DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Less expensive but you pay for you get. To start they were intentionally slow, hourly rate, milking the clock by taking apart things they didn't need to when not supervised and taking time when not necessary. Lots of damage!!! Didn't use blankets or plastic wrap when they should've. Dresser chipped, grease all over a white lamp, scratches on furniture, missing pieces to beds. I haven't opened all boxes yet but I'm terrified of what I'm going to find broken. One big chip from a dresser was taped back on with packing tape! WTF? They didn't say anything about it, just tried to hide it. If they would've said something I probably would've been ok with it. Additionally most dressers and beds were in rooms or spaces they shouldn't have. I love paying $2k to get movers then spending the next 4 hours moving dressers and beds from room to room! On top of that their janky truck leaked some fluid on the driveways to our old home and our new. When I mentioned this to the owner he immediately denied that his truck leaks without looking into it, didn't offer to come power wash it or even offer an apology. Asked for pictures which I sent and he hasn't since replied. Do not trust this guy to get the job done less you like bad service, broken stuff and damaged property. read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They arrived almost 2 hours late, with a truck that was too small. We had explained that we were moving from a 3 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom house. When they did arrive I showed them what needed to be moved, which included a 70" TV, 55" TV, sofa, love seat, recliner, and 3 beds. They proceeded to load all of the boxes first. They put the TVs on last. When they arrived the 70" TV was on and operating. After unload they brought it in and set it up. Once they left we turned it on and it was broke. Looked like the screen had either been hit by something sharp in two different spots. We promptly called them. The person who answered the phone asked the workers if they had made sure it was on and operating both prior and after move. They said no they did not. There were several subsequent calls with the company, in which we were told they would turn it into their insurance. We have heard nothing from them for 2 months. They will not return calls or text messages. We have had to file a small claim. Called them this morning and was told the insurance denied it because the TV was not on when they arrived. If this was the case why haven't they notified us of this earlier. They also require you pay them cash only and do not provide a receipt. To me this seems like a huge re flag. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I definitely would. For starters the company was supposed to contact me 24-48 hours before arriving. That NEVER happened. I was finally able to reach Mr. Marnoh by phone almost 2 hours after they were set to arrive according to USRELOCATION services. I was advised they would need to reschedule for the next day as they were too busy with another job. The owner which is whom I spoke to advised me he would get to my house later in the day the next day as it was his day of rest and doesn't work on that day. He did not show the next day he had three guys show and with a truck that was substantially smaller than what I had advised I had used in my previous move 6 months earlier. They did not show at the scheduled time which I was advised by his "employees" that they were driving around most of the morning trying to find a Uhaul truck, that being the reason the truck was so small. I say "employees" because when I was complaining to 2 of the guys that they were going to damage my stuff they advised me they didn't really know what they were doing. Upon further questions I found out they in fact did not know the owner, nor the guy they were working with. They were from a halfway house and just got out of prison. They were contacted that morning if the halfway house had 2 guys available for a "job". They advised me that they had no idea what the job was until they were picked up. I thought I was hiring a reputable company through USRELOCATION services but I clearly did not. So I paid over $1200 to this company for untrained and unaware of how to even load and unload a truck guys. I had to pay an additional $150 to rent another truck and move the remaining items myself as their truck was not big enough and they advised me "my strong son could finish up since it was already late". I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! My items were damaged as well to boot. Now I have to fight with the other company to pay for the damage done to my items. I had to pay an additional $200 to rent a truck and finish my move. He had the gull to tell me he could finish the move on Wednesday which is when he'd be back in town for an additional amount. I would give a zero if possible. This company moved me yesterday and it was a disaster. Poor communication, lack of motivation to work, unprofessional (I was treated terribly as a single woman), and I was overcharged for the work that was done. I expressed my concerns and they were dismissed with zero accountability. Movers lunch remains were thrown in my closet, a job that should have taken 5-6 hours took 10 hours, and I paid them hourly. I requested certain pieces of furniture to be moved into certain rooms (4-5 pieces) and that was not done successfully. I am currently fostering a dog who has not been socialized yet and could not be there when they moved me in, except to initially show the mowers where I needed the pieces of furniture. I was available by telephone 10 minutes away and I was criticized by the owner for not being there with the movers. I verbally told them where I needed the 4-5 pieces and left a specific list and I was ignored. There are also 4 pieces of furniture Ieft in my storage shed that they were unable to pack in the u-haul. These were my dining room table and chairs and my bed. I asked them to please go pick up the remainder of items and I was told no, it was getting too late. Near the end of the day, the owner told me this should have been a job for 3 people and I should have told him that I also had a storage shed in addition to a 2 bedroom apartment. I did tell him, on 2 different occasions. He then said "well I guess I forgot". No apology for his words and condescending tone. I have never written a review before anywhere, but I feel very strongly regarding the negativity and the way I was treated surrounding this experience. I do not want anyone else to have to go through this disrespect and being taken advantage of, especially women. DO NOT use this moving service. You will absolutely regret it. I think what really bothered me about the situation was that I was not heard as the customer and no one apologized for the dumpster fire that ensued. The owner is one of the two men that moved us; they were pretty good aside from making my child help with carrying stuff up and down the stairs, breaking my couch, and my son's dresser; they moved everything from a second floor condo to a third floor apartment in 3 hours. HOWEVER, they quoted me $90 an hour with the truck at no charge and gas included. they charged me $130 more than the quoted price on the phone, asked me to buy them Monster energy drinks and water, and then they asked for $20 in cash for gas. They owner had me write the check out to his wife, which is sketchy. They have a F rating with the BBB and from other reviews I've read, they aren't licensed and they don't have insurance; don't use this company!!! read more

Driver was arrested on the way to move us Saturday. Hung up on my husband, asking if he could find a new driver. Showed up Sunday 5 hours late, dropped boxes, drove off with all of our belongings and drove in the wrong direction. He drove nearly an hour east instead of south where my husband and I told him to go. Was rude, would not listen to his workers telling him he was going in the wrong direction. Gave him money for gas 35 miles the wrong direction then finally got done unloading at 9:30pm when I needed to be up and teaching the next day. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! RUDE!!! read more

My boyfriend worked for this company. After removing necessary documentation for the truck, he sent my boyfriend to Illinois on a job. My boyfriend got pulled over because there was no front license plate and received tickets because of both violations. Marnoh agreed to pay the tickets and for the last 6 months he hasn't paid. My boyfriend's class A CDL was suspended because of it and he was out of work for a week and out 2 paychecks in order to resolve the situation. Don't even think about hiring this company. He has new people all of the time because he hires them and works them for 2 weeks and becomes invisible when it is time to distribute a paycheck. I called Marnoh on Wednesday. He came out to my home immediately to determine how much it would be and what size truck he would need. He was very friendly, professional and very fair on pricing. I called Two Men and a truck and they wanted 800.00 for literally a two bedroom home. Adamine Spine charged the same thing plus 45 minutes drive time. Shady is what came to my mind since no one came out to see what I had and how long it would take roughly. Marnoh called me on the day of my move and asked if he could come at 2pm. I agreed with this, however he did not show up until 3pm. I called him many times during this hour and he never answered. I started to think he was going to not show, but he called me and showed up at 3pm. He apologized and explained sometimes moves don't go exactly how you want. I accepted his answer because it was logical. He packed up my home quickly and efficiently. He brought the wrong size truck but he went to two of my drop off points and went back to my home and finished up the small load and did not charge me any more then the original quote. He quoted perfectly on price because he met the time he said he would get it done in even doubling back to my home. I thought he was great! My mom thought he did a good job as well. We were extremely happy with him and his crew. Very good job. Starting late was a concern but he definitely made up for it. I will use him again. read more
