SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Upon arriving, there was no one in the front of store but a young man was LITERALLY laying on the back counter talking to another employee in the back. I stood at the counter for a couple of minutes before I said, "excuse me?" The young man sighed and said "wassup", never coming to the front. When requesting a notary, I was told that there "wasn't anybody here for that, try back tomorrow." When I asked if I could schedule, I was told "we don't do that". Every answer was "I don't know." This time it was two older ladies.. one of the ladies was fast and efficient.. the other lady was slow and charging for every single thing... so that's another thing that's kinda annoying.. there's never consistency at this location. This store has absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I've been here before, and the guy working here on the weekends has a severe attitude problem. When I told him I needed a receipt for the packages I was dropping off he got all huffy and printed the receipt. Today today I tried to go there and I was there a minute or 2 before closing and he was already locking the door. The girl with Coke bottle eyeglasses that was working there as well flung 3 fingers! up at me?? Not sure what that means? I guess they close 3 minutes early? It was before 3 PM and they were already locking the door. Maybe check the clock inside for accuracy of hours? You can check the footage on your camera if you want to see me standing outside taking a picture. I went up to the door, found it locked and then went back to my car to get my phone for a camera. I only had 2 packages with preprinted labels. But they couldn't be bothered to even ask me? There was still a customer in the store as well. Horrible customer service! Do not use this place! I spoke with Erin Murphy who refused an approved Amazon return It was a rug which Amazon said Do Not Package and just show QR code. She said I had to purchase a box?!!! I showed her the instructions and code and she said it was a 3rd party code. Called Amazon they verified I was correct and NO UPS store should be refusing approved returns. The code is to return to AMAZON so she was wrong again !! Mailed a package 2-day delivery at cost of $64.19. Package was not even delivered within 5 days. Went to the location to discuss the situation. Was told that I need to call UPS customer service. They were patronizing me. I came in and the two guys looked at me from behind the counter and didn't acknowledge me or anything and normally that wouldn't bother me. I had a package I needed to return and I wasn't sure where to place the package so I asked one of the guys, "Is here fine?" His response was very unprofessional. He said, "Yup. Right there. Good Job, good job!!" I'm not a sensitive person, but I got the sense he was patronizing me. I placed my package down and turned to leave and he said, "You can go. Good job!" Completely uncalled for. Completely unprofessional, condescending, and rude. A simple YES would suffice. I never had a problem with this store before. I have updated my review as today when I entered the store the old owner and female employee were not in sight. Instead there were three UPS employees in UPS t-shirts and WEARING MASKS! None of the employees ever wore masks before. I asked the lady who waited on me what happened and she said the old maskless owner sold the store. I said that was good news and that I was very happy everyone was wearing a mask. I was a bit disappointed when she responded,"yes, UPS makes us." Small, cramped, dirty. No way to practice social distancing even though they had numbers on the floor. Only one employee wearing a mask saw 3 others without. Employees walking very close to each other and customers. Customers without masks and not encouraged to do so. No hand sanitizer. Slow service. Whole experience made us very uncomfortable. COVID rates are high in Florida, they should be doing a much better job. read more

If you send an amazon package here, just consider it lost. Ordered an expensive item I was not aware it was via UPS until I received a message from amazon saying it had arrived at this location so I went there to pick it up just so they can tell with their nasty attitude they only hold packages for paying UPS members. How is this even a thing? I went to the UPS website to change my pick up location but I guess their logistics department considered that was the best location for me to pick up my item so they send it there again so they could trash my package again. They supposedly return any packages of non paying members but to who do they return them. This store needs to be investigated. read more

I regretfully entrusted UPS to ship three framed artworks to be placed in an exhibit in the Sacramento Fine Arts Center. Then, I received an email from the museum explaining that my art could not be hung in the gallery because of the irreparable damage to the artworks. The UPS employee placed tape across the front of the artwork directly on the plexiglass and on the wooden frames and the museum representative said they could not remove the sticky residue from the front of the pieces and the frames. They sent me pictures of the damage to the box it came in and the poor quality of how it was packaged. This is utterly inexcusable. I've missed out on an opportunity to display and sell my art in this marketplace because of the careless, irresponsibility, and incompetence of this UPS employee. read more

The UPS Store customer service is a hit and miss. There are extremely professional young people and there is one old man who thinks he is above helping people. I saw yesterday one young woman walk in and pass everyone waiting in line and the two people being assisted were left while the old guy left his customers at the counter and jumped right in ignoring his customer to help the young girl who was looking for a pillow case shipped to her. She said she could wait and he said he wasn't busy while there were 12 people standing in the store and outside waiting to come in. He was flirting with her the whole time. One old woman was assisted after this incident and she was not happy about being told she was insignificant. I walked out. read more

Ever since the new owner took over, this place is the worst UPS facility I have ever used for anything. The previous owners had less than half the employees but were able to assist everyone without having a line out the door ever!!! I was in there this morning with an Amazon return, there were 3 employees but only 2 were actually doing something. The 2 employees were assisting 1 customer each (which took 15 minutes for the one the other was still working with her customer even after I was done) the other employee was walking around, then got on the first computer. She began typing on the keyboard, then went to the back. Didn't see her again. This is constant, unfortunately, I have my mailbox there, so when I go in to get mail, if there is a piece of mail I have to sign for, I have to wait in line to get it!!! The owner needs to higher trained people and pay them a decent wage. I know I wouldn't want to work there the way that store is run!!! read more

If i could give zero stars i would. This UPS store does not deliver. They will put into the tracking system that theyve made an attempt when they clearly have made no attempt. The only thing they consistently deliver is poor, unsatisfactory "service." Order something through Amazon Prime? Running a business from home? They do NOT answer their phones, the associate told me they are short staff and to make things even more outrages, the packages I received from them were broking and they show no mercy, the sale associate who name starts with a R ask me if I damaging the merchandise wow! Do not leave your items at this UPS Store. I made that mistake. They packed one item very poorly and Most likely stole the other Item, a beautiful silver ring with 11 stones .The manager of the store claims I left only one item which is absolutely not true. They only gave me a receipt for shipping and the supplies needed to pack the items. I did not get any kind of receipt for the Items I left there. The one item I did receive was damaged beyond repair. I left the two pieces and paid for packing materials, insurance for 300 dollars and shipping. they said they would pack them and get them out for Wednesday delivery, even wrote Wednesday on my receipt. Of course the package arrived Thursday badly damaged simply because of poor packing. After trying to trip me up with trick questions the manager of the store hung up on me. At that point I filed a police report. I will never under any circumstance use a UPS store or ship with UPS ever again. I don't know why they sell insurance when they have no intention of honoring it ! read more
