She was also very knowledgeable about the documents that she was notarizing, as I had one document that she immediately recognized as needing to be notarized. My financial institution notified me today that the fax came through but only had a few "symbols" on the top of the page & no legible content. I resent from The UPS Store without issue. I stopped back by Tampa Type & Print to let them know of the issue & was pretty much blown off by the young man who said he sends 100's of faxes without issue. No offer of refund & not at all concerned with the issue. Had my financial institution not notified me of the issue I'd have had major complications. I would not be comfortable relying on this business with sensitive faxes.

I see lots of bad reviews regarding one worker named Maria.. she's great! Yeah she isn't the most peppy person but she does her job well! Matter a fact all of them work hard. Every person at this location is fantastic. I have been given attitude a few times, but who cares we all have bad days. Imagine dealing with the types of people they deal with every day. Customers treat some workers terribly. Shoot most of the bad reviews are from people who were more rude then the workers. Sometimes a shipment comes late or is delivered late... yeah that happens with Amazon, Fed Ex, UPS, etc. oh and the lines... they are not long just have patience. If you are in a hurry you should plan your time better, it's not their fault you can't schedule your time right. I will continue to use this location even if I move away from the area. If you want to experience crappy customers, just go visit one day. This location is my favorite! Again never had a bad experience. Love this place and all the workers!! Thank you all for the continued customer service and for being real humans and not putting up a front. Y'all are the real MVPs!
