For a service that handles time-sensitive shipments, I expected more proactive communication, verification of address details before shipping, and a willingness to resolve the situation when the service failed. Today I went in for a different service and I must say, Peter was fantastic at answering every question I asked, ever so kindly and patient at that!! Abby was the person that was always helping me with my returns and so on. I absolutely enjoyed her. This store has been good- the workers are nice and really helpful and it's kind of hidden so I feel like it's not as busy as some of the other locations in town. Taking any Amazon returns here is so easy you don't even have to talk to a worker anymore, you can just check in on the computer and off you go. And if you do need to send a package it's still so much better here. The only upside to USPS are the nice boxes you can get there but to me it's still more worth it to come here. And they do have limited hours of open time on the weekends which is nice if you work full time during the week like me!

I was told the system was down and that I would receive my access code by text. I rented a U-Haul and picked up furniture to move into storage that same evening, but I never received a call or text. I spent hours trying to reach the facility with no success. The automated system eventually provided an access code, but it didn't work. Because I couldn't access the unit I had rented, I had to unload all of the furniture back at my home before returning the U-Haul. The next day I returned to the facility and found a sign on the door stating the office was closed because the internet and phones were down. I contacted customer service and submitted a request through corporate, but I still have not received a response. At this point I have paid for a storage unit I have never been able to use, lost valuable time, and incurred additional moving expenses. I simply expected basic communication and access to the unit I rented.

On September 24th, I sent an email to the company requesting an update on my order as it had been 4 weeks. Nothing heard and sent three more emails over the next several days and didn't receive a response until October 2nd, stating "I apologize we were running a bit behind, but it looks like your order will be shipping out next week. You will get an e-mail with the tracking # when your order ships." After that week passed, I sent another email on 9 October requesting an update with no response. I then called the customer service number to speak with a rep and was told that it was shipping out soon. Finally received an email stating the items were shipped on 12 October with a tracking number. When I went to the USPS website and tracked the package it stated "A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries." It is now October 15th and the USPS tracking still shows awaiting receipt of the package from the shipper. I called NAMETAGS4U this morning and an extremely rude and belligerent lady kept telling me that the package was mailed on the 12th of October and it wasn't her issue anymore. I forcefully explained that all that has been done is a shipping label was created but the post office is still not in possession of the item to be shipped. After several attempts to explain to her that as per USPS instructions, I was contacting the seller to have them provide the package to USPS or investigate where it was.
