We stopped by Feast for Sunday brunch on our way back home from Bloomington. There were so many delicious-sounding items on the menu that it was hard to decide. I went with the breakfast tamales with manchego scramble because it was very unique -- something I certainly wouldn't find anywhere else (and because I love manchego!). It was very good (and very filling). My only tiny issue is that I wish it had come with more of the green salsa because once the little salsa drizzle was gone, the rest of the tamales were a tad bit dry. Service was pretty much perfect. Our server was very friendly, and very patient & accommodating to the woman at the table next to me who ordered the smoked salmon bagel (clearly described as cured salmon on the menu) and then sent it back because it was "raw." I think I would've had a hard time keeping a straight face! I loved the outdoor patio area with pillows on the benches. They have an impressive wine list; I would love to come back and try them out for dinner sometime.

What a cool wine bar/cafe with an uptown vibe in a not-so-uptown area. But this is no secret. The place was packed (good thing we had a reservation). Although it is not hard to pack this place because it is tiny (only about 10 tables indoors and another 8 or so outside). There's a small parking lot that I'm sure gets full when this place and the restaurant next door are busy. The food menu is nice and small because everything is seasonal here. The wine menu, on the other hand, is extensive (the walls are where most of the bottles are stored). Service was stellar and our food was delicious. This place has definitely earned a a place on our rotation of restaurants to hit when we're in town.

Wow! Incredible experience here and this might be my new favorite restaurant. Great service, cool space, quant patio, incredible wine selection, and wonderful food. I went with the chefs special of the night which was a Burger with Onion Rings, and this may have been the best burger I've had in years. Bread sampler plate was incredible, really enjoyed the butter and jam. Great place for dates, groups, and dinner meetings.

Feast is a cute little spot near Switchyard Park. The wine bottles on the wall and plants throughout make for a relaxing dining experience. Our waitress was nice, but our food seemed like it took longer than expected to come out. I ordered the Toffee Latte and would not get it again. There was a layer of oil(?) on top of the drink and it just tasted like a regular milk latte. It was unappealing to look at and I didn't finish it. To eat, I ordered their BLTA and it was very good - would get again. The bacon was delicious and they added plenty to the sandwich! The potato salad was okay, very soft potatoes but not a whole lot of flavor. I came for dinner a while back and preferred that, will probably come for dinner again sometime but not my favorite brunch spot.

Delicious cozy brunch! We had a fabulous brunch at Feast. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy. It was huge and full of flavor. We also had carnitas egg hash, and a breakfast tamale. Everyone loved their food and felt like the portions were really good! I'll definitely be back to try more brunch items and dinner. As for drinks, we had the sake Bloody Mary, a chai tea latte, a matcha vanilla latte (absolutely divine), and apple cider mimosas. Feast has lots of parking! It is a cozy spot so I recommend grabbing a reservation to make sure they have a table that works for your group at your desired meal time!

Loved the atmosphere and the coffee was excellent! On our tour of Bloomington restaurants we decided we wanted charcuterie, so stopped in to check this place out. The cheese plate was beautiful, and the cheese & bread was delicious, but I would have preferred honey or fig jam and more olives to all of the pickled veggies. They were good - it was just a lot of them. The pomegranate mimosa was fine and well priced. The latte was delicious! The outdoor patio was adorable- I'd love to come back and enjoy it this summer.

This one, however, rocketed to the top of our list among Hoosier wineries whose products we have tried. Not only was the wine a treat, the experience of the visit was also memorable. The facility was very nice, from the impressive external landscaping to the lovely wine shop/tasting bar to the relaxing garden-patio-themed dining area. We visited with the intention of just doing a tasting but ended up having a light lunch along with that tasting. We were glad that we did as the charcuterie board that we ordered was terrific with olives, naan, hummus, chips, cucumbers and more. It was enough to be shareable. But the highlight was still the wine. We also shared the flight as we did not want to overdo it. We tried the Peach Sangrini, Peach Pie, Lemon Moscato, Raspberry Espresso and Sweet Red Lime. All were good but I'd have to say that the standouts to me were the Lemon Moscato, which was refreshing and tasty, and the Sweet Red Lime which delivered what the name implied with a citrusy, lightly sweet flavor. The prices were not bad as I thought it was a good value for what we received. I would be remiss if I did not also note that the service was top-notch. Our server was efficient, attentive and knowledgeable. The greeter was also pleasant and welcoming. It is likewise noteworthy that we had our 8-month-old granddaughter with us, and it was greatly appreciated that they offered a family-friendly experience that accommodated her as well. Our daughter and son-in-law live in Indy, so this place is just an hour or so away. We'll look forward to the next time we can visit as there are several other varieties of wine that appear to be worth trying.

This place is all wine, all the time. I'm not even sure they offer any other adult beverage! As a consummate wine fiend, I didn't even consider any other kind of drink, because I don't need any other adult beverage other than wine, you feel me? I love Solely's commitment to wine. They have wine to drink, and also, the walls are lined with bottles of wine. Just don't touch them! If you see an interesting bottle, don't take it off the shelf. Just tell the people at the counter about the bottle you're interested in, and they will help you. I wasn't in the market for a full bottle of wine during my visits -- just a glass. Solely Wine specializes in "unique, low-intervention wines from passionate small producers," according to their website. So whether you buy a bottle or get a glass, you know you're drinking a thoughtfully chosen wine. I had a glass of the Grenache Syrah blend and the Cab Franc, mostly because I rarely see these kinds of wines offered in the wild. They were both delicious! My only comment is that the pour is very small. The Cab Franc especially felt like it was maybe 4 ounces! I have weighed my wine at home, so I know roughly what a typical wine pour (5 ounces) looks like, and this felt like slightly less. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my wine! And the ambiance is killer. During the day, Solely is a cool place to grab a glass of wine and hang out. It's super close to the Monon Trail, too, so you can just bop over and get a cheeky drink. During the nighttime, the lights are lowered and the ambiance is very romantic and intimate. A great place for a solo drink, and a great place for a romantic date night.

I also love that they're connected to an art gallery, it really adds to the overall experience. I came here for a Yelp event and had an amazing time. Inside, the space is peaceful and inviting, with comfortable seating, games to play, and lots of natural light and live plants that create such a relaxing vibe. The owner was incredibly helpful. I wanted to try a wine flight, and she guided me through selecting options based on my preferences. The wine flight comes with four glasses and is about $24, which felt a little on the expensive side. They accept cards and also have a rewards system (which I definitely signed up for). There's a wide variety of wines, from dry to sweet, so there's something for everyone. I really enjoyed my flight. There was one red (Gamay) that wasn't my favorite since I tend to prefer sweet to semi-sweet wines, but I've been trying to expand my palate, which is why I love the option of flights. It also said it paired well with pizza, so maybe if I was eating that, it would be better. I enjoyed browsing their wine selection for purchase. I really admire how everything is well organized and easy to explore. They sell Stellar pretzels which I've had before and are so good, but solely had cinnamon dolce flavor that I never had before, neither had Kiara, so she bought some and I got to try the them (thank you Kiara!), they tasted just like a churro, so delicious, like a dessert! I can definitely see myself coming back here with friends or even just to enjoy the space and unwind. Such a great vibe overall.
