How can you turn down a chocolate dipped croissant or one that is something called creme brulee? Okay, onto their real food. The slow roasted chicken came highly recommended as was the fish and chips. I also wanted to try the gwei miu salmon with a watercress risotto. They also needed to add they garnish the salmon dish with baby arugula. Hello! No need to say more. Sold! The chicken was juicy (brinded almost), full of flavor. The fish and chips had an amazing color on the fry, awesome beer battered flavored, and chunks of fish with every bite. It was over like an olive tapinade tartar sauce, which I couldn't get enough of. The risotto was perfectly cooked, which is hard to do. It was loaded with butter and cheese. Aside from its green color, it was hard to tell it was watercress. The salmon was also perfectly cooked and juicy. My only regret was that I ate too much and didn't save room for their desserts. It's my older sister's favorite tofu place so we had to stop by to grab a bowl of good old hot tofu, which is like a dessert. Be aware the dining area is small and cramped. You will likely have to sit next to a stranger in close proximity. It is street food style and casual dining. Folks order, eat and go! The tofu without a doubt was smooth, silky and fresh. We ordered one to share so we couldn't stuff ourselves and it was just the right amount. Super silky! Maybe it's just me but if we each had our own, I would've gotten tired of the texture real fast. The sugar version wasn't that sweet too and we ended up adding the orange/yellow sugar, which is provided at each table. Mix Deep Fried (6 pieces): If you want to try a bit of everything, you can order this sampler of various deep fried snacks.
