The UniGroup Companies, who are handling my claim, have also failed to return any of my calls, and my claim remains unresolved to this day. The total lack of accountability, follow-through, and basic customer service from both Browning Moving & Storage and The UniGroup Companies has been absolutely appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. You deserve better. FYI - Thank you to the acknowledgment of the "business manager", but no one has contacted me at all. That's not my problem you don't know how to properly delegate work. You either have 3 work for the price of 2, or figure it out before you come but don't call the customer and try telling me I have to pay for 3 when the contract clearly says 2, and then don't get belligerent with me because I'm annoyed you're wasting my time because you screwed up. Lupe also charged me for 4hrs and was adimant I pay for 4hrs (when it was a 3hr minimum) and then didn't even put a refund through.
