The only problem I have w the business is when I chose to pay their higher rental fees it's because it was 24 hours as far as retrieving my mail well now it's not 24 hours anymore so that's a bit upsetting. I'll just have to get over that - BUT I'm writing this MAINLY bc of an employee named MYRA -she SHOULDN'T be in a management position - it's quite obvious MYRA has no experience when it comes to customer service. All the other employees are quite polite, but MYRA is rude and condescending & just hangs up on people on the phone or keeps you on hold -in the 20 years I've been renting there. Never had a problem with any employees, but this MYRA is a problem MYRA has only been working there about 6 months if MYRA continues to work there -I'm debating on taking my business elsewhere because I don't trust MYRA w my mail bc MYRA LIES about other stuff...But for the time being I'll just make sure to deal with all the other employees because one bad apple hopefully won't affect the other good apples. And all the other employees are great never had a problem with anyone else in the last 20 years except for this person MYRA who should not be in a management position.
