The drivers at this office are a bunch of liars. 2x they have said that they have tried to deliver my package and after 3 hours of being put on hold, they finally tell me that he delivered to the wrong address and he went back to pick up and it's to late to redeliver to me. Can we give negative stars, cause I would read more

FedEx ground is terrible. I work from home but am in a secured building. My intercom works but FedEx ground simply drives by! No tag- nothing!! If I don't know that something is being shipped that way & dint track it- I have to down to Carson & sit & sit & sit in their run down waiting area with a security guard and until they feel like looking for the package!! They 'hold it' for 10 days but they mauled me a notice marked 4/21 but I didn't get it until 4/28!! Therefore I had to dump my plans and ruin my Saturday!!! I need to Go back to asking sellers who they use to ship & not use then if they use FedEx ground!!!!! At least the signal hill FedEx is quick when I don't get their tags!!!!!!!!!! I work from home!!! How do I miss home deliveries?!?!?! read more

Horrible!!! Driver lied about attempting to deliver package. Never showed up. Seems to be acceptable to Fed Ex. Wow!

Been waiting for my daughters iphone 2 days straight on ed time i leave he comes nd leaves no note

Lisa (front desk), hits me with the " I'm sorry but that is not true, we can not locate the package" news. My stomach drops and i immediately become irritated. I let her know of my situation and she basically tells me "oh well, there's nothing I can do about it". I immediately call an over the phone rep (Lisa puts up the volume on the TV to shush me up) in front of her to see what's going on, and INFRONT of her, let me know that my package is READY! Lisa ignores it and never brings it up, and then she gets a phone call and MUTES the TV (letting me know that she knows one can't hear well with the volume up). She then tells me this is not her problem because she doesn't work customer service (WHY HAVE HER FRONT DESK), and passes the issue to a manager. A manager then comes and lets me know she is looking for the package from about 20 feet away but NEVER acknowledges me nor introduces herself and therefore couldn't get her name (Caucasian maybe Latina but don't remember much because she told me that and left right away). One hour passes by and still no update on what's going on. I have to ask Lisa to get a manager again to give me an update. The first manager apparently is no where to be found so they bring Sergio. He quickly introduces himself and asks me what's going on (I have to repeat the story for like the 8th time) and I let him know how I'm feeling, the importance of it, and the disappointment i feel towards his team because everyone I came across was rude so far ( hoping he would take it as feedback to improve the team he manages). He never acknowledges the situation or my feelings but instead tells me , "Everyone is rude? You haven't even met me" (makes sense why his team has this kind of service). His response becomes my boiling point and I immediately let him know that his response was extremely poor and attempt to teach him the basic principles of customer service. He then slows down and just allows me to rant. Once I'm done, he apologizes for my experience but it sounds far from genuine. He tells me the only thing he can do, is to continue looking for it but prefers I not stay there because he was unsure how long it would take (I appreciated the honesty). He then promises to call me with an update soon, so I can get on the road ASAP. I decide to leave because I honestly think the package was lost/stolen. I told him that all I wanted was honesty and if the package was lost/stolen, I would prefer have them tell me ASAP so I could get on the road and not wait for an update and he agreed. 2 hours later, I'm still waiting for an update, haven't hit the road, meaning less time with my brother, and with no surprise for him. I'm amazed how literally everyone I spoke to lied to me in one way or another. Stay away from the company entirely. This location's team is terrible but keep in mind that over the phone support was terrible as well. Let's you know that the company as a whole does not value their customers. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I will this time. If I could give this place no stars I would. I ordered a bed and it was to be delivered by FedEx. The app stated that I would receive my package on Friday last week however it never came and they claimed that they attempted to deliver it. I stayed by the window the whole time to see when the FedEx truck was arriving and saw no one. They claimed to attempt to deliver it on Saturday. I waited staring at the window all morning for the Truck to come and again they claimed they attempted to deliver it even though there was never a truck present or any indication that they had came. I called their customer service and they said they would try to deliver it on Tuesday. On Monday they made their last delivery attempt. EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON TUESDAY AND I WASNT PREPARED. I never have this problem with any other carrier just Fed Ex. They suck. UPS is way better. read more

2 effing days and 8 calls later I might have some resolve. Was literally told a different story every time I called. I understand it's the holidays season. Like seriously you prepare for this not to mention you aren't the only company delivering packages. Sheesh. read more

Awful. Absolutely no customer service and treat you like a moron for asking where your package is. Is it really rocket science people? You have my package, you can't deliver it when I'm home so I come pick it up. Nope - this requires 5 hours of phone calls, visits to offices that can't help and a "pass the buck" scenario for every manager I had to encounter. read more

Currently an employee for FedEx. I highly recommend this company 1. They're flexible 2. They treat you right and fair and accommodate you. They give anyone who's willing to work hard a chance. Its alot of physical work.. I never been so satisfied to work with a company like fedex. They give you plenty of opportunities to move up. Managers are awesome, and always willing to help and teach you new things. Last.. I regretted leaving the company before but now I'm back to stay. You can get hire with no prior experience. That's how I started. read more

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the wonderful Fed Ex driver who put my cartons of chairs in the backyard for me. That was so nice of you! read more

FedEx ,Carson, Ca on Willard St has to be hands down the worst facility ever. No one there cares to trace packages that arrive at the facility and then disappear which makes very easy for employees to steal packages which is what I believe happened to mine. I had a large package which an customer service operator from Texas told me it came up missing once it was scanned at the Carson facility. There was no more activity documented after that so I should just call The shipper and have them send it again. What??? So that's your solution? Forget The fact that the package made it there and could have been stolen. No one wants to investigate that? Well I called the shipper and everything I previously ordered was out of stock so now what? Oh just get your money back from the shipper. Really? And that's supposed to be problem solved! No where is my large box that made it to the Carson FedEx? The customer service is zero at FedEx Carson because they avoid answering the phone at this location. They should close it down and retrain everyone. The operator in Texas called them for me and got a manger on the phone. He said they didnt want to be connected to me the customer and was rushing him off the phone saying they will look and call me back. Well it's a week later and surprise no call no package and I have been calling since this started 2 weeks ago. I still can't get anyone in the facility on the phone. Unfortunately I'm at work during business hours or I would just show up. They need a serious staff make over. The service is horrible. I would not want any merchant to send my package through to this FedEx. It's a huge gamble. You may never see your package and they won't do anything about it. read more

FedEx Home delivery in Carson, CA - SUCKS!!! They lie and say they tried to deliver your package when in fact they did not - also lie about leaving a door tag when in fact they did not. They lie and say package was delivered when in fact it was not. They are the absolute worst delivery service!!! read more

Oh how I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I had a package that was shipped to this destination by Chewy.com. I checked the tracking early in the morning and it said the package was on a truck for delivery. I went to my Mom's house (I ship everything to her house) and I waited around all day for a package that never arrived. I checked the tracking throughout the day to discover that the driver said no one was home at 4:18 PM. We were there and the office to the building was open. No door tag was present either. I called Fed Ex, spoke to a manager and filed a complaint. She called me back after speaking to this location and said she was trying to get the package delivered today and this location would call me. I even offered to meet the driver to get the package. No one ever called from this location and I still do not have my package. Thanks a lot Fed Ex. You wasted my whole day and now I have to find a specialty store that carries my cats food which is not easy because it is a high end brand. Today is Saturday and now the tracking says that it will not be delivered until Tuesday. You really need to hired people that want to work because clearly the driver did not attempt to deliver the package. read more

This has been the worst delivery service or lack of delivery shall I say. My package was set to be delivered on 12/4/19 but a note was left on my mailbox saying an attempt was made but nobody was there to sign for the package so it will be delivered 12/5. I sat at home all day 12/5 waiting for the package to be delivered and nobody showed up. Then the online tracking showed that it was delivered and a signature wasn't required. I called and they said that the package was set to be delivered today,12/6 between 8am and 12 pm, but nothing arrived. I called at 753pm and asked where my package was and they said they attempted to deliver it at 736pm but nobody was there to get the package. No note was left at all. I'm pissed off at this point because they have been holding onto my package for the last 3 days and now I have to go a pick up up tomorrow because I do not trust them to deliver it. A HUGE HEADACHE!!!! And I'm usually very calm and humble. This company and store specifically needs a new delivery driver or management that will ensure the packages arrive in a timely manner. read more

Horrible Horrible. Waiting for a bed to arrive. I track it all day. Then is say I was not home. Lies. There was no tag even left on my door. Bad Service. I filed a complaint but what does that really do. read more

The delivery personnel knock on my door and leave so fast. I quickly put on my shirt when I heard them, by the time I opened the door they left already. Avoid their service especially delivery with required signature. read more

If I could give -5 stars, I would! The Carson Facility in California is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! You're better off WALKING your package to the destination! FedEx attempted to deliver my package LAST Monday. I called and put a request in to be shipped on the weekend because I work M-F. They attempted to deliver the package the VERY NEXT DAY! I called again and made the same request. They attempted to deliver the VERY NEXT DAY! My shipper and I have BOTH given FedEx instructions on delivering the package, but obviously they do what they want to do. Here it is a WHOLE WEEK LATER, I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! They're HORRIBLE! read more
