The restaurant is beautifully decorated with vaulted, exposed, wood beam ceilings, a giant beautiful horseshoe bar displaying an amazing logo center piece. The restaurant is spaced out so you feel like you are in your own space while eating! They have an upstairs lounge that brings the night life of a classy downtown Detroit bar to our Chesterfield backyard! The staff was amazing! Classy, attentive, and happy to serve! They truly made us feel important! FEAST did not just provide a meal, they provided an EXPERIENCE! Feast is unique as its head Chef Jared Bobkin appeared on Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen. With a Chef who's resume went the distance with ultimately the greatest chef of all time you can bet that the food is beaming with flavor and delightful in presentation! The food and drinks we had were UNBELIEVABLE! The first course was Feast Caprese which was absolutely out of this world! Second was a nice, light Cesar Salad dressed to perfection! The main course was Sea Bass in mushroom broth. The fish was cooked perfectly and with a nice crispy top that was packed with flavor! The best part was being able to dip each piece of fish in the mushroom broth which really brought everything together! Last course was chocolate flourless cake with ice cream and I'm not usually a dessert person but this was incredible! It wasn't too rich, and the mix of ice cream with the cake hit every tastebud I have! I also had the Detroiter cocktail which is like a Detroit version of a Manhattan and it was made perfectly! From the outside facing 23 mile road it looks big but you can't imagine the relaxing ambiance that you will experience while dining inside. From when you approace the building you first see the running water pond that sets the relaxing tone of your dining experience and upon entering you'll feel open low lit atmosphere similar to restaurants in Italy . My wife and myself ordered appetizers of calamari and steamed mussels and couple of beers, the bartender mentioned some of the many selections of wine and as I'm not a wine connoisseur per say he offered a taste of a couple of wines which we thought was very genours in these minerture wine glasses. What the heck! We ordered the wine also. The calamari wasn't that ring ends that you normally get but long curly peices in the most delicious sauce that after we ate that we dipped the warm bread into it and ate that until it was gone with the honey butter (yum) that came with it . I also thought the mussels were fantastic. We eventually settled on the sea food tower! That came included with raw oysters (my fla favorite) and as we ate we were mildly entertained by watching the cook at the pizza station tossing and stretching pizzas in the air as we made small talk. A very pleasurable dining experience here in chesterfield and we will be back so I'll just post a couple of pics of our experience. I love that we never have to wait. Sometimes we go just to grab the fries and a cocktail after a movie but we love the brunch, to get a quick pizza or stay for a nicer dinner. The staff is friendly and we love sitting at the bar! The Edison lights give Feast a relaxing atmosphere. A friend and I went here on a whim and we were both very impressed! In the spirit of trying new things we had a little bit of everything! The mushroom soup was delicious and creamy. The ceviche could have used a little less vinegar. The burrata caprese salad and the octopus salad were very tasty. The venison steak had a surprising sweetness to it that was delightful. The potatoes were perfect. The asparagus could have been just a little more cooked. The duck breast and orange sauce was superb. The margarita flatbread was also wonderful. We finished the meal off with the bread pudding. There was only two of us and there was nothing left on the table. So good we finished everything! The only thing I enjoyed was the charcuterie and even that could have used a few more crackers and a better mix of cheese. I love savory foods and am not a picky eater but I was pretty disappointed in this meal. French onion soup- the broth was a bit weak. The cheesy was plain also. Serving size was underwhelming. 4/10 Crab cakes- the portion was slightly underwhelming also but I couldn't even finish because they were so bland in terms of seasoning and texture. It tasted like canned crab meat that was packed tightly and lightly charred on each side. It was a bit mushy inside lacking flavor. This would have been better with a nice coating or even more filler. The little mix on the side and sauce was just ok. Overall not much taste, salty and not something I'd recommend. 2/10 Feast salad with steak- blue cheese was too over powering, steak was flavorless and a little cold, the onions added too much salt to an already too salty dish . I had two bites and left it. 3/10 Fries- way too salty. The truffle aioli was fine, but the fries needed something acidic to brighten it. I'd have like a lemon garlic aioli on this. Couldn't finish, again too salty. They seemed fresh but also not terribly hot and kinda boring . 3/10 One of our friends ordered steak and I tried a piece and it tasted good but food wasn't cheap here and I left without eating much. read more

This place was really great! We had a reservation for 5:30 and we're seated immediately. I was surprised by how large the space is. A nice variety of dishes with a long cocktail menu. Our server who was also the bar tender was accommodating and even made a fantastic mocktail for one of the sober diners with us! Priced fairly and very worth it. Nope! Got the Surf & Turf, it was $85, way over the market average. I wouldn't mind paying extra... if it actually tasted good. It did look delicious on the plate! But, the Filet was raw, like way too raw, as I asked for medium-rare. Hello stomach ache. I should of sent it back, but I was on a date and didn't want to make a big fuss. I had already asked to move tables, because they sat us way in the corner by the bright kitchen. There were much better tables still open. I made reservations 4 days prior by the way. Thanks for the worst seat in the house hostess! I still tipped 20% btw, so relax. Y'all got your money. The lobster portion of my meal was cooked right, but came out cold. Plate must of been sitting. Inexcusable for $85 Surf & Turf. The merchant sauce made from tons of listed ingredients but tasted like vegetable oil. The dipping butter for the lobster was bland too. I'm not sure how you make butter bland but they sure figured it out. Everything was bland overall. Well, besides the Cesar salad. That oddly tasted a lot like fish. Gross. I'm not the only one, read the other reviews. Drinks were... drinks. Service was average, server was phoning it in. I don't blame him. Atmosphere is cool, but it also feels like the stopped decorating the day after they opened. Kind of like a guy that just moved into a new loft, and all he has is a fish tank and some beers in the fridge. The whole place feels cold as well. Even with all of the Edison bulbs. Like literally though, it was cold inside. I know it's winter and a big place, but maybe turn the heat up a tad in February. I don't know... just a thought. Came here for our anniversary dinner and it was so good! Our server was Dennis and he was fantastic! He was very attentive when it came to my many (unfortunate) allergies. The owner was very cooperative, accommodating, and kind when addressing my allergies for my meal. The food was fantastic! We started with the charcuterie board which was loaded with so many items to combine with as well as a phenomenal French onion soup before our entrées. My boyfriend had ordered the bison burger and I had ordered the lamb chops. First time dining there. Sat at the bar. Very comfortable seating. Great service. Tried the Margarita pizza, it was excellent. Loved the option of small flatbread which we couldn't finish. But definitely took it home. Also split the small portion of Caesar salad which was plenty for 2 people. The mushroom risotto sounded interesting by the description and it did not disappoint! Went back a few days later! This time we shared the charcutterie platter, which was just beautiful and a nice variety of things to go with our drinks. We also each had the french onion soup, which was perfect since the night was kind of chilly. I tried the Rosa Bella cocktail and didn't regret it. So we had steak tips as an app, wowza. So tender. Also the comp bread is crazy good. I had the burger, because I wanted too, wow what a great burger. The fries were potato's an hour before they were fries and perfectly salted. The wife says the risotto was incredible. First off let me say, I wanted so bad to give Feast 5 stars. I went with a couple girlfriends and we had higher expectations due to the atmosphere and I guess you could say "price tag". We ordered the Airline chicken, Salmon and Pasta Percatore. Portion size was kind of funny aka small but I guess accurate, we just naturally expect more because.... 'Merica. Food was a bit salty, that's was the flavor profile... salt. The food wouldn't have been disappointing if the flavor and "BANG" was there but unfortunately it wasn't. Their drink menu is was great. I was impressed with the four drinks we had (Nectar of the Buffalo *my fav*, Figueroa, La Chadiere, and Somethin' Fruity) Over all, I would chalk up Feast as a great place to grab some appetizers (I recommend the truffle fries) and a couple drinks, maybe before heading to your dinner destination. We decided to try Feast when I was home visiting my parents. First off, it felt great to have normal Dining in semi-post-covid metro Detroit. The atmosphere was super chill with good music and quick seating. The drink menu has a decent selection of craft cocktails, I had the Buffalo nectar and the detroiter, both were great. we started with the seafood tower which was decent. My two suggestions would be to 1) serve clarified butter for the crab and lobster and 2) bring it a seafood fork! Otherwise very good. Fresh oysters . For my entree I had the sea bass. It was pretty good but a bit dry. The sauce was awesome . Overall a 3.5/5 dish. The service was excellent. As far as overall experience. I would probably come here again, though it is a bit overpriced. Maybe growing pains related to being a new restaurant, I do think this place has potential. Definitely give it a try read more

This place is junk, so overpriced it's incredible but that's not even the problem. I have no problem spending good money on good food but what we just had was trash. I highly advise that they either take the crab cakes off the menu or use real, whole crab to make them. It's clearly real, but canned. I expect better for crab cakes, like actual pieces. The steak bites are very tasty, and is definitely a small plate but I do recommend them. The flat bread fig & pig was very tasty as well as was the Michigan salad. Good job on the Old Fashioned! Our waiter was a good and attentive. Service means a lot to us and we reward it well. The decor was updated and comfortable. In waiver between 3-4 stars, but the crab cakes are an issue for me. It would be a great surprise to find that they are much better the next time we come in. I hope this place survives at this location. I know it would in the St. Clair Shores area-FYI. read more

What a great experience, the food and service was outstanding. We had a 40 th birthday celebration in a private room. Our server was amazing. The general manager as well as the cheft stopped by to check how evrything was, especially since part of our group had food allergies.
