Hello, I've had wonderful experiences with FedEx nearly every time.! I missed a delivery and needed to look up the address to pick up the package and noticed they have very bad reviews. This really surprised me as I ship very expensive, non-replaceable items many times every month AND I NEVER HAVE HAD AN ISSUE! Thank-you FEDEX and all your hard workers for always doing such a great job! I always ship my packages 2nd day w/ signature and insure it for its value up to 3000.00 dollars. If it's over 3k I feel like it makes the package very tempting for theft so I never show its value over 3 thousand. I may be crazy but I believe the 2nd day insured shipments get special treatment. I've used this strategy from day 1 and as I stated before, I've never had an issue!! I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank FedEx for all the successful deliveries! Keep up the great work! If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time I see that a package is being shipped through FedEx, I brace myself for problems -- and like clockwork, they never fail to disappoint. Their delivery drivers repeatedly mark packages as "delivery attempted" without ever trying -- no knock, no call, no ring at the callbox, nothing. I've been home all day waiting for deliveries only to find a "missed delivery" slip on my door. My apartment complex even allows drivers to leave packages at the front office or get lobby access to deliver directly to units, yet FedEx consistently ignores these options. It's painfully obvious that many of their drivers just don't bother to attempt delivery when they're behind schedule -- they'd rather click a button and move on. I've contacted FedEx multiple times, and while customer service agents are polite, nothing changes. Meanwhile, UPS and even USPS manage to deliver to the exact same location without any issue -- every single time. At this point, FedEx is the definition of unreliability. If you want your packages delayed, lost, or falsely marked as undeliverable, use FedEx. If you actually want your items delivered, go with UPS or anyone else. read more

This place sucks, had a package arrive that I spent over 2k on and it arrived on a Saturday. I had an absolute deadline I had to have this on and they were no help at all because they are worthless and lazy. They won't unpack the truck on a Saturday because they don't have enough man power is what they told me. It doesn't take 8 hours to unload a truck. These people are lazy and don't want to work. They would rather sit on their asses and do nothing than unload a truck. The manager sucks and is worthless. Horrible management and customer service. What a joke and lazy af. First they left a heavy package two floors above me and never came back to help me bring it to my door. Second delivery they came to the complex and dropped the package off somewhere but not at my unit. They took pictures of the delivery but it was of the siding both times. Not my entry way. The customer service call line is poor and does not have any tools to help customers. They suggested I call the company I ordered from to file a complaint. read more

Not so much this FedEx Ship Center, as FedEx in general: The last two packages were delivered via ground shipping, and were delivered to the wrong home. In both cases, the picture at delivery clearly shows a house that is not the color of my house. My house has numbers clearly posted in the same position as all the homes on my street. FedEx customer service said they can't do anything because it was shipped via ground (not Express) so tough shit for me. NEVER use FedEx. read more

Funny how they had my package delayed since the 21st. I called yesterday, and they said it was still in AK...but today it was shipped to TN, but ended up in WA and on my door step in 8 hours.. where was the package really? I had 2 large packages of furniture delivered today and the driver never even rang my doorbell, They were just left on my driveway in front of the garage door, First the tracking showed that they were going to be delivered on Monday June 13, I stayed home all day waiting so I could show them where to put them INSIDE MY GARAGE and by 9pm that night I checked the tracking and the delivery status had been changed to "Pending " When I called customer service the next day and asked how does this happen when it had said they were loaded on the truck that morning and were out for delivery by the end of the day, they said they had no record of that! I came to this location to pick up a package per the "missed you" note stuck to the front door of my house. No one was at the counter when I walked in and there weren't any other customers, but I could see someone on the phone in the back so I gave him a friendly wave so he would know someone was there. After waiting a few minutes, a gal came out and helped me. The location to pick up your package is toward the middle of all the FedEx buildings and isn't clearly marked till you're almost in front of it so just keep driving till you see it. read more

I paid $29 extra for overnight delivery 5 days ago. The package went from Maine to Everett in less than 24 hours. There is no longer snow on any of the road, yet 5 days later my " overnight" package has not even left the shipping center! I will no longer place orders with companies that only use fedex. read more

Status still only shows it has left Memphis (from Maine to Everett, WA). That was two days ago. Tracked it down to the Hardeson sort facility. Awesome service. We had some medical equipment overnighted Friday 11/30 for a surgery on Monday. We aren't open on Saturday and they had attempted to deliver the package at 9:14am but it was scheduled between 10:30am - 12pm, so unfortunately no one was there to receive the shipment. I went to go pickup the package at the shipping center at 2pm but they weren't able to release it due to the fact that I didn't have any business id. I was pretty frustrated and I apologize to the front if I seemed irritated. I understand the policy but wish there could have been some leeway. Anyway they ended up dispatching a driver to deliver the package to the place of business again! Driver's name was Alex Crandall, he was courteous and even though I'm sure he was annoyed that he had to make a special single delivery, he didn't show it and seemed very happy that he was able to save the day. Drivers dispatched from this center don't follow directions and customer service HORRIBLE. TOLD ME TO GO AND GET MY OWN PACKAGE IF I WANTED IT ON TIME but I had to drive 1 hour and if my ID card had a different address then I can't get my package. I'm sorry but every time you move, they dont just replace your id card. It's allowed to have previous addresses on it. Also told me That I was only allowed to pick it up during a 90 minute window they choosr which is during rush hour traffic. Driver didn't ring my door bell and wasn't willing to turn around. I stayed home all day waiting for delivery with a note on my door that said "ring door bell" they just left a note "will try tomorrow" without actually seeing if I was home and left it next to my note I put on my door. I hate fedex. Wish my merchant wouldn't use them. I'm letting them know how bad it was. My call to the customer service center was like speaking to someone who was busy filing their nails and talking to their coworkers. Would sit on the line and I'd have to say "hello? Are you there?" I need a zero star rating option for how terrible FEDEX is I get told package will arrive no later then Wednesday then I get told Monday when I ordered on Friday. Earlier right I thought wow great service then I get told my package is being shipped cross country on ground and they couldn't track the package so I call around terrible customer service the agent wasn't able to help said it should arrive Friday then I called adidas they said they talked and it would arrive within 24 hours on Thursday then I called and seen my package is 45 mins south of my location so I call to see if it's arriving today so I call fedex again and get told it's needing to go to another station which is now 2 hrs north of me so they are moving my package 3 hours from there location driving right by me to go north then arrives the next day makes no sense when there's a fedex shipping center actual warehouse where packages have gone to before which is a mile away from my place fedex still says it needs to go to the northern one that's 2hrs away to be delivered to my place seems to me fedex logistics is unpractical and I will not be using fedex again the worst shipping company there is rather use usps at least they gotten all packages on time read more

Grrr FEDEX! Package coming from France. Tracking says arriving on Monday! But requires signature so I cancel everything and wait. Package does not come. Now tracking says it is at FEDEX in Everett WA undergoing "clearance." New arrival date. Same drill. Package does not come. Now tracking says package is in Memphis undergoing "clearance." Days later it is at FEDEX Everett, but out of "clearance". Days later it is in Memphis again. Then in Everett undergoing "clearance." Then out for delivery 9-12. Then out for delivery by end of day. Finally, package arrives! Packaging looks like it has been in a bar fight and lost, and I see a new handwritten address is my street, but "Northeast" instead of "Northwest." Check to make sure I didn't have a stupid finger issue with address. Of course not. So, I don't know the whole story of the wayward French package. But I do know to make a recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS WORTHLESS, USELESS COMPANY IF YOU ARE ACTUALLY EXPECTING A DELIVERY. read more

I have never experienced such FRUSTRATION except when I am dealing with FedEx, especially the one marked as the ship center for my packages, in Everett, WA. June last year FedEx dropped off my delivery at a wrong house, but marked it as being delivered. I had to do the research and legwork myself to retrieve my package. I called customer service, who couldn't do anything except "open an investigation". Right now I'm dealing with the same issue!!! Why FedEx??!!! Is there no accountability required by your employees??? I received email of my package being delivered at 12:15 yesterday. Not to my house!! I was expecting this package, I was at my front door by 12:16, I was home all day, I had Ring and cameras all over front of my residence, there was no package! FedEx delivered to the wrong house. I drove up to the shop center facility, waited there for more than an hour because I was promised that the driver will be contacted and possibly go back to the house where he dropped off the package, WHICH WAS NOT MY RESIDENCE OR ADDRESS LISTED ON THE LABEL! But, we're living in the days where Customers don't matter or really mean anything. Even if it could result in negative impact to your life because a mistake by FedEx delivery driver. I've been trying to get my package since yesterday! Right after the email said it was delivered, as I'm at the front door of my residence wondering what house did they actually deliver it to?? If 0 Stars could be given that's what FedEx would receive. Someone sent us a package and the driver left a door tag stating they tried to deliver it. It said they would try to deliver the following day by 4:30 p.m. Because the driver didn't put down the time they attempted a delivery it made it very difficult to know what time to try to be at the residence. On day two the driver made another attempt leaving another door tag. Whoever designed the Fed Ex website didn't seem to understand how to make things easy to use. Good luck trying to get a human being on the phone, let alone one who actually has some command of the English language. It clearly shows that whoever is responsible has less than three functioning brain cells. read more

For a long time I've considered FedEx on par with UPS. But I'm currently waiting for a package they said last week would arrive today. Fine. But they're on-line tracking hasn't been updated for 4 days. So it shows my package still in Ohio. Same place it was last Friday. It's a rather expensive item and a signature is required. It would be nice to know if it really was riding around in one of their deliver wagons this afternoon. If not, I have better things to do than hang around waiting for something that may or may not still still be on the other side of the country. Fedex used to be my go to delivery service but no more now that packages are delivered from this Everett location. My husband is extremely ill and my cell phone stopped working last week. I ordered a new one and Fedex's Everett office notified me that my package would be delivered on Tuesday and require a signature . My husband had chemo Tuesday morning so my neighbors volunteered to sign. My new phone never arrived. All of our time was wasted. Today they promised delivery but at 5:30 pm we were notified they would not be delivering and pushed it out until tomorrow. There is no way to contact this office. The number listed for Everett is customer service in another country and they couldn't do anything to help. read more

They lost two different packages from two different venders to us in one day. Six phone calls and they never called back or followed up. We also ordered fish and delays caused the seafood to be warm and thawed when we got it. FedEx is fine in other areas but terrible in this region. read more

call me crazy for giving this FedEx a five stars. however, you got to give them credit for having the packages safe and sound at a location- especially if the recipient is able to go pickup. it would really suck if they were lost/stolen. (given most FedEx worthy shipments are from like hella expensive factories, or even intl at that) im glad i got to understand how they work after reading the reviews, because at first i almost had a heart attack thinking i was the only one playing cat and mouse. in fact i missed 5 hours of work and sat there 1-5pm in the sun- just waiting at the package center for my box. I was really so mad- but when it finally arrived in my hands i was super glad that it never got stolen. with curses are blessings, vice versa. (?) they did tell me if this helps- after three (3) attempts of delivery to the door- there is leway of about 3-5 more days of time in which you pick up anytime 5-6:30 pm, maybe 10-15 min before. read more

I had a FedEx driver come on my property and not paying attention looking at her phone and almost hit in a few of my dogs I actually had to slap her van to get her to stop. Then she threw my package out the window it landed in the middle of my field and she proceeded to back up out of my driveway and while she was driving away she yelled something to me as she was driving by. Very unprofessional and I called right away to the FedEx headquarters to lodge a complaint. I heard back from the manager at the bothell store and he gave me a number to call him back the problem is is that they have zero voicemail set up at the office so the phone just rings and rings I've called over 10 times and haven't had a live person on the phone yet. Really terrible experience with this ship center. We were waiting for a package containing perishable food items and we missed the first delivery. We took a day off on Friday from work to receive the package the next day since the door tag told us that they would attempt delivery the next day. We stayed at home and no one came. In the afternoon the status of the package was updated as "attempted delivery no one at home". We know for a fact that no one attempted a delivery and it wasn't a case of wrong address since they clearly posted a door tag the day before. So we called the company and they told us that you can wait till Monday or pick it up yourself from the fedex location. We told them it was their fault so the driver should attempt delivery immediately since the package contained perishable items. They said that there was nothing they could do. We decide we had no choice but to go to the fedex location rather than fight it out. At 5 pm we drove 11 miles to the fedex office. At the counter I picked up the package and asked to speak to a supervisor to complain about this situation. I was told that I should call the customer care line. I told them that's what I did and they simply told me I had the two options. The man at the counter rudely interrupted me, showing his hand and said "stop, im telling you to call blah blah line". This is when it was the company's fault to begin with. Clearly customer service is not their priority. I hope never to do business with this facility but this seems to be where all the packages coming from out of town are delivered so we have no option. read more

I let it go but then he did it again! I told him to please not do that because it is fragile. He LAUGHED at me and said it's fine because it is packed in there. I told him it's still fragile and it doesn't matter. He said he was sorry but in the most pretentious tone imaginable. Had to pick up a package when I arrived. the door tag said it was available from 9 AM to 6:30 PM the driver wasn't coming back to 7 PM after the store was closed. Two nights in a row I missed the package because their driver did not return on time. Then they shipped my package back to the seller because I didn't pick it up. Even though I went there twice. I called FedEx they don't even take your complaint and make a record of it. UPS and United States Postal Service are better. read more

The lady who was working at the location was lovely. She was helpful and friendly. The issue however was the FedEx doesn't allow you to contact locations directly during the holiday season. So I had to speak with general customer service. I spoke with two different reps and clearly stated what I was going to be shipping and how/when I needed it shipped. Both quoted me a price of around $150 and explained the process. When I arrived at the location I was not only told I needed to package the item myself but that the cost was going to be over $500 for the shipping. There was no way I was going to pay that so I had to make alternate arrangements and was left scrambling to get my item to where it needed to be. Not allowing people to speak to locations directly during the holidays, paired with general customer service call center reps that aren't on the same page as the locations themselves is a really bad combo. I would definitely not recommend shipping through FedEx after this experience. read more

Paid for 2 day shipping on some alcohol which requires a signiture. Was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. My wife waited all day for the packages, but never a knock on the door. I got a text at work that said they attempted delivery at 1:28. And they will have to deliver tomorrow, and they left a note on the door. They never knocked or left a note. Checked surrounding apartments to see if they went to the wrong place and didn't see anything. Now I have to drive 15 miles to pick up my packages a day late after I paid for 2 day shipping. The office is closed at that time, and I'm sure the driver just tried at the office. Now I have to dispute the charge I paid for 2 day shipping. read more

I don't remember her name but I think it started with a C. She wears glasses and she is the nicest person ever. Great attitude and smiles all the time. She even gets me to laugh and smile. She always tries to help me out and tells me the cheaper way to do it. Because of her I will go to this place exclusively for my fedex/Kinkos needs. Give her a raise she deserves it. read more
