She had docs to study prior to serve and guaranteed her work. 1st attempt- she asked respondent (restraining order to be served) the wrong identification when she approached. Therefore- she was no longer anonymous and failed serve. That left me vulnerable and endangered as he then knew I was filing the order. She promised another attempt would be successful. She came to his home and knocked and knocked. And knocked announcing herself. His vehicle was outside the complex. He of course evaded as he'd done via Sheriff attempts prior to hiring Judith. She then asked my neighbor if she had seen him. It became disruptive. She eventually gave up knocking (at my request) and left documents at his door.
