    I need a zero star rating option for how terrible FEDEX is I get told package will arrive no later then Wednesday then I get told Monday when I ordered on Friday. Earlier right I thought wow great service then I get told my package is being shipped cross country on ground and they couldn't track the package so I call around terrible customer service the agent wasn't able to help said it should arrive Friday then I called adidas they said they talked and it would arrive within 24 hours on Thursday then I called and seen my package is 45 mins south of my location so I call to see if it's arriving today so I call fedex again and get told it's needing to go to another station which is now 2 hrs north of me so they are moving my package 3 hours from there location driving right by me to go north then arrives the next day makes no sense when there's a fedex shipping center actual warehouse where packages have gone to before which is a mile away from my place fedex still says it needs to go to the northern one that's 2hrs away to be delivered to my place seems to me fedex logistics is unpractical and I will not be using fedex again the worst shipping company there is rather use usps at least they gotten all packages on time

When I arrived, I showed the tracking information confirming it had been delivered there. The manager briefly looked for the package and immediately told me it wasn't there. I explained that it may have been misplaced or mixed in with other packages, but she repeatedly insisted it wasn't at the store and made no apparent effort to investigate further. Since I urgently needed the package, I drove to the UPS facility and was fortunate enough to speak with the driver who had delivered it. He even showed me confirmation that the package had been dropped off at this Staples location earlier that day. I returned to the store with this information, but the manager still insisted the package wasn't there. Eventually, after being told I could look myself, I checked the Amazon drop-off area and found my package there. Not only had it been misplaced, but the package was already opened. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake itself--people make mistakes. It was the complete lack of effort to help, the dismissive attitude, and the refusal to acknowledge that the package might have been misplaced despite clear evidence that it had been delivered. Even after the package was found, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, I was told to leave the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope Staples management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

    I am so disappointed right now. I received a delivery of a fridge. They removed my old fridge and…read morein the process, damaged my wall. I filed a claim which took forever and was routed to a 3rd party. They were not responsive at all and I had to call multiple times to get a hold of someone only to get denied. It's a small dent and they just needed to patch their mistake but won't even do that. Do not ever use these guys for delivery service and check to make sure they did not damage anything!! VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER.

I was confused, but asked if they were simply the delivery people and not those doing the install. The man indicated that was correct and asked me to sign the documents stating everything was in good condition. I contacted HD and they told me these men were, in fact, meant to do my installs. Apparently, I was their last delivery of the day and they simply didn't want to do the additional work their company was hired to do. When I received the texted receipt, the drivers falsely claimed they had left the appliances in my garage, still crated "per my request". I was informed I would have to wait another two weeks to get someone out to do the installs. I told them I'd give my own installers. This lazy work reflects poorly on the company and the person I spoke to at HD stated that the company didn't believe him when he called to report the issue. Hoping Home Depot will look for a more reliable and honest company to do business with in the future.
