He went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. It was tricky because it was for an Australian passport not an American passport, and the dimensions were different than the standard but he had the ruler out to make sure my head measurement was perfect and everything was just right. The store charged me $20 just to accept the package, despite the shipping already being fully paid. I have never experienced a carrier charging customers to pick up their own shipments. I am requesting a refund of the $20 and clarification on why customers are charged to retrieve packages that UPS failed to deliver properly.
