My FAVORITE part of receiving these cupcakes is that the icing was applied AFTER I bought the cupcake. She completely avoided the issue of hardened, older icing which happens not long after baking (you know what I'm talking about if you make sweets). I was able to take my cupcake home, refrigerate it, and eat it later in the day, and everything still tasted fresh because she assembled it as it was ordered.
