When I arrived, I showed the tracking information confirming it had been delivered there. The manager briefly looked for the package and immediately told me it wasn't there. I explained that it may have been misplaced or mixed in with other packages, but she repeatedly insisted it wasn't at the store and made no apparent effort to investigate further. Since I urgently needed the package, I drove to the UPS facility and was fortunate enough to speak with the driver who had delivered it. He even showed me confirmation that the package had been dropped off at this Staples location earlier that day. I returned to the store with this information, but the manager still insisted the package wasn't there. Eventually, after being told I could look myself, I checked the Amazon drop-off area and found my package there. Not only had it been misplaced, but the package was already opened. What bothered me most wasn't the mistake itself--people make mistakes. It was the complete lack of effort to help, the dismissive attitude, and the refusal to acknowledge that the package might have been misplaced despite clear evidence that it had been delivered. Even after the package was found, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, I was told to leave the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I hope Staples management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

With just a couple of hours of wiggle room I tried to place an order with this FedEx online and was seeing that pickup wouldn't be available until the next morning. I gave them a call and asked if they could potentially have my order done in the time frame needed. They were a little nervous about the turnaround but much to my happiness, they were able to pull it off! The team here was on top of the order and so helpful over the phone and saved the day. I'm never out in this area but highly recommend using this FedEx if you're a local.

Those are two very different locations. What transpired is what really matters. UPS was not willing to correct their mis delivery. Instead, I was supposed to accept the loss without complaint. I attempted to contact the UPS Store in Everett several times. They refused to answer their phone and talk to me. On the other hand, the manager and her staff at the Lynnwood UPS Store spoke with me trying so hard to help out. Those were nice folks and quite professional. I can't say the same about the people at the Everett UPS Store. They showed that they were unconcerned and did not have the time of day to help resolve this blunder. As for the dismissive attitude of the Everett store--piss on them.

Prepaid drop-off packages must be packed, taped, labeled, and ready to go. If you need tape for a prepaid return, you can purchase it. However, when you pay to ship a package through Mailboxes N More, they provide the necessary tape and make sure the package is properly prepared. The quality of service is excellent, and I believe the prices are fair for the convenience and assistance provided. I appreciate that the policies are communicated clearly and applied consistently. I will continue using Mailboxes N More and highly recommend this local business.
