Needed to send a time sensitive fax to my financial institution in PA. Used this business to send…read morethe fax yesterday. My financial institution notified me today that the fax came through but only had a few "symbols" on the top of the page & no legible content. I resent from The UPS Store without issue. I stopped back by Tampa Type & Print to let them know of the issue & was pretty much blown off by the young man who said he sends 100's of faxes without issue. No offer of refund & not at all concerned with the issue. Had my financial institution not notified me of the issue I'd have had major complications. I would not be comfortable relying on this business with sensitive faxes.
