We are currently undergoing a new project and Lane and her team are once again impressing us with their versions of our ideas. You can't go wrong here, they really do practice "attention to detail" which is commonly missed these days. **UPDATE (3/5 stars), I would like to say that while I love the product, I am not a fan of the poor customer service my wife got. After several emails and lots of frustration we received a new product that was amazing but the headaches of dealing with a almost to the point of being rude administrator. (The customer is not always right but should never be addressed in such a manner). This will probably be my last time using Dprint, I just don't feel as though it's appropriate to tell me what you lost and what something is now costing you to fix an issue that could have been avoided with better communication. Since I can not respond to Dprints answer, all I can state is communication is key, there was written approvals after the error but no approvals (signed contracts, prior).

This store has been good- the workers are nice and really helpful and it's kind of hidden so I feel like it's not as busy as some of the other locations in town. Taking any Amazon returns here is so easy you don't even have to talk to a worker anymore, you can just check in on the computer and off you go. And if you do need to send a package it's still so much better here. The only upside to USPS are the nice boxes you can get there but to me it's still more worth it to come here. And they do have limited hours of open time on the weekends which is nice if you work full time during the week like me!

Though this area is less convenient for me, their services have me continuing with them. Darwin Eicher, owner, is very knowledgeable and helpful. They fairly price their products and have a wide array of services. Their technology skills and equipment are first rate. I have self-published a book through them (great "binding" service options). I have seen some quality church bulletins and song books by them. Our HOA publishes a monthly newsletter using them and they have done "bit jobs" such as brochures and signs for projects I affiliate with. Some of this takes some learning and lots of decision-making and Mr. Eicher patiently guides me/us through the processes. His helpers are just as friendly. They finish work promptly and are good about estimating time or issues. We are able to send material by email attachment for printing. His prices beat FedEx and Staples, as do the time for in-out to product completion. I highly recommend their services!
