Never ship or receive anything from FedEx, they have the absolute worst customer service and shipping out of any carrier including usps. I ordered an item on a Wednesday and was really needing it by that upcoming Saturday so to be safe I paid an extra $80.00 for OVERNIGHT delivery, my item didn't arrive until Tuesday the next week and when I called customer service they told me that they don't stand by their expected deliveries and will not be refunding me. I will not be supporting them in any way in the future. I could have got ground shipping at no cost and I would have got it the same day as overnight, if I could give zero stars I would read more

I fell ill at work and needed my boyfriend to pick me up from work. I couldnt find a direct number to call and I called the 1800 I got rerouted and they didnt transfer me to someone at that place. Instead my call was routed to a survey. In which I gave them a 1. God forbid something happened to me and he couldnt get the call because his work didnt provide a direct line or option to this facility. The call is recorded so I know there is a record of it. Hes supposed to be my emergency contact yet his job at fedex failed to connect me to him as i was unable to drive home from work. When I asked him if they ever told him. He said no and he was on route. There should be a better way to contact someone if such and ill fated thing happened. read more

Open up your package before you sign for it. When I got home, I noticed my package had been taped shut and two belts were missing. Also, they never attempted to deliver my package. In my apartment facility, we have parcel lockers that require a code in order to open up the locker and get your items. There's no reason why they shouldn't have been able to deliver my package. read more

Based on all the other reviews, this is common for this location and CLEARLY they don't care as they never respond. You pay good money for express shipping only for them to not deliver, and make you drive to their location within 48hrs or you package is returned. Again, this location is TRASH! read more

Absolute garbage company. Tracking is never up to date. Not one single driver can follow a simple delivery instruction. My $600 gaming chair is missing. I am beyond frustrated right now and I don't know if it should be aimed at FedEx or Google. I ordered a package from Google. Fedex updated my tracking information saying that my address was incorrect so the package was undeliverable. I called FedEx to correct the address. FedEx tells me that Google has to call them since they are the shipper (makes sense). So I called Google and was on hold multiple times. All in all, Google told me "We had to submit a request to hold your package so that you can just go pick it up instead." I was like "Cool, thanks." So then Michelle over at Google emails me and goes "Thanks for your call, we've escalated this and will follow up in 2-3 business days." I'm like um no. So I emailed her back and was like "Will I have an update today since my package was to be delivered today??" No response. 3 hours go by and no update. So I call FedEx to check on WHERE my damn package is and what the status of the hold request is. The woman who answered was like "I don't know what to tell you, we don't have a request." and I told her "I have an email from Google saying that they submitted the request." she's like "No you can't change the address or request a hold, it has to be from Google." and I repeated myself "I CALLED GOOGLE." and she said "No, we don't have any request and I have all the information here." At this point, the accusatory tone has set me off. So I promptly replied "Well as I stated before, I did call Google. I will call them again, thanks." and hung up. This whole process is a nightmare. I am currently waiting for a Google call back. I use FedEx on a daily basis with my work and I can tell you it's not surprising when they don't pick up shipments. We are constantly having to call and follow up on lost shipments. If it were up to me, I would never use Fedex. read more

8/10/20 Update: Still haven't received 2 of my packages. Unsurprisingly, the date as changed once again. Fedex...just tell me where the packages are at and I'll pick them up myself. 8/7/20 Update: 3 of my 5 packages arrived. 2 of them on time, 1 of them after 2 weeks.. still missing the other 2 for a week now 8/6/20 Update: As suspected, delivery date is now "Pending" for the billionth time. Tomorrow they'll update the delivery date to 8/7/20 in the morning and then pending again in the afternoon. The same cycle again.. What the heII is wrong with this Fedex location??? I have multiple packages that have been stuck there for over a week. I keep on getting delivery date changed. Every day it gets loaded into the truck. In fact, few of my packages have had "future delivery requested" when I NEVER asked for it. Why would I ask for future delivery when Fedex can't even deliver on time??? I wish I could do a negative-100000000. I ordered some items to donate to a family in need for the holidays. The package didn't get delivered on the day it was supposed to come. I called customer service which is in someone's private home. He told me it wasn't going to be delivered because it's a business and it says it's a residence. I asked the address and it was the same but still it's not going to be delivered. That was it. Pick it up or forget it. I thought a bit about whether I should even bother posting this review and decided that I should extend a word of caution when dealing with a particular customer service staff member. I had possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The lady I spoke to, I believe her name was Sheryl, was very rude, unprofessional, and extremely confrontational throughout our entire exchange over the phone. I hate to say this but she was giving me a very ghetto attitude as well. I wouldn't even bother leaving a review had my experience with another staff member not been better.When I went to pick up my package the following day, I was pleasantly greeted by Avalina and she was very kind and professional. Judging by the professionalism and courtesy shown by Avalina, I'm going to assume that this isn't typical for FedEx employees to treat customers this way. This place is horrible. I have been waiting for a package that was suppose to be delivered August 7. I ordered supplies for my dogs on July 22, 2020 which shipped the same day. There were 12 updates from Fullerton Ca FedEx location And 2 from Anaheim Ca. Of those updates 12 of them were complete lies from whomever was doing the scanning. While they were playing their games my dogs ran out of food. Because of Covid-19 I've been ordering everything I can online with home delivery since I am very high risk. This was extremely stressful as I live alone and don't want to drive to pet stores. The supplier I ordered from was more than kind and considerate and shipped a replacement order immediately. I've already given them the 5 star review they deserve. I just wish my supplier would use a better delivery service, at least one that was honest. read more

The Fed Ex drivers at this location don't like to bend down. So they just drop your package, not caring what expensive items are in it. Also they like parking on your lawn and break sprinklers. The ANAHEIM location is just awful. I placed an order online Tuesday 9/30. The company is in Texas. I followed tracking and the package went out on Wednesday morning from Houston TX to Missouri TX to Fort Hancock TX. On Thursday Cibola AZ to Bloomington CA. Arrived in Anaheim on Friday 10/2 @ 6 am and on the FedEx vehicle at 6:13 am. I waited all day on Friday expecting my package. Nope. At 5:08 pm No attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day. What is going on? I immediately call customer service and the rep gave me some lame excuse about the driver was running late and they will deliver my package on Monday. Fed Ex service was great up until it arrived in Anaheim. I was supposed to get a call back from a supervisor and it is now Tuesday 10/6. No call no package. This is absolutely unacceptable. I called customer service again and they told me due to the fires it is late. No fires in Anaheim and the package was on the truck for delivery last Friday. So many excuses. This is ridiculous. I will never use Fedex again because of this horrible location. I am waiting to see if someone in charge will call me back. Wish me luck. read more

I rarely never write a review on yelp but by far I assume this location is filled with the laziest and useless staff! My package was supposed to arrive here 2 days ago and I still haven't gotten my package. When I checked the 'previous shipping activity' it just sounds like they're just making bunch of excuses for delaying the my packages to be delivered. I called and I didn't get any good reasonable from the staff who answered my call. The staff's only response was "Your package should be there and it's out for delivery." I can tell the management here and how other customer's situation being handled here at this location is very poor. If your package has been delayed for more than 24 hours, it's better if you just pick them up yourself to save the stress. I'm disappointed in this location. I just went to pick up a package that should have been delivered to the front door of my business and was "helped" by a very, very angry human with a Broncos lanyard around his neck and zero people skills. Ha acted as if I was bothering him. There were only 2 customers in there and one was already being helped by another guy. One word comes to mind. Angry. 2 words. Bitter. The thought crossed my mind, maybe I should person a break. Maybe he just found out his pet gerbil died from an unfortunate wheel accident. But most likely, not. And if so, don't take it out on me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought a live animal and chose 2 day shipping from the seller for arrival on a Friday. Somehow the address and name on the box ended up being incorrect so we have to go through this whole ordeal with me not being able to pick it up because the name and address didn't match what was on my ID. The seller tried her best to get them to let me pick up the animal all day and then I finally get a call myself from this FedEx store. I had to talk to this extremely rude woman (who I was told is named Cheryl) she proceeded to blame everything on me. Her exact words were "I don't know why you didn't give her your last name or your correct address but now we can't deliver the package to you due to our policy" and told me I'd have to wait till Monday to pick up my very much alive animal that I paid good money for. You understand animals need to be cared for right Cheryl? Anyways, I proceed to tell her that this was NOT my fault and gave her some very passive aggressive attitude. The seller contacted the store and they told her it was okay for me to pick her up. Lo and behold I arrive and a nice lady helps me at the desk and proceeds to go get my package, but then Cheryl comes out and berates me some more for coming when she clearly stated I was not able to pick up the package. Pretty much gave me an "oh well" and called me stupid for showing up. Learn customer service skills "Cheryl." I work in retail and I would never attack a guest like you attacked me. Matthew on the other hand was extremely helpful. He helped me the next day. He was not rude and very professional.
