What really sets them apart is their incredible quality. I'm talking about what I'd call double or thicker stitching--it's just richer, more durable, and looks leaps and bounds better than what I've seen from other places here in the Tampa Bay area. Our designs truly pop! And here's a massive bonus for groups and businesses: they keep your designs on file! Two years later, we wanted to order a new batch, and the process was instant and seamless. No redesign fees, no hassle--just quick, quality reorders. If you need professional, high-quality, long-lasting custom embroidery, stop looking around and go straight to Embroidertoo! Went in to get some hats embroidered and left in a hurry!…read more First impressions: The place looked like a mess, there was clothes and supplies laying all over the place, and a child sleeping on a sofa. Looked like pure chaos. Customer service: I spoke in person to a man who was pretty stand-offish. He spoke to me in a manner that made me feel like my presence annoyed him. I briefly explained that I needed two hats embroidered for my business (I wanted to see how they would come out first before I decided to order more hats/shirts for my business.) The man said that It was going to be "very expensive", he quoted me $65 to turn my logo into an embroidery file and said each hat would be $10 to embroider. At the time I didn't think the price was too bad, but the way he was speaking to me and the sarcasm turned me away from doing any business there. Conclusion: I can't recommend this place. I ended up calling another company. They only charged me $15 to turn me logo into an embroidery file and did my hats for $12 a piece. Don't settle for bad customer service, take your business where it is appreciated and where you get treated right!

They had plenty of samples to view and a lot of different printing styles to choose from. They custom order 'plates' that they use to print text/lettering, and had a lot of interesting designs and images (vintage dingbats) to add a flourish. The owner was very friendly and walked me through every step of the process that they take. Can't wait to order business cards from them in the future!
