The same 2 girls still work here, still ignore and give attitude to female customers. Today the return kiosks went out repeatedly and kept announcing to get an associate (loud enough for everyone to hear). No surprise the 2 girls ignored the issue even when I requested they reset the machines. They just continued to socialize and act like I was invisible. I eventually left without processing my return because these two childish girls are insufferable. How people like this keep a job is insane. P.s. In regard to the performative owner reply below. Awful! I returned an Amazon product & when I didnt get an email confirmation after a few hours I called. The girl I spoke to was clueless even though she took the return. It was Wednesday . She told me that they only return when they needed to. So my Amazon return was delayed 2 days to a Friday before it was sent back to Amazon and delayed even longer because of weekend. I dropped off several packages on Friday, expecting professional and trustworthy service. Instead, UPS Global confirmed that my package - containing an $800 mixer - never made it onto the truck and is now missing. When I called and asked for help, I encountered an utterly inept employee who failed to enter the correct tracking number after multiple attempts, refused to listen, and even mocked me when I repeated the information. Earlier today, I spoke with the "manager" who falsely claimed to have reviewed camera footage and communicated with UPS. However, after speaking directly with UPS, I confirmed that they have no record of possessing the package - the last update simply indicates that it was dropped off - which they confirmed is what they told her. She blatantly lied. The repeated contradictions and misrepresentations, combined with the overall incompetence exhibited by your staff, are unacceptable. UPS Global advised that I check with the store regarding possible employee theft and recommended that I involve law enforcement if they don't cooperate. With rude employees, zero accountability, and a complete failure to fulfill basic responsibilities, I would advise anyone to avoid this location at all costs. I've yet to receive a call back from the manager and will need go in to file a formal complaint. If you care about your shipments, take your business elsewhere. read more

Just went into the UPS Store at 8:30am to drop off a couple Amazon returns. There was nobody inside the store except the lady working at the front. She was not helping anyone else nor busy doing anything, yet when I walked up to her at the counter with my packages, she said you can use the self help scanner by the door. She said nothing else to me. I felt like saying, then why are you here? This was not a good customer service experience. Everything downadays is so impersonal and no one wants to help you face to face nor talk to you. Just talk to that machine is what the lazy workers want us to do! Soon they will get what they want and everything will be run by machines and everyone will be out of a job. This location has a lazy lady working the front counter providing quasi customer service on Monday, 5/12 at 8:30am. read more

UPS needs to step up when it comes to handling drop-offs versus customers who are going to take 10-15 minutes. I don't expect someone ready to drop off an item to wait 4-5 minutes. It only takes about 10 seconds for the label to print. If employees use a little common sense, it would greatly benefit the clients and improve the experience. read more

I have web using this location for years but will never come back... the woman working the Sunday before Labor Day (overweight with burgundy hair and arm tattoos)had the worst customer service I've seen in years... I walked in she was the only one working with no one else in there, she proceeded to tell me to use the self service kiosk as she was busy moving boxes... who does that? So I patiently waited for her and when she finally helped me, 10 minutes later mind you, she had a bad attitude and was throwing my boxes around... I asked her what her name was so that I could report this atrocious behavior she refused and said she didn't have to tell me and proceeded to run in the back of the store... I have never seen such unprofessional behavior... called and reported her to corporate but I doubt anything will come from it... avoid this location at all costs. I hope management reviews the footage from that morning to substantiate what I am talking about... unreal! read more
