Taking a picture of the 2 pathetic employees that decided to close the store early today.

This store has absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I've been here before, and the guy working here on the weekends has a severe attitude problem. When I told him I needed a receipt for the packages I was dropping off he got all huffy and printed the receipt. Today today I tried to go there and I was there a minute or 2 before closing and he was already locking the door. The girl with Coke bottle eyeglasses that was working there as well flung 3 fingers! up at me?? Not sure what that means? I guess they close 3 minutes early? It was before 3 PM and they were already locking the door. Maybe check the clock inside for accuracy of hours? You can check the footage on your camera if you want to see me standing outside taking a picture. I went up to the door, found it locked and then went back to my car to get my phone for a camera. I only had 2 packages with preprinted labels. But they couldn't be bothered to even ask me? There was still a customer in the store as well. Horrible customer service! This is the younger generation that can't wait to get finished working! Absolutely pathetic!

Never a mask. 2 feet from customers or less. Who cares? Not UPS.

I have updated my review as today when I entered the store the old owner and female employee were not in sight. Instead there were three UPS employees in UPS t-shirts and WEARING MASKS! None of the employees ever wore masks before. I asked the lady who waited on me what happened and she said the old maskless owner sold the store. I said that was good news and that I was very happy everyone was wearing a mask. I was a bit disappointed when she responded,"yes, UPS makes us." Apparently she doesn't understand about masks but as long as she and the others wear them I'm happy.

Damage merchandise, by the way this came from Kane's Furniture Store (we all know that don't sale items, everything is QUALITY)

The business will be large you to print a UPS shipping label. I'd advise you don't drop off Amazon products here.

We mailed back our grandson's toy Jeep back to Indiana via FedEx ground. We stopped in front of…read morethe store to drop off 2 large boxes containing the parts of the Jeep. The gentleman behind the counter was very courteous and friendly. He took the smaller box in the front of the store and he told me to take the larger and heavier box to the back of the store. The boxes were huge. He was curious on what was in the boxes. I told him that it's our grandson toy Jeep that never work, he replied with a big smile and told me to take it to the Jeep dealer and get it fixed. The gentleman had a wonderful sense of humor and scanned the labels and gave us the shipping receipt. This store is the only Authorized Fed Ex store in town.

I have maintained a mailbox at this location for a period of 2 years, and was very happy until the…read morenew owner Wendy took over a few months ago. I travel full-time and fully rely on the competency of the mailbox stores in which I maintain a mailbox. I have never met the new owner Wendy or anyone in her family, including her 16 year old son. I understand that it can take a period of time to learn a new business, however, lying and withholding mail/packages, aside from being a Felony offense, especially when the mail includes medication is inexcusable. And then being self righteous and indignant when I, the paying customer, complain after having paid a great deal of money, and waiting 3 days for the Next Day delivery, only to find the medicine and mail were missing. After verifying with the pharmacy that Wendy herself had signed for the package 3 weeks prior, Wendy finally admitted to having the package. Excuses and blaming took place from Wendy, but no apologies or sentimentality. Many phone calls and text messages were sent over the course of several hours trying to get this new owner to comprehend the importance of getting me my medication. At one point the 16 year old, smart- mouthed son answered the phone and attempted to lay blame with me, the paying customer, who was 3,000, miles away. In the end, Wendy did finally send my medicine, however, she sent it 300 miles away from my location. After numerous threats and ugliness, I did finally get a refund for my troubles, but my medicine is now sitting 300 miles away and I was forced to contact my doctor and have a new prescription written and mailed to me, forcing me to spend another 8 days in a less than desirable location. Unfortunately this is not the first mistake with my mail this new owner has made. She made a mistake with the previous package as well, which I did not even tell her about. So I am of the opinion that this new owner is simply not capable of the responsibility required for this type of business. A word to the wise, if you must rely on a mail box store to send you your mail, do not rely on this one.
