Outstanding Customer Service from Jonathan! I cannot thank Jonathan enough for the exceptional customer service he provided today. After driving all the way from Anaheim and visiting multiple FedEx locations, I was beyond frustrated. Every location I visited either didn't have the paper I needed for my project or wanted to charge additional design and resizing fees just to print what was supposed to be a simple 8×10 booking QR code for my business. To make matters worse, I had already spent a significant amount of time resizing the image myself, yet every time I uploaded it, I was told it would print at a different size and would require another resizing charge. After multiple trips, wasted gas, and hours of frustration, I honestly felt like giving up. Then I met Jonathan. Instead of simply telling me what couldn't be done, he listened. He took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, offered a practical solution that achieved the same professional result I was looking for, and even carefully trimmed the print so it fit perfectly into my 8×10 frame. His attention to detail and willingness to help completely changed my experience. What impressed me most wasn't just his knowledge--it was his genuine desire to help. He showed empathy, professionalism, and went above and beyond to turn an incredibly stressful day into a positive one. Thanks to his kindness and customer-first attitude, I left relieved, excited, and with exactly what I needed. Jonathan is the definition of outstanding customer service. He raised the bar for what a customer experience should be and truly restored my faith in FedEx. Employees like him are rare, and I sincerely hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you again, Jonathan--you were an absolute champion today. read more

FedEx Office Ship Center - Shipping Centers Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Do know what's wrong with FEDEX! They don't know which service should each location do! They wasted my time sending me from location to the other confirming that the other location will take my package and at the end non of them took it! read more

Came here twice to print things out for an event and it's the best Fed Ex. The workers are so nice and helpful. I did their print and go service for the first time and the lady working kindly walked me through how to do it. I also love that they have paper clips and such available for use. read more

One of the better Fedex locations they are always helpful with wearing my package getting my stuff boxed. I will drive out of my way to visit this location. read more

Heidy is Amazing! She helped me today and în the past with making copy. She is very knowledgeable, polite, professional, approachable and has amazing skills. I highly recommend her. I would choose this place again just because of her pleasant attitudes. read more

Quick and efficient service. Nice employees. Would recommend to come here if you're in a rush.

Never knew this place was here since it's somewhat hidden in a business complex. Been to a few Fedex stores and this one has the best customer service out of all of them. This is my new go to store for printing and laminating services. read more

I had a terrible experience with the store manager Valerie. My companies package was redirected at this location and I tried to pick it up and although I provided everything she kept asking me to provide ultimately she said she would return the package because she couldn't accept anymore verifications. I was nice and friendly the whole time and she chose to go on this weird power trip because she couldn't understand that I was working as a 1099 employee and not a w2 one. I showed business cards with my name and my companies address on it (per her request), authorization forms from my company, pay check stubs (per her request) and jumped through all of her hoops just for her to deny me. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. All for a package containing STICKERS. I do NOT recommend, AT ALL. read more

I couldn't believe what amazing quality in value that was shown to me by the really really great and professional and friendly customer service agents at FedEx office, especially Jonathon who really went above and beyond my business by showing me all the available shipping services provide provided. they helped me rush my passport get shredding do some online notary and just really made the whole process. Super easy hanger recommended easy parking right read more

The lady manager served me right at the door, walked me over to line me up for a time sensitive fax, fast, efficient and great attitude. Thank you read more

I just went into business to drop off a prelabeled package. The gal working never acknowledged me as she was helping a lady at copier. Even when she had a moment to look at me to say hello, she still ignored me! I finally interrupted to ask where to drop my package off and to get a receipt. She still didn't say hello and just pointed to the machine and said I could scan. A gentleman then arrived behind counter and came and helped me with a great smile and welcoming presence. Told me goodbye and have a great day. Thank you to him for making this world beautiful. What happened to customer service or just plain great service?? Teach that lady that she is the face of fedex when customers come in. Lead with pride and make your customers feel appreciated. read more

This place deserves to be permanently shut down. If they are not delivering, why stay in business? The current employees are miserable jerks. The simple stuff like scanning barcodes, they can do, but wait til you actually need help and competency which they clearly lack- that and any compassion. If you are having a bad day, don't go here. If you are having a good day, definitely don't go here. I think this confirms it for me that Fedex is the bottom of the barrel. They don't use or have common sense and are guaranteed to lack empathy. Wait until you employees get stuck in a rut, don't expect compassion from anyone else, when you refuse to help other human beings. read more

The two people working yesterday, were very welcoming and helpful. Probably the nicest interaction I've had simply dropping off prepackaged and prelabeled returns. read more

I came here and easily printed all my documents. They supplied me with paper clips rubber bands, white out highlighters pens. The staff was friendly and attentive. The allowed me to do all of my work here everybody was friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices were fair. The quality was great, and the value also cannot be beat. Much better than staples by far. read more

FedEx Office Ship Center - Work - Shipping Centers Near Me - Costa Mesa, California

Not sure with the negative, but I have never had any bad experience with them. Customers these day are just to demanding and can't figure out themselves. It's called "Google" people read more

Awful service. One person working with 10 people in line. Save yourself and go elsewhere

Worst FedEx location in the OC. Staff here are not helpful, very clueless and the attitude they give you here is insane. I hate coming to this location and is why I try to schedule pick up better to avoid this negative place. read more

Cannot even print a document from a cd. Apple Maps says FedEx print center. Misleading and disappointed.

By far the most unhelpful employee I've encountered. They advised that my shipment was required to fill out an EEI form since it was going to Hong Kong. He didn't ask any other information and I asked several times if there were any exemptions. He said no. I created my form online after having to call FedEx for them to send me the proper form. Got a reply that since my shipment is valued under $2500, this form is not required. I now get to drive back to FedEx to send my shipment. Note that my package weighs at least 60 pounds and is a very odd shape so carrying this multiple places is a treat in itself. I'll be going to a different FedEx. Please educate your employees. read more

Honestly was dreading to go drop off packages for work as my experiences with fedex in the past haven't been the best. I came to this location around 3 pm on a Thursday and was immediately greeted and helped by Steven. He went above and beyond in his customer service as I had never shipped so many packages at once, and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Steven! read more

Went to this FedEx facility to fax out some legal paperwork. My first time to use their fax/printer machine. Ricardo was kind and gracious enough to assist me with the task. Employees were kind and they know their job well. Pricing was reasonable as well. read more

Omg. Yesenia is a godsend. So amazing. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Literally everything you could ask for in a front office person. I wish I could hire her honestly to run my office. She was so pleasant and when we had to redo my transaction to save a little money she didn't even get mad or frustrated, she just helped with a smile on her face. And she's SO fast on the pickup and gave exactly perfect, accurate information. Gosh dang I wish all customer service interactions in life were like this. Give Yesenia a pat on the back and please read this at huddle. And promote this girl. Also the other gentleman working was also so pleasant and nice too. In a world full of not so nice people, it's nice to have interactions like this! read more

Came to print and their drop box wasn't working but they had us email items to their email to print. That took like 15 minutes to get an email with a code. Thankfully it did arrive unlike my last experience when I didn't get it at al. I thought my past experience at fedex was isolated to one store but today's experience has changed my opinion. FedEx is incredibly outdated and not convenient at all. I'm surprised they didn't require me to use a fax machine and pay by check. It felt like I was at blockbuster video. Never again. read more

When I picked up the program there was a small arrow through a word. It was supposed to come after the word. I assumed it was my mistake. I went home and checked my original design on canva and the arrow was after the word. I called the store and spoke to Miguel. He waited on the line while I emailed him my original design. The mistake was showing on his end. I then took a photo of my computer screen and emailed it to him. He saw what I was explaining. He spoke with his manager and determined it was a spacing glitch and agreed to reprint the programs for free. He was so patient, kind and courteous. The programs were reprinted within the hour. I will use this store for all my printing needs in the future! read more

i have to be honest and say that i've only used this for the "ship center" portion, which is literally the "fedex" portion of the establishment. They ship, they're friendly, there's lots of parking in front and on the sides, and they're prompt. That's all I ask for my shipping centers. I did notice there are no computers for office-work though.. you might want to look for a bigger location that offers longer business hours for office needs. I think for the area, the one off bristol & macarthur can do office stuff. read more

Please don't set your packages for pick up here or have anything to do with this location. The workers are rude- including the manager. I came to pick up my package with my name and the address matching my ID and they REFUSED to give it to me! Had no understanding whatsoever. read more

This review is just to mostly attest to the friendly customer service that Julie provided. I came in last minute because of course member printer decided not to work and I had some documents I needed for the morning at work. I brought my little dog with me and she was so sweet to him and helped walk me through the self printing kiosk. Good customer service has become hard to find these days so definitely want to take the time to think her and Hope she gets recognized! read more

Staff was extremely rude and uninterested in helping at the copy machines. They will not acknowledge you. No, Hello or Goodbye's. There were four people standing behind the counter and not one of them asked what I was in the store to do today. read more

I needed to print a resume and Steven saved me a trip to another location. He was super quick and very nice to talk to. I would recommend this FedEx office to anyone because of him. Thank you read more

Super frustrating. Long-time customer. All I want are some envelopes. Not a single envelope on any shelf in this entire facility or in the drop-off box in front. 5 people in line and one guy helping them. Guy in the back will not go and get me an envelope. Totally rude, can't walk 10 feet and grab me a couple of envelopes. When asked if I needed to wait in this long line for envelopes the reply was "yes". Basic advice, get your act together and keep your shelves stocked. read more

I need to send some important information documents by Fedex , i am running late don't know what to doe, this my first time here, I come to this Fedex I got great service from Steve. He provide the information I need it, help me with the paper work. This is the people you want to have working for you. Great customer service, I recommend this place. Buen trabajo Steban. read more

Customer service was horrible. Couldn't get no help with fax machine. Employees acted as if my wife and I were aliens. Terrible...

This particular location has never called to tell me my packages are ready for pick up once they arrive off the truck. I have probably picked up 10 packages in about 6 months and have not been called once. Every time I go in to the store I confirm that they have the correct cell number to contact me and tell the staff member working to let her supervisor know that they are not doing what they are supposed to be doing for customers. Nothing has changed and the last package I picked up I still had to call them to find out if it had been dropped off. Thankfully I have not gotten passed their 5 day rule before they send it back. I have not had this problem at other locations so I know that it gets done and I know my phone number works. All they have to do is leave a message. read more

This review is for fedex bad service I witnessed done to someone who came in while I was shipping my package off. Gentlemen came in with laptop, needing some help with printing paperwork, and asking few questions. The front counter Nancy and a guy were very rude and were giving him false information. When I finally had enough and decided to interfere and try to help the gentleman myself by telling him what he needs to do to accomplish his goal they both looked annoyed with me. They first told gentlemen that they can't help him because store doesn't have guest WiFi- not entirely a lie however there is a free WiFi for CalSouthern Guest that came up and I successfully texted it myself and connected to it. When I told the gentlemen he can connect via hot spot on his cell phone they both once again looked at me like "mind your own business" I finally let gentleman know what he can do and left the store, while they continued to tell him that he needs to go somewhere else for his printing needs. I have personally used that store to print documents after witnessing this I will assure you I will not be going back to this store because I do not support bad customer service. The gentleman shortly walked out of the store while I was still in the parking lot, I'm sure he didn't get his printing done and was convinced by the two employees that it couldn't be done. I'm sorry to the gentleman who had a horrible experience, and I hope fedex looks closely at the two employees at this location and takes proper measures to insure this doesn't happen again. 3303 Harbor Blvd. Costa Mesa ca. DO NOT COME HERE! The store manager is the worst. He tried to charge me $4 to "fill up" my packaged box. Nothing was breakable one there. He said he could save me time if I paid him $4. NO THANK YOU. I then took my package to the FedEx distribution center down the street. The employees there apologized for my bad experience and said they have seen worst packaging than mine! I wish I could give 0 stars because you are not worth my time and money, entitled white male store manager. read more

Had a good experience here dropping off a package. It's right next to my law school so that really helped me from a convenience aspect. It has everything you'd want from a fedex shipping place, a guy to take your package (winkyface), places to park your car, no lines. Its solid. If you have to drop something off for fed ex, why not here. read more

They have a fedex drop box right in front if you have the label paid for and ready to ship, it has a sign on it to let you know if they have picked up yet which I think is super cool! I dread the feeling of wondering if I missed it or not! So I am not sure about what goes on inside. When you exit, be sure to go out the correct drive way because they are one way, I am glad I had someone in front of me so I knew that!! You can only turn right which if you are getting on the freeway it makes it very convenient! read more

Fast and courteous....been using FedEx for all my shipping needs. Wouldn't trust my packages with anyone else.

I wish i could give 0 stars! This is the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery. I waited yesterday, in my living room, and the guy never even knocked. When I heard the truck drive away, I opened my door to investigate, and found a note on my door. I was upset. So, I decided to just go pick it up from the shipping center. Just to find out that this package isn't eligible for that feature. :-( So, I wait again today. I watch a truck arrive. TWO guys take a package to another apartment, and get back into their truck, and leave. (It should be said that, a couple of hours earlier, I watched ONE ups guy deliver 3 packages to different apartments in the same amount of time...) According to the note on my door, my package should be here by 3pm... I guess we'll see. They have an hour and a half to produce. No matter how this turns out; I'm going UPS, from now on. read more

All I can say is that I felt like I was in that episode of Chappelle show 'Popcopy'. They could not have been more unhelpful. I went to print out my son's birthday invitation and asked a couple of question and he just pointed me to the computers and said I would have to figure it out myself!!!!! Also they said if I wanted to rotate my pdf file so i could fit 2 on one page it would be $15!!!! Don't go here!!!!! read more
