I am done with them.. Our damn lazy delivery driver keep stashing my packages by my garage door outside rather than walk 20 freaking feet and placing it under our covered entry. Twice our packages have gotten wet and the last one cover with snow when we found it three days later. Now after I spent a 1/2 hours trying to find a human to talk to, they didn't even tell me if they had a resolution, they just ignore me and close out the ticket. This place is comical. I went to pick something up, and no one was in the store. There was a sign in the window that said, "will return at 1:30." Are you kidding me? This isn't Jim's packing store. This is Fedex. Incredibly disappointed, and won't recommend Fedex to anyone in the future. read more

It's been over a week. I'm still waiting for my package delivery. The height of nonsense is it being 'delayed due to weather- no delivery attempted' and it's 41 degrees and like spring outside. Are you for real? How do you guys get anything done, do you people just work in he summer, or do you cancel when it's 90 degrees. If I had it my way, I'd never let anyone ship via FedEx to me. FedEX is a joke- this is not the first time I've had issues. They cancel when it's 41 degrees all while the USPS people are out hiking through the snow in -14 degrees to get me my mail. read more

You know that whole 'three delivery attempts then you pick it up thing'? Well it's crap. Two delivery attempts with a fake attempt thrown in is more like it. Guess these guys forgot about the texts you can get about your package. 'Unable to deliver' when the person is home all day and doesn't see a Fedex vehicle so much as drive down the street is a lie. Then there is the matter of the package that said it was delivered but wasn't. I contacted Fedex through e-mail to let them know what was going on and they waited until I picked the package up to e-mail me back and tell me the package was picked up. That's it. I will do my best to make sure I have nothing to do with Fedex again and I will not hesitate to let others know what happened. read more

im expecting a pkg from fed ex it was sent out to be delivered they sent it back to Cedar Rapids fed ex. I tried to call several times I did get an email from a bobby they changed the address then said it was the wrong address look there are 3 crestview roads one in Cedar Rapids and 2 in Solon mine is in Solon its the original one now that they have changed the address they say its the wrong address and the shipper has to change it seriously why did they change the address and they know where I live they turn in my driveway every other day or so booby asked me for info and directions I looked it up it went back to Cedar Rapids how can you not find somewhere or lose something from Cedar Rapids to Solon I sent this pkg to New York with no problem the pkg was insured and needs a. signature they are getting one star because bobby helped me did they lose the pkg or what im stuck another day at home waiting the address should never have been changed by fed ex why was it then you said it was the wrong address after you changed it read more
