Came in a few weeks ago to get business cards and magnets designed. After quickly looking over the…read moredesigns I was happy and gave the approval. The magnets where done same day, but cards would be in later that week. After taking a little bit of a closer look at the magnets, I noticed the order of my business name was off. This was a little over an hour after I left the shop. I called the shop and spoke to one of the employees telling them I noticed an error. I told the employee that I wasn't worried about the magnet, I approved the design and the magnet was already made. I was mainly concerned with editing the business cards to which I was told that would be no problem because they had not yet placed the order to the 3rd party for the cards. I eventually received my cards and unfortunately they have the same error I had called previously to correct. I spoke to the women at the front desk and she told me she would talk to the owner and call me back (if they say they will call back, don't bet on it). I eventually called and spoke to the owner and he begrudgingly told me he would be getting new cards with the correct business name. About two weeks pass and I call to see if they have the corrected cards, and I'm told they have not received them and would call back after they see what's going on. I call back to find that nobody had placed the order and that since I had approved the original draft, essentially that was that. Regardless of what the employee or the owner had told me weeks prior.

Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.

First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo! I highly recommend them and I'm glad I'm already scheduled because y'all are going to fill up her calendar, for sure, once you use them. :-D

I had a truck wrap done and I was impressed that Ted had ordered the material so quickly and had it ready one day ahead of schedule. I dropped off my truck, and Jim, his partner here in Spring Hill area, offered to drive me back home. Great customer service! Ted was on his way to deliver the pin-striping material to Jim and communicated every step of the operation via text. He gave me a decent price and, so far, has delivered on his promises. There were a couple of delays and it took a bit longer to complete the task. Found a few bubbles on the hood and the driver's side door, but overall, looks great.
