I visited today semi-close to their closing time (5:50ish, for closing at 6:30) and there's a line out the door! Never seen this before - I thought I was losing it and somehow missed a holiday. Haha! But of course, most folks were there (like me) to do Amazon returns before the huge deadline of February 1st That's what I get for procrastinating! While I waited in line, I realized right away that the 4 workers were incredibly efficient in sorting everyone's needs into the correct line and place, and getting the job done. Once I got up to have my turn, the worker told me this was probably their busiest day (as far as foot traffic) even more than December for Christmas! When they told me that - I was SHOCKED. Why do you ask? Because these workers had their busiest day and yet ALL of them were courteous, kind, friendly, patient, efficient, speedy and alert. I would have personally been moody after a day like this - but all of these lovely people impressed me so much that I wanted to truly befriend them all. It REALLY says a lot about workers if they are excelling even on their busiest days. And because of this I highly recommend this location and will (of course) be back again. Terrie the store manager was one of the most pleasant and helpful human beings I have ever encountered. She also went above and beyond by picking up a countertop from a seller, bringing it to the store to ship it to me in North Miami. The service at this UPS store is absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I tried to pick up a case of wine that had been delivered there. I had paid for next day air since Florida is so hot. It took UPS five days to deliver to this pick up point, which is not the store's fault. However, when I tried to pick up the wine, the clerk told me I needed an ID with the shipping address on it. Since I just moved to Florida, I still have my Washington DL with my Washington address. I explained this to the clerk who agreed to give me my shipment since she could identify me. However, another guy intervened and said that they have strict policies requiring an ID with the shipping address on it. I thought that was funny, since all the customers in the store were not wearing masks, except me, despite the sign on the door insisting that masks must be worn. I guess it's only certain policies that are followed. I left without my wine. I'm sure the store employees plan to consume it. Luckily the winery is giving me a full refund due to the incompetence of UPS and this UPS store. read more

It is a pleasure doing business with this store. The personnel are diligent, professional, articulate, polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and dedicated people who always take time to answer any questions we have. It is so much easier dealing with this staff than the Post Office staff and I can get all the same services. It is one-stop shopping here. There are never any long lines---just zip in and out. The main reason I started coming here is that they never lost any parcels like the Post Office did. I feel secure that my mail will get to its destination! read more

I have had a mailbox at the UPS store in Lakeland about a year and a half and it has been a wonderful experience. Our pkgs come and you know they aren't sitting out in the rain, but safely stored at UPS for pick-up. Terrie has been superb in every way, always cheerful, helpful and makes sure to help us get our mail whether we are in town or have to have it sent to another state. It is particularly wonderful for those of us who are seasonal. I can email anytime for questions, answers or to have our mail sent. I love the UPS store! read more
