I am sorry that I can't provide positive feedback regarding my visit. The two employees were friendly while the power was out, but I returned after the power came back on. I felt a difference in the atmosphere with the boss (possible owner) in the building. I was the first customer after the blackout, and a half dozen to a dozen customers behind me finished before I did. I contributed it to a possible new employee, but the two others didn't contribute in helping me get done sooner. I'm disappointed with the experience because I have been in the store before. read more

UPS has an agreement with Amazon to ship back any of their returns. I had a return and this was the closest store. You don't have to box up to ship. They take care of everything. I walked in and handed my item to the clerk. She weighed it, gave me a receipt and I was out the door in no time. What a great service. read more

On August 08, 2024 i've entered the establishment at 8:00 am tried to notarize my mom shares that she left me when she passed away. I was rejected first saying I need the death certificate so I went amscot to notarize and came back to send to the Virgin Islands. we was processing it then told me they would get in trouble to send something US Virgin Islands. it's either two things happened today racist or didn't want to work I don't know I can't judge but they was nice but service just wasn't met. read more

Gina the representative, made me send her the two prepaid labels by email. Then she scanned the printed label and charged me $2.99 for each label. I don't understand why she refused to scan my phone screen as I always do at this location. It seem that they just wanted to make extra money. Please put in writing at the store the new protocols and don't nickel and dime customers. Very disappointed with this visit. read more

If I could give zero stars for being a poor customer business I would. At least they are consistent in their crappyness. The women who work there are un friendly, and that's being nice. Terrible attitudes- I have given this place more than one chance and it never got better. Plus that, they OVERCHARGE every time- double what USPS charges. This was my first trip to this particular store and it will definitely be my last. I had two items that needed to be dropped off for return. One was an Amazon return, the other had a prepaid label already attached. I understand that it is a busy time of year, so I wasn't too worried about the line that extended outside of the door. The employees seemed to be efficient at getting through the line. I patiently waited my turn. When I got up to the counter, I told the employee that I had two item to ship. One was from Amazon so no packaging was needed. The other was in a box with a prepaid label, however it wasn't sealed as I didn't have any tape. I told the employee that I didn't have any tape. She, without hesitation, said, "I can tape it for a dollar." What?! The box only needed one strip of tape. I politely told her, "No, I'm not paying a dollar for tape." I left the Amazon return there and took my box and left. I have never had this happen at any other UPS Store. There is one in New Port Richey that I go to quite often, and they are always eager to help, and will put tape on something if necessary. Is this a standard procedure or a Franchisee trying to an easy extra buck? Avoid this store if you can. read more

I had an extremely difficult problem to figure out. I had to get a very heavy and delicate doll house from Florida all the way up to Wisconsin. I spoke to the owner, Kurt, about this and he told me no problem. He used his own pick up truck to travel over there, brought the house back to the store, where he and the staff carefully and safely wrapped it for shipping to Wisconsin. Every time I talk to someone over there, they were polite and cheerful. They went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I had 2 watches sent to California for repair. It was in the time frame when businesses were starting to close due to Covid. I kept calling the repair facility to check on the watches and finally learned that they were not there. After checking with UPS it turns out they were returned to the UPS store. Checked at the store and they couldn't locate them. I was informed that returned shipments senders are called and notified that the shipments was returned. Depending on who you talk to at the store, the returned shipment is held for 1 week, or 2 weeks or 3 months, then anything not picked up is thrown out. It turns out no record of the returned shipments is kept on file to show who called to notify of the returned shipment, when the call was made or who disposed of the returned shipment. I told I was out of luck and couldn't file a claim even though the shipment was insured for $500. I had my cell phone carrier during that time period send me a copy of calls to my number and the store telephone number was not on the printout. After many emails to UPS I was informed to contact UPS store customer service. I sent them an email and received a response that someone would be in touch with me. That was on 11/12/2020. I am still waiting to hear from them. I have sent them additional emails and am still waiting for a response. read more

When faxing black & white text I am accustomed to paying extra for the first page and a lessor amount for additional pages. At this store all pages are the first page. Nineteen pages @ $1.29 per page to Dade City (about nine miles) cost me over $27.00. Nowhere in that store was the price posted. I expected to pay about ten bucks . . .never again will I be duped by the UPS store in Zephyrhills! read more

Be very cautious about using this store's services if you need a package to arrive when they tell you it will. I specifically went to this store because it states on the UPS website that packages to the zone that I was shipping to were GUARANTEED to arrive the next day. The clerk at this UPS store confirmed this when I mailed my package. Well, it didn't arrive when it was supposed to and created significant problems on the receiving end. I called UPS and they told me to go to this UPS store and request a refund - the store has the capability to refund the charges since the package wasn't delivered when promised. I went back to the store and NOW they tell me that there are no guarantees. Really?? I read it on their website and was told by their employee that there was. It's the principle here - I'm paying for a service and you should live up to your end of the deal. They lost my business over $13.00. read more

I understand that the week of Christmas can be very busy for UPS. I get that. However, when I went there this morning, Monday before Christmas to return a package to Amazon, there was only one other customer in the store. So they weren't busy yet. I had the label ready to go, everything done. The only thing I needed from the clerk was a receipt just in case something happened to the package. So I would have proof I dropped it off and wouldn't have any problems getting my refund. The clerk refused to give me a receipt. She stated that it would all be in the computer here at the store and they do not give out receipts during the holiday season. I left with my package. Holiday season or not they should give out receipts especially if the customer requests it. The only two things going through my head were 1) someone might take advantage of this no receipt policy and steal my return to Amazon or 2) they are just too cheap and don't want to use paper to print a receipt. I did contact a UPS rep online just to see if this was policy everywhere or if it's at the discretion of the store and it's at the discretion of the store. They are franchises. I know this review might sound a little harsh, but things can happen and it's better to take the precaution and get a receipt than risk getting screwed. read more
