. It was perfectly soft and that almond croissant flavour really came through. Also, it was super buttery duh! Chocolate chunk is a perfect classic. I love the thickness of these cookies and that they're soft in the middle with the slightest outer crunch. I thought I wouldn't like Salted Toffee that much but this was actually pretty good! I don't typically like salted caramel type flavours but that cookie base and texture just sells me. It would be a problem if Andrea's was closer to me because I'd have to go every week. It's probably best that she's virtually inaccessible to me lol I barely go downtown....but I can't wait to come back!

The pastries and mochi breads are absolutely exquisite! I tried the black sesame mochi bread--light, pillowy, and filled with a delightful little white mochi surprise. The crème brûlée almond tart was incredible too, with its thick, eggy custard and a blueberry-almond center. And the Hitotoki matcha tart? Gorgeous and just perfect. It was my first visit, and I discovered the bakery through their 2nd-anniversary IG post. I bought about $20 worth of treats and got to spin their prize wheel--and I actually won the Grand Prize: a limited-edition gold Nespresso & milk frother kit! I literally jumped for joy. Yet another reason to love this incredible bakery!

It was okay. Tried three items:…read more Matcha Lava Tart - The staff said this had the strongest matcha flavour among their matcha items. But there was no "lava" at all... just a layer of cream sitting on a thick tart base. You do get some matcha flavour, but definitely not that rich and flowing matcha sauce I saw in those online reels. Matcha Mont Blanc - Too sweet. The green noodle-shaped topping is actually made from a kind of bean paste - not much matcha taste, but had a strong bean flavour instead. And again, it was too sweet to my liking. Taro Tart - This one was good. Taro-flavoured cream on top, with taro paste underneath, then a layer of custard with mochi at the bottom. Had a rich taro flavour. Still a bit sweet, but not as overwhelming as the Mont Blanc. Overall it was not bad, although TBH I haven't really found great matcha desserts in Toronto so far.

My wife always judges a French Cafe by their Butter Croissant ($3.00) and she liked it! She also noticed all the  staff speak French sp it gives it even more legitimacy.  She also ordered a Flat White ($4.50) which was also good. I ordered a Plum Almond Tart ($7.25) because it was the prettiest. It was super delicious so it was definitely a good choice! Service was courteous and friendly. You place your order at the counter and bring it to your table. Someone will come around to clear the dishes when you are done It is a great place to have a nice casual time eating and socializing. They make all their food in-house in the basement. There are products for sale such as coffee beans, fruit syrup, maple syrup, smoked sauces, olive oil, scented soap, wine glassware, etc. I will definitely come back again to try other items. There is free WiFi. The neo-bisto is not wheelchair accessible since there are stairs leading up to the entrance. There are two gender-neutral washrooms. There is free street parking on their one-way south-bound street. Review 2023-017

Hopped on my bike and a half hour later I was there. The friendly staff helped me by answering my question regarding eggs and which items did not have any in the recipes. This place was also super poppin' when I got there. It was earlish in the day around 10:30am and it seemed all the tables were pretty much taken. They are adding a dinner menu which is very exciting. Their pastries are phenomenal!!! Picked up a plum and pistachio tart, a chocolate mousse cake and an apple Danish for my mom. Plus a chocolate caramelized croissant. So much butter, and yet so good. Brought my container, which they happily used. The last time I visited this spot back in 2022, I vowed I would come back and take up space in that beautiful bay window seat. Yet I haven't followed through with that yet. One day. They also changed the name, since I was there last it was called Le Conciliabule Lab. Le Conciliabule means, "speak easy", as their website says. It was used back in the day to describe a place where people would come together and talk about everything and nothing. I can definitely say that happens here. What a beautiful concept, "everything and nothing". Now named Bisou, which means kiss. That's actually really simple and sweet. Since every pastry and any food item or beverage enjoyed here is a kiss for your tastebuds. Love it. Keep going team. You are amazing!
